They had juices, sandwiches, smoothies and more, things that would be the right choice to eat after a workout. Service was pretty good in my opinion. There was only one person working there at the time we went (not sure if he was the owner) but he was super kind and had great customer service skills. He was working hard and explaining to us in good detail about some of the stuff we didn't know about (example the Vitale Sauce). Surprisingly, food was pretty good. The fish was fresh and he packed the bowl pretty well. The fish had a really nice color to it so that was reassuring. We got two small bowls (around $13 per bow) and one medium bowl (Around $15 per bowl) and we did think price matched what we paid for. The worker was also very generous on the toppings. I do see myself coming back here. I think it's smart that it opened up right next to the gym. But they're really good poke and at the same time, some of their sandwiches and juices caught my eye, so I will definitely be back to try them again.
