Love Paris Baguette! This store is bright and clean. Everything fresh for an early breakfast stop. Staff cheerful and helpful. Pastry wrapped dogs perfect protein breakfast. Be sure to ask to have them heated- yum! Love that the owner promotes supporting the broader community.

It was a delightful first time experience at Paris Baguette at Otay Ranch. I placed my first order online and signed up for their marketing texts and I received a coupon for a free pastry. I picked the croissant donuts! They were delish! I arrived to the pickup spot and Kyu was kind and brought out my cake with care. He asked if I wanted candles and a cake cutter (complimentary). They do have a wide variety of pastries, freshly made coffee, and a clean store with a small seating area. I'll definitely be back for more treats!

Fruit tart--flaky and moist pastry, creamy filling, and fresh fruit--awesome!

Always love everything here. This week we bought the rainbow cake (perfect for Pride week!). It was delish! The whipped cream frosting was light and not too sweet. The sponge cake had beautiful colors, also light, and each layer had its own flavor! Great flavors and presentation!

Me and my best friend were craving coffee but, being on our no-sugar kick, it's tough to really love love coffee the same way. That said, we're learning to appreciate the full experience of black coffee and cold brews- and this stop was actually a win! We popped into Paris Baguette, and I wanted to try their cold brew after hearing from the staff that it's on the stronger side. They weren't kidding- it was bold, smooth, and exactly what I needed. It did taste a little burnt, but not in a dealbreaker way- still got the caffeine hit I was after, and overall it did the job. The price was super reasonable- mine and hers came out to around $11 total, which was good. I didn't try the pastries this time (sugar detox struggles), but I've had their little soft sponge cakes before- so good, so fluffy I totally recommend them! And if you ever spot their chocolate cream puffs... run, don't walk. I was obsessed with them like two years ago. They're dangerous in the best way. The café itself was clean, not too packed, and our drinks came out fast. Staff was friendly and efficient. The only downside was parking- the lot was packed, and getting a space took a bit of circling. Oh, and for a little sugar-free fun, I went home and added my own sf Twix cold foam.. had to give it a little personal touch!

Food: This place has pretty decent bakery goods. Lots of the sweets are pretty yummy. I recommend the cakes as well. The matcha isn't high quality but if you don't really care about matcha too much then it's an okay sweet drink to get. The fruit pastry is yummy and crispy! Service: They're pretty efficient! Ambiance: There's a few seats by the window. It's pretty bright inside and very chill vibes. People will come and go picking up items.

Emma always does a fine job! Always helpful, accommodating, great customer service and goes above and beyond. Any questions or things I need help with she has been a joy! I hope one day she gets promoted or the manager notices what an amazing individual and asset she is to the company. She makes my experience here multiple times phenomenal. She works hard and is genuine. Food is good and she answers all my questions. I feel bad because I ask a lot of things and am not the easiest especially being 8months pregnant thank you Emma!

Paris Baguette located in Eastlake in a small shopping center and parking can be challenging. Amazing bakery with many items to choose from. Whether you are craving something sweet or savory, this spot is definitely worth the trip! I ordered: Strawberry supreme croissant - AMAZING! From the icing to the filling, it was the perfect strawberry flavoring! Not too sweet at all. Palmier - delish. It was the perfect crispiness and just a hint of citrus sweetness. Perfect size, not too big

This place is fantastic. The pastries are always fresh, delicious, and consistently high quality. I honestly didn't expect a chain-style bakery to be this good, but it exceeded my expectations. I love the grab-a-box-and-fill-it-yourself concept- it makes it easy to try a variety of items. The employees are always friendly and welcoming. I stopped by on Father's Day and was impressed to see the staff restocking items before they even ran out, despite how busy it was. Great service, great pastries, and a great overall experience. I'll definitely be back!

Croissant donut with orange zest. So good!

So good, I had to come back again. And let me tell you! That croissant donut with light orange cream was just as good as it was a few days ago. All of the bakery cases were full today, but I only had eyes for one Thank you!

Tiramisu cake
Estefania C.

Cute bakery. Very busy. Has seating on the right side of the store. They have pastries, cakes, sandwiches and hot/cold drinks. Items are not as sugary as most other places. Very cute and delicious looking pastries. I had a tiramisu cake and a pumpkin spice iced latte. The tiramisu was like a regular cake. It was cute with the gingerbread on top. The ice pumpkin latte was good and had a real pumpkin taste. Would love to come back and taste some of the pastries you grab with the tray.

I really liked that they had candles and cake decorations as well in the store and I bought a few Birthday embellishments which were all $1 each, great price! The staff was nice but not too friendly when I was trying to find out more about the cakes and flavors, I had to read the labels since she didn't provide me any details. The cake was just okay, it was very dense and a bit dry. The marshmallow frosting was a little thick and the overall flavors were definitely different but not sure I would get this flavor again. I asked the lady at the register in Spanish if there was any chocolate pan de muerto and she completely ignored me. Like, didn't even look up. Just called someone from the back in Spanish, which, mija, I understood every word. The girl who came to help me was a little better but not much. She told me the chocolate pan de muerto was sold out, which fine, I get it, it was a holiday. But that's literally all you had to say. No smile, no "sorry we're out," nothing. Just took my money and that was that. The panadería itself deserves five stars. The staff needs some work. I'll probably go back for the pan because it really is that good, but I'm keeping my expectations low on the service side.

The last time i had an ilocos empanada was when visited Vigan Philippines in 2017! I ordered on in addition to a chicken empanada and pizza pandesal. I decided to check out the coffee shop and what made me backtrack was that they make calamansi tea (with either black or jasmine tea). Decided to order that and eat the ilocos empanada at the cafe while it was still warm. The ilocos empanada: big portion ($6). You can order with or without cheese ($7 with cheese). I opted without cheese because this is how i remember eating it. It also comes with a vinegar sauce. It was delicious. Perfect crunch. Perfect ratios of papaya, mung beans, meat and egg. Calamansi black tea - yummy as well. Not too sweet. Tasted good with the empanada. I will definitely be coming back for the ilocos empanada. They make them daily and often replenished throughout the day (according to the employee).
