Note that they have a few different experiences: sit down restaurant, order food at the counter and self seat in the event space/courtyard, and I think a wine tasting area. When we arrived, the host was very rude while explaining their "21+ policy" and even said that we would be asked to leave if the baby started crying, out of respect for guests who came without kids. I completely understand that children can sometimes be disruptive, and I respect places that have policies around that. But first, those policies should be clearly communicated when making the reservation. And second, there's definitely a kinder and more respectful way to explain them.
