I really appreciate when employees at a spot actually care about their work, it says a lot about the ownership/management. I ordered an iced PSL and their Avo Toast. Both were absolutely fire. The drink didn't taste like it was loaded with sugar, which allows you to actually taste the coffee and notice the quality of the beans. The avo toast I had was drizzled with this chili oil they make in house and it was 10/10. I wish I lived closer to here, as I'd likely visit daily. If you're a genuine coffee lover, definitely give this place a shot.

The coffee had an old or stale taste and was missing the natural sweetness I usually expect from good coffee beans. The espresso also seemed too watery rather than rich and syrupy, almost as if the shot wasn't extracted properly. I'm not sure if it was the espresso machine, the grind setting, or simply a bad shot, but the flavor was noticeably different from what I had here before. Unfortunately, I couldn't finish it and ended up throwing it away.

The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and I appreciate that I'm not sitting around forever waiting for my coffee. I know I should probably branch out and try some of their other drinks, but I have a picky stomach, and when I find something I love, I stick with it. Their Café de Olla with honey is definitely my favorite. Most importantly, I wanted to acknowledge the consistently friendly service. A great cup of coffee combined with kind, efficient customer service makes all the difference. Five stars from me!

I stopped by this cafe to study and grab some matcha. Inside there was plenty of seating and my…read morefavorite was the long wooden table with the benches. It was a great place to set up to study. I came alone but this would be a good spot for a group to work as well. I tried their classic matcha and I admit I was a bit scared when I first saw how light the color was... however I was pleasantly surprised after the first sip. The classic matcha does come unsweetened and this day I choose to not add a sweetener so I could get a feel for their matcha. It was a 3/5, not too bold, and I did pair it with oatmilk. The oatmilk wasn't as creamy as I would have liked to tie the drink together so it did feel a bit watered down. The matcha itself was very earthy, had to keep swirling it to get the matcha powder that settle at the bottom to mix in. I would try this with just a bit of honey next time or regular milk to see how it improves flavor. I don't remember how much I paid for it... but regardless, it was a good drink so I'm not upset about it! The only thing I didn't like at this spot was how loud the music was. It felt a little drowning. I don't think if I had someone in front of me we could hear each other without having to raise our voices. Other than that, the A/C was okay. It wasn't super warm inside but also not cold. It was a good ambient temperature. The staff were relatively polite. The vibe was... weird (a little condescending) but not too disturbing where it would make me not want to return. Perhaps they're just awkward. This is located in a HOA area I believe so maybe that influences people attitudes or the vibes in the store. Will return to try more drink!

Not bc I heard anything good or bad about the place, but based on a bunch of spots popping up and just having a cute aesthetic and not great coffee. The place is really popular and they do sell out of the specific drink I like pretty quickly. And the place is a bit of a drive so I am not able to get it as often as I would like, but this is once Coffee shop I would recommend to anyone if they're willing to drive down south or are in the area.

A weird experience but the effort is appreciated…read more Came in one weekend out of convenience, we were driving around the area and my gf highly recommended it. We parked and noticed nearly all the lights were off. The pastry cabinet was empty, the tables were taped off. But people were inside and customers were in line. Emotions and energy were low, it was quiet and dim vibes all around. We walk in and see just one man working the cashier and making the drinks. He looked puzzled, a bit lost. We get in line behind someone ordering 4+ drinks and see that this guy didn't really know how to make the drinks. He was misplacing the ingredients and wasn't fully confident operating the payment system. The back counter was cluttered with miscellaneous gadgets, appliances, and syrups. It took nearly 20 minutes for the customer in front of us to get from ordering to receiving their drinks and we just watched in slight awe. The guy was apologetic and upfront, he was trying his best in a bad situation. They made some small talk and hinted that they were closing due to supply chain disruptions in Hawaii. I feel for them and wish them well. The coffee itself was ok. Flavor was decent but somewhat unremarkable. They offer different caffeine levels, up to I think 400mg in a drink. I just got the 200mg coffee. Don't know if I just built a tolerance but I fell asleep right after. We did want a pastry but with the baked goods cabinet empty, we weren't sure what they had left to offer. There was a long sign listing everything sold out between the pastries and coffee flavors. Overall the experience was odd and left a slightly bitter emotional taste in my mouth. They've acknowledged that they weren't in the best condition at that point and I do feel unfair to judge them at their worst. If they turn it around, I'm opening to revisiting. But for now, I don't feel compelled to go out of my way for it.

The group tried the Ube Taro Brown Sugar Boba Milk, Ube Brown Sugar Boba Creme Brulee Milk, Mango Green Tea, and Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie. Individual reviews of the Ube Brown Sugar were positive with notes that the boba was overcooked and there was a little too much boba for the liquid ratio. My friend enjoyed her Mango Green Tea and I did like the Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie. It was sweet and creamy, and more on the refreshing side. I got it without boba because I had a bit of an upset stomach while I still wanted something sweet. Didn't think adding boba would help with that! So I think it was good without. The staff was also helpful and tried to make sure we were clear on some of the quirks of potential drink flavors. Would return when I'm with my friends in the area again.

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because of the poor customer service from one of the young ladies working there. She made my daughter and me feel very uncomfortable when we asked if one of the teas could be changed because it was too thick and sweet for my daughter's liking. Instead of simply trying to take care of the situation, she immediately said "NO" and made a disgusted face. Thankfully, Jeff stepped in, saved the day, and offered to make us a new drink. As a multiple-business owner myself, Jeff is exactly the type of employee I would want representing my business. He understood customer service and handled the situation professionally. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the other young lady. Her attitude and facial expressions were completely unnecessary and made the experience uncomfortable enough that even my daughter felt as though she had done something wrong simply for asking. Great teas, and thank you to Jeff for turning an unpleasant situation around.

The Thai Milk Tea was also surprisingly bland and seemed a bit watered down, lacking the rich sweetness and bold flavor I typically expect. I'm not sure if the drinks suffered from being delivered rather than enjoyed fresh in-store, so I'm willing to give them another chance before making a final judgment. Hopefully the next experience is better.
