They have a drive thru!!!! Which is so convenient! They do have a sign up program which gives you 50% off your first order. They have a variety of options from açaí to protein shakes. If you want to go in store there's plenty of parking. All of the workers I've encountered are super nice and helpful. Store is clean and neat read more

They can't figure out their rewards! Had a reward and the worker could not figure out how to use it and it would not scan either.

I had trouble with the app glitching when I was placing my order (having to check out multiple times and it not going thru) and it ended up placing the order to the wrong location I had saved. The manager here was super helpful in taking my info down to email the other store for a refund since they weren't picking up the phone for me to give them the heads up. She also honored the discount I used online which was super nice of her! Ended very happy with my acai bowl :) read more

Sorry, but I have to give my two cents. I went in today and ordered the green apple "smoothie." The staff seemed really rushed and busy, which I understand, but unfortunately my drink wasn't blended well at all. It was full of chunks and definitely not what I expected from a smoothie. Just sharing my experience--hopefully this can be improved. read more

Let me be the first to say that i don't think Jamba Juice is all that special but they are consistent. I think that's very rare with these large chains. This location is very clean and well kept. I like that they have an outdoor patio area. Large parking lot so no issues finding a spot. This place also has a drive through option. The staff seems to rotate a lot. Not sure if I recognize any of these team members since my last visit but it has been awhile for me. read more

My husband and I love this place since it's one of the few Jambas with a drive-thru! This is located in the same plaza as the McDonald's and Home Goods. We picked up some smoothies yesterday evening through the drive-thru. I ordered a Pink Star with a Daily Vitamin boost and my husband got a Strawberry Surfrider; our usuals. Ordering was easy and there were a few cars in front of us after, but the wait wasn't too long. I ordered a medium, but they ended up making me a large, so that was a nice bonus! The smoothies were delicious and refreshing. Whenever we're down in the Otay area we prefer this location since it's more convenient with the drive-thru. I'm not sure why there are complaints about the wait as we usually don't have issues when we go, so I'm going to guess it depends on if you're there during peak hours; typically lunch rush. read more

Stopped by Today at the Drive through. Super Thankful they have one because it's Very Convenient! Sweet young boy, Polite demeanor at the drive through window. He's a Champion. Just a little Tip: For Better Customer Service, it's Polite manners to Greet the Customer, First, by the Window.... The Long wait and No-Greeting was a bit Rude. But, I understand as he wanted to Complete my Order in one go. There is a Saying 'You teach people how to Treat you.' So, I Live by that, Respectfully :) read more

It pains me to leave this review, but today we went through the drive thru. This is the second time that it has taken more than 35 minutes to get three drinks with only two cars ahead of us. I tend to be a patient person, but I think the problem is when you get to the window and it takes 5 minutes to be acknowledged. I understand it can be busy, but a simple "we will be right with you" can go a long way. read more

Was doing an afternoon jog and decided to stop bye and get something healthy and something to give me a little extra energy. Saw the Jamba Juice in this shopping area and decided to try it out. Once arriving there is an abundance of parking since it's in a shopping center plus it has a drive thru so that's a plus. This location is fairly new so it's pretty clean and everything inside is new. The menu is direct and has various options that the employees are happy to help with. I asked for something sweet and healthy. The employee recommended the Apple n Greens. It has Kale and various fruits that brings a lot of flavor. Plus I added vitamins and extra energy to get me through the day. They also have 10% discount for military so utilize that if you have a chance. Will definitely be coming here again. There's nothing more refreshing than a nice cold healthy drink in the middle of the day! read more

5/5 stars for service and consistency! The workers at this location are always fast and efficient. I have nothing to complain about. I ordered the fruity pebbles (item from the secret menu). The drink is tart and sweet. My boyfriend *attempted* to order the peanut butter and jelly (also from the secret menu). When he said he wanted the PB&J drink the girl at the drive thru said "sorry, no one knows how to make that here." What...? Anyway, he ended up ordering the chocolate moo-d (from the regular menu) and it tastes like a cold/almost frozen hot chocolate! 10/10 would definitely recommend! read more

Thank you Jamba Juice for making me a terrific Lotta Horchata Smoothie. It was a first for me and will not be my last. The smoothie offered a great combination of flavors such as cold brew coffee, cinnamon, chia seeds, honey, almond milk, and a nonfat frozen yogurt. The smoothie was not only light and perfect for a warm day, but flavorful too. I was very pleased that I could taste the honey, almond milk, and cinnamon with a subtle flavor of that horchata rice flavor. The staff members were all up beat and friendly. They were very in tune with the products at Jamba Juice. The location offers a drive thru and a good amount of inside and outside seating. read more

I mean what's more amazing than having a drive-thru Jamba Juice? Great greens is my go to juice. I mean it's 2021 and I'm trying to be healthy so this juice hits the spot. Then let us use that gift card on our order. That's great customer service! My husband and I always order peanut butter moo'd. I also like their acai bowl, not my favorite but it will do when you want something quick and nearby. My daughter likes strawberry wild and my toddler drinks it all! For the most part this Jamba is the only one I know of with a drive thru option. It's a good idea but smoothies take a few minutes to make. In a line of 5 cars or so it was a 15 minute wait still. You might want to opt for the indoor service if there's a long line. Quality Jamba though. Love their waffle. read more

Who doesn't love Jamba?! I'm here every other day so this review is long overdue. My drinks are always made pretty well and the customer service here is awesome. I only had a bad drink once or twice but that's about it so far. I always get the peanut butter mood with carrot juice instead of milk and it's pretty bomb! I love the impossible sandwich for a quick snack before running errands. I'll be back tomorrow and so forth. If anything changes I'll update the review. read more

The food is decent for a smoothie spot it hits when it hits. One thing that sucks is the selections of the smoothies menu got smaller I messed with the blue sky and went yesterday on Sunday 19th of May n it wasn't there. The plant based sandwich is small. Really what cracks is the pretzels they hit the spot. Service normal not fast not slow just average just teens who trying to get there coins. read more

I've typically have had good service at this location, but yesterday I ordered a large Aloha Pineapple and it almost tasted like it was expired, I couldn't even take another sip without almost throwing up. I was very disappointed. I was on my way to work and unable to turn around to get a new one made. So I called and it went to voicemail. I left a message and explained what happened and left my phone number in hopes there would be a callback to resolve this issue. I didn't even get to drink or enjoy my drink. A full day went by and I was never called back. I'm disappointed in this establishment's unprofessionalism and failure to accommodate the customer, and for this reason they have lost my business completely. read more

I was in the store today with the gentleman who mentions that, in his opinion, this location discriminated against people with disabilities. I can't say if there was intentional discrimination going on, but it's very true that people who ordered after he ordered received their orders before him, myself included. What I noticed was a staff that seemed friendly enough but was disorganized and very, very slow. According to my receipt, I ordered at 1:48 pm. I checked my watch when I got it and it was 2:02 pm. 14 minutes to make one medium smoothie (no special order or fancy requests) is not going to cut it. Maybe they're focusing on the drive through? The smoothie was good, the location was clean, and the staff seemed pleasant, but I've got no reason to go back when I can get the same thing, at equal or better quality, in a quarter of the time three minutes away. read more
