Really great flavor profiles in each respective drink that showcased the subtle nutty-sweet flavors in pandan and the complex layers in an IPA. Highly recommend giving these drinks a try! The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and I appreciate that I'm not sitting around forever waiting for my coffee. I know I should probably branch out and try some of their other drinks, but I have a picky stomach, and when I find something I love, I stick with it. Their Café de Olla with honey is definitely my favorite. Most importantly, I wanted to acknowledge the consistently friendly service. The drink didn't taste like it was loaded with sugar, which allows you to actually taste the coffee and notice the quality of the beans. The avo toast I had was drizzled with this chili oil they make in house and it was 10/10. I wish I lived closer to here, as I'd likely visit daily.
