I stopped in Jamba for a quick bite and I noticed that they were now offering empanadas. I ordered two of the chicken ones for $6 for two. The empanadas were pretty good. They were well filled with tender chicken, but the cumin seasoning was a little high. The crust was pretty good, but an additional 45 seconds to a minute in the high convection oven would have been good to develop a more crusty texture and a better golden brown color. They offer Tapatio and ketchup for a sauce. It would be great if they would offer the little Cholula hot sauce packets as well. The service was friendly enough, but they were not much for conversation. The offer inside and outside seating at this location. read more

Diego and Sebastian were awesome tonight! I tried ordering the new Cold Hot Chocolate Bowl in the app, but I wasn't seeing the promo price. I called and Diego hooked me up! Kudos for going above and beyond, Diego! By the way, loved, loved, loved the new Cold Hot Chocolate Bowl! The extra crunch with rice crispier and peanuts make it fun. I also get my potassium dosage from the banana slices and I get to feel like a kid again with chocolate and whipped cream! Thank you! read more

This location is so clean! Properly adhering to CDC guidelines, this location basically removed all seating tables and chairs. The front door has numerous signs about Covid-19. When you walk in, there is tape leading you where to go. The workers were very friendly and seemed happy to be at their job, which is great and shows a lot about management. They are well versed on the menu and will gladly explain what ingredients the item consists of. I ordered the almond nutty bowl but the person making the bowl accidentally made the chunky strawberry bowl. At first, I was wondering why the bowl was pink and knew for a fact I was the only person in the store that ordered a bowl... Turns out she accidentally made the wrong bowl but was quick to apologize and was very nice about it. The correct bowl that I ordered was done shortly after! read more

Came in late Saturday night and it was great to see no line. We took a bit to order since we weren't sure what we wanted. Everyone working there was really friendly and helpful. Their great attitude was contagious. We opted for one of the açaí drinks and it was great too. read more

Didn't know they stopped making juice at 8pm when they close at 9pm. They should have a sign.

Great, friendly service! My drinks tastes amazing. The associate who helped me was Andrew V and he was very friendly.

I like this location better than the one on Otay Lakes Rd. by Lowe's. The vibe seems better here. I usually get good service and perfect smoothies. I love ordering through the app on my phone. But today, my daughter said that something tasted off, like "earth", in her drink when she was almost finished with it. We were already home by then. She found the culprit at the bottom- it was a really brown banana slime, er, slice. As I'm writing this, I read another post about bad bananas, hopefully my girl doesn't get sick, and hopefully this doesn't happen to someone else. read more

So today I made a mistake and did an online order to this location in Bonita. I was @ work and thought I ordered from my Work location in Point Loma. Called and called to cancel my order but their phone lines were down (not their fault). So after work I drove by the bonita location. They still had it sitting their freezer after 6 hrs! Ramseys the manager was super nice and really cool. He even blended the smoothies again. 2 Thumbs up on the customer service! read more

Personally, this place is my new favorite Jamba Juice. The one in Eastlake used to be my favorite (because it was the only one in the area), but now that there's another one, I prefer the latter. This location is perfect because right after taking my summer body sculpting classes, I can just drive right across the street for a rejuvenating smoothie--with or without protein. Not only is this location great, but so is the Jamba Juice itself. It's very big and spacious with seating by the windows, and there's also a patio outside for more seating. Generally, this location doesn't get TOO crowded. The workers are kind and the drinks are good. I prefer this location. read more

This is literally the... and I'm hesitant to post this because of my own selfish nature... the fastest Jamba Juice I've been too! The staff is young, bright, and friendly. While one person takes your order and payment... the others start making the smoothies... so within the time it takes you to walk to the pick up counter.. it's already done! This is not the closest jamba to me... but I definitely drive here during my work breaks because of their speed and upbeat nature! Thanks for the yummy and fast drinks! Also one time.. I did a mobile order... and it wasn't ready when I got there cause it got lost... but they made it within a a couple minutes! So thanks again read more

