Great experience at Jamba Juice! I preordered smoothies for Nurses Day through the app and everything was ready right at 7:30 AM with no issues at all so I didn't need to sit and wait, but They do have a small area to chill. The order was accurate, fresh and made the morning so much easier for our nursing team. Fast, smooth service and very appreciated. Thank you for helping us celebrate our nurses! read more

I walked in there and it was very slow which is a good thing . Lilly was very nice and kind to help me decided on what drink to order. I ended up ordering the carrot juice, orange juice and add ginger. The drink came out very delicious and was able to enjoy on my way to work. The my have the places decorated with valentines and is very nice. The vibe is definitely chill. Will be back thanks for the great work read more

As I walked in I was greeted by a voice and a moment later approached by an employee a shorter female with brown hair and a slight discoloration on her face asked me what I wanted because I asked if they had the ice cream alternative she said no I said no worries do you have watermelon juice or watermelon and she goes no that's a summer thing (I just got watermelon at the El Cajon location 1 month ago) honestly just felt like both employees were more focused on themselves than actually serving read more

Always happy a crew here with a "welcome in" every time I walk in. My only complaint will be waiting when there's a full house, but that just means this place is doing its job well and has lots of repeat customers. Super kudos to the people that work here- thanks for always making it an easy, friendly and (most of the time) fast experience ! read more

Amazing experience at this location! Lily was great at problem solving an issue I had with my drink and did so with a smile! Go Lily!!

Waited and waited and waited for someone to take my order. Nobody ever did so I left. I dont know if they're understaffed or what. read more

I haven't been to this place in a while. On June 5 around 7:I went to get a smoothie, walked up to the counter, the girl working there just walked up to the register and looked at me. I was like, "hi" which is what people usually say to customers to welcome them into their establishment. I stopped going to this store because a lot of the workers don't know how to simply greet customers and they've gotten expensive as well. I guess I'll take my money where it's appreciated! read more

I have been here a million times and each time I come I never. Have a bad time I sometimes make small talk when my drink is getting made the team members are 100 friendly and kind. And does not try to rush you the drinks are good food I have not had it yet so 5 read more

Your usual Jamba Juice location.. There's tables inside and outside. Overall a clean location. I've gone here a few times and customer service has been fine. They were always friendly and helpful. (I always ask questions)... They're 16oz is usually more than enough for me... And their smoothies overall have a pretty sweet taste. Look carefully at what you order if you want something more natural (veggie/fruit juice based, for example).. read more

Jamba - A small split into 2 kids cups... - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Chula Vista, California

Jamba Juice is one of my favorite place to pick up some oatmeal for breakfast. Not only is it very good, but they use a very good quality of steel cut oats that are much better for you than the more refined versions. I was very happy to learn that they still have the Cherry Berry Pecan Oatmeal, but the added Brown Sugar Crumble is must, to enjoy it to the max. (http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/jamba-juice-chula-vista?select=5Bpsa9QM7kJKG3xQkaz8Rg#KufvxFF47tI6HolZYMtqPg) The oatmeal was perfectly cooked, and given they were steel cut oats, I was able to feel the individual oats, as I ate them. (http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/jamba-juice-chula-vista?select=5Bpsa9QM7kJKG3xQkaz8Rg#niykiKDNRaOB6ueS8LMJMA) With all the pecans and dried berries, the oatmeal had a nice chewy and crunchy texture, that added to the eating experience, not to mention the great flavor they brought into the mix as well. Great oatmeal. Service was very friendly and very quick, but then again there was only a couple present during my visit. read more

I'm usually not a huge fan of Jamba juice since i'm into more thicker smoothies BUT i just found out i can ask for thicker smoothies! That was the best thing I ever heard so this time i asked for mine extra thick and it was perfect. The staff was very patient and eager to help me which i appreciated. The environment was lively and clean 10/10 to Jamba!! read more

Great service. Everybody working there was friendly and the juices were delicious. Very clean.

The manager on the 4pm - 5pm shift was very rude and confrontational. I love Jamba and rarely write bad reviews. Hopefully a better experience next time. read more

Quick, friendly service. Typical store. The only difference was that they had holiday decorations.

The workers here were so helpful and flexible with my indecisive selecting. I had $10 to spend and sadly their pre-made food selection was VERY limited. But alas, I looked at their baked selection and it helped fill my quota. I personally like the Banana Berry Smoothie; it's my "safe go-to flavor". The sweetness and tangy flavor is not overwhelming and feels very healthy going down my system. However, I got a power-size and I was still burping the flavor 8 hours later. It still tasted great while digested and my body attests to it!....TMI, forsure. - Parmesan Pretzel: Decent. I'm not a fan of parmesan but if you are, go for it. - Southwestern Chicken Chorizo Breakfast Wrap: What a freakin long name, but not long enough in substance. It had a decent taste and a good kick of southwestern flavor, but not worth the bucks. I realize a lot of their baked stuff or wraps/pretzels were frozen in their freezer. Not sure how I should feel about that... read more

I will not say that they are unprofessional as it's unfair to ask teenagers and young adults to have professionalism. What I will say is that they lacked good customer service and lacked the ability to make customers feel welcome or happy. read more

