I walked in there and it was very slow which is a good thing . Lilly was very nice and kind to help me decided on what drink to order. So, I don't drink coffee, and I used to laugh at my wife spending 8-10 bucks on a coffee on a regular basis. One day I wanted a drink and I saw jamba next door, so I got myself a drink! Man, that is some GOOD STUFF and I see them put whole fruit in it!!! This is great! BUT OH CRAP it is expensive! Here's my story from my last visit; So, I just had dental surgery and I was hungry, but I couldn't eat, so I said how about a jamba juice. Peanut Butter Mood. They put whole banana with peanut butter and it is devine! I found that if I ask for extra banana, it makes an ounce or 2 of extra drink, and their baristas will take a 2nd cup and pour it in there and give it to me. Nice bonus, no extra cost. Good thing their large is $9. That is insane. So now I'll only go when they say we've missed you, here's $2 off your next drink in my weekly email. Today, no coupon, just a need for a meal I can drink, so knowing there would be extra I tipped $2 making it $11.00 for my drink. And the guy making the drink says I can only give you the extra if you pay for a protein additive and he pours the extra down the drain. So, instead of making happy customers and giving out an extra ounce or 2 of the drink they'd rather dump it down the drain. So, I paid $11 for a fruit drink to see you pour out the extra into the trash VS giving it to a loyal customer. Great job being greedy. I will not be returning for quite some time. read more

I haven't been to this place in a while. On June 5 around 7:I went to get a smoothie, walked up to the counter, the girl working there just walked up to the register and looked at me. I was like, "hi" which is what people usually say to customers to welcome them into their establishment. The workers here were so helpful and flexible with my indecisive selecting. I had $10 to spend and sadly their pre-made food selection was VERY limited. But alas, I looked at their baked selection and it helped fill my quota. I personally like the Banana Berry Smoothie; it's my "safe go-to flavor". Stuff goes in the afore mentioned big blender 3. A loud sound rattles around 4. I ordered and waited by the door for my smoothies because there was people everywhere else. 15 minutes later I walk up to the girl making the smoothies and asked if she ever made mine, and there were my two watered down melted smoothies just sitting there. She gave me a nasty look and attitude as she handed them to me. I should be the upset one, not her!!! If you don't like your job then quit! Better yet you should be fired!!! This is my favorite Jamba Juice, it's right next to where I went to high school so I have fond memories of hot August days walking down the hill to get a banana berry smoothie and hanging out in the plaza outside of Jamba Juice... oh the good ol' days! Nothing overly special to the normal bystander about this Jamba Juice, but for me nostalgia and old friends remind me why I love this jamba juice so much! Some of my friends still work here so it's a great time for me to catch up and say hello to old faces. The parking lot sometimes a little busy but it's a pretty busy plaza with plenty of parking! Go for the smoothies, you can get an acai bowl anywhere else and it's probably better at a less franchised location. If you have no idea what to get, my go to is always either the banana berry or the caribbean passion. People LOVE white gummi bear, always a favorite. Don't forget you can ask for it chunky or smooth/well blended! My only issue is that sometimes when we ask for it double/well blended we still end up with chunks of fruit getting stuck in our straw. I come to this Jamba Juice location pretty often and everytime I come in I get great customer service. The store is always kept clean and the workers really know their stuff! Even when there's a long line, they file through everyone pretty quickly with smiles on their faces.