This store is a true disgrace. We have the old buy one get one feee card. And all the Jamba juices still honor and this one not only turned us away they wouldn't allow my husband to use our phone number for points. Best Jamba I've ever been too. Usual good Jamba juices, drinks, etc.. What sets this one apart and above the rest is the customer service and the consistency in the preparation of your drinks. Fast, Quick, and Clean facility. Great menu with a lot of selections. Keep in mind; if you stop by throughout the week (M-F) between 2:15pm & 4pm you'll get stuck in a line made up primarily of High School kids. Parking is a little cramped so plan accordingly. read more

I usually don't take the time to write a review but I had the BEST customer service at this Jamba Juice location. I wanted to try something new, but didn't know which drink to purchase. Staff at this location is very friendly! At least one of them will say hi every time I come in. The only thing I get at Jamba Juice are their wheat grass shots so I can't say much as to the quality of their beverages but they do have great customer service. I have been to several Jamba Juice locations, and this is my absolute favorite! The staff members are always warm and friendly. The afternoon staff members even know me by name and always make me smile. Case in point, ***Avery*** always remembers my name and my go to smoothie. I am near-sighted so I often need assistance reading the menu when I am interested from deviating from the norm. Avery always happily summarizes the ingredients for each smoothie for which I have an inquiry. Bless his heart for being so patient! Thank you Avery! In addition to the very helpful staff members, the smoothies and juices are always well made and prepared in a timely manner. Unless they're super busy, you can count on having your smoothie made within five minutes. What I love about Jamba Juices in general is that they have such a diverse menu. From freshly squeezed juices to protein-packed smoothies to breakfast bowls, you're guaranteed an enjoyable healthy food option. So, give it a try if you haven't already! Highly recommend this Jamba Juice store in particular! read more

I've been going to Jamba Juice since the early 90s on warm days when I'd skip a meal in lieu of a Power smoothie. Today was an unusually warm April day (where are those April showers?) so I opted for my usual large (power) Citrus Squeeze at the recently-opened Jamba Juice near Southwestern College & Bonita Vista High School. There were three people ahead of me and three people working; sorta. One girl was making drinks, another was taking orders, and the third girl was sloooooooowly counting her cash drawer. You would think she was paid by the minute by the way she was counting those 15-20 $1 bills. Not a real biggie since I'm sorta used to these younger folks not having any sense of urgency for anything but their phones. I finally made it to the front of the line and ordered my three drinks for just under $16. It was a big disappointment that they don't fill the cups up all the way and they don't blend the fruit up enough; you end up struggling to suck a big chunk of strawberry/banana through the straw. How crappy can service/quality get these days? If you really want to find out, just visit this Jamba Juice. For those do-it-yourselfers, avoid this place and try blending strawberries, bananas, plain yogurt, OJ, and some Minute Maid fruit punch concentrate (as a sweetener) at home. read more

I sure wanted to write a positive review, as that is something I do frequently. However, I went here last Friday evening (2/26 @ 5:15) and was absolutely appalled at the behavior of the youngest girl working the counter. I walked in and only one other customer was there, finishing his order. As obligated, the girl said welcome, but never looked up. When I ordered, she gave no eye contact, no confirmation of my order, and only said the amount due. It seemed as if she was very angry - at something or somebody - which perhaps cause her rude behavior. I tenderly (for real) asked her if she was doing ok, and if they just had a big rush. She did not answer. I asked again, and she said she no. She was abrasive. So I added that I felt she was treating me very impolite. She looked at me TURNED AND WALKED AWAY! Just like that. I do not have a receipt (should) otherwise I would be more exact. The drink was good but missing 2 inches! Not going back to this one. It is disappointing that a young girl has already learned poor work habits and zero people skills. read more

Very friendly employees. I ordered my usual, berry lime sublime, and the girl behind the register didn't know where on the computer it was but she just asked another employee who showed her and we were on our way.