It's especially disgusting during COVID to see workers without gloves, not following standard food handler protocol at all. As a food service worker I understand what needs to be done and clearly management here hasn't done their responsibility of ensuring cleanliness. On top of that, whoever works the Friday 4pm shift and is SCREAMING at customers upon entry - check yourself. It isn't hard to be nice to people. read more

There is a discrepancy on the menu that other Locations have understood and were able help with. Wasn't a huge deal other than the Manager have an attitude that made the simple experience of ordering a drink awkward. Clearly she was angry that I questioned the menu and made the worst smoothy full of chunks of ice and oddly flavored... I took it back and fortunately another worker (Camille) was there and seemed nice making a perfect replacement. read more

This branch is my favorite. I come here even if it adds to my commute. The crew this morning was especially great. I felt bad that I didn't have change to tip them so I'll give them some kudos instead and hopefully their manager will reward them:) Kyle and the rest of the morning crew today were super nice and efficient. I got my drink and breakfast quickly even if there were a lot of customers. Not all Jamba juice branches are created equal...I had a particularly bad experience at the Plaza Bonita branch. So I'm glad this one is great. Ps to the Jamba Juice company, please make your app better. It's not as good as the Starbucks app. read more

When it comes to a smoothie fix, you always know what to expect from this franchise... It doesn't matter if you're in San Diego or Times Square, the smoothies, wraps, oatmeal, etc. are always good and made to order. I usually get an Ideal Meal, which is a smoothie with granola and sliced bananas, and a 2 oz shot of wheatgrass, that doubles as my salad for the day. Both items come out to about $8. read more

This is so freakin' crazy, you'll never believe it. This place has these great big blenders. Guess what they put in em'? Fruit. That's right...fruit. Sometimes, they add in ice, yogurt, or even vegetables. I know; totally crazy right?! So here is how it works: 1. You pick some slurry combination from the menu 2. Stuff goes in the afore mentioned big blender 3. A loud sound rattles around 4. You get a big cup and forget your eating anything healthy because it's all bended together with other stuff that makes it taste different 5. You pay big money for something you can make for $1 at home In all seriousness, they do good work. It's best to go in your workout gear to make it look like you're healthy even though you are still feeling guilty about polishing of that large pizza with a pint of Cold Stone last night. Bon appetite. read more

Associate seemed upset when I came in to pick up an order. That's the only comments I have at this time.

Jamba like all other Jamba. Staff was friendly and helpful as I stood there indecisive like always. They asked if I needed assistance and didn't rush me to decide at all. I like that. I also quite enjoyed the smell every time I walk into a Jamba. You guys smell like my citrus dream! read more

Ordered two smoothies, and the store was packed and there were a lot of people already waiting for the smoothies and some people behind me waiting in line. I ordered and waited by the door for my smoothies because there was people everywhere else. 15 minutes later I walk up to the girl making the smoothies and asked if she ever made mine, and there were my two watered down melted smoothies just sitting there. She gave me a nasty look and attitude as she handed them to me. I should be the upset one, not her!!! If you don't like your job then quit! Better yet you should be fired!!! Her response should have been an apology and possibly new smoothies. That is customer service and how you retain customers. Not "Well I called your name" I've been here many times in the past and I've had no complaints till now. I would give this place zero stars if possible. read more

They're handling food WITHOUT gloves and washing their hands. The girl working was at the register, doing dishes, making my smoothie, and handling my food. Not once did I see her wash her hands and put on gloves. That's disgusting. With COVID or not, when handling food, gloves should be worn. read more

This is my favorite Jamba Juice, it's right next to where I went to high school so I have fond memories of hot August days walking down the hill to get a banana berry smoothie and hanging out in the plaza outside of Jamba Juice... oh the good ol' days! Nothing overly special to the normal bystander about this Jamba Juice, but for me nostalgia and old friends remind me why I love this jamba juice so much! Some of my friends still work here so it's a great time for me to catch up and say hello to old faces. The parking lot sometimes a little busy but it's a pretty busy plaza with plenty of parking! Go for the smoothies, you can get an acai bowl anywhere else and it's probably better at a less franchised location. If you have no idea what to get, my go to is always either the banana berry or the caribbean passion. People LOVE white gummi bear, always a favorite. Don't forget you can ask for it chunky or smooth/well blended! My only issue is that sometimes when we ask for it double/well blended we still end up with chunks of fruit getting stuck in our straw. Love Jamba Juice, especially this one because #nostalgia. read more

Love the Jamba..... This location is very good, very friendly staff and very efficient even when there's a long line it goes very quickly. 1st time going to the location, I love Jamba juice. The young guy at the register seemed to agree with me when it came to putting your hands on the top/rim or inside the cup. I had mixed feelings when I stop in and it smelled like clorox and citrus. Okay so it was 20 minutes to closing time but I wasn't expecting my nose hairs to catch on fire. Anyways I ordered a 16 oz Orange Dream Machine, my fave, and patiently waited and to my surprise dude says, "sorry came out a little big, hope you don't mind?" Heck naw, got a medium jamba for the price of the small...dope! I might have to visit right before closing time more often. Hmmm I wonder if this works at other places? read more
