I gave this Jamba Juice location another chance, but UGHHH....no more. I like to order all my smoothies extra thick, but on the contrary our two "smoothies" were the consistency of mixed frothy juice. I also like to order from the secret menu, but for some reason these folks don't know how to make many of the secret menu drinks, so I gotta explain to them how to make it. The inside of the store was in need of general cleanliness (napkins and straws were strewn around and the floor needed some mopping) and the air was stuffy (get more air conditioning in here). Hmm. I just came in to get some juice. I don't have an issue with the juice but the staff had a different tone with me. Idk if it's because I was on the phone. But I quickly got off the phone when I was done talking to him. My son was talking to me in regards to what he wanted and I didn't know if I should get a 16oz and a small 10oz for him. But I decided to get a 16oz so my son and I can share. Once my drink was made I asked the gentlemen cutting the strawberries if I could get a small cup for my son and he seemed bothered by it. I apologized and he said "you didn't tell them in the front?" I said "no sorry" he said "next time tell them" I said "ok sorry about that" and I'm not sure how I feel but I went out of the store feeling like I got scolded like a child for asking for a small cup to share with my son. I don't mind the smoothies. I've always been a fan just the service here was unsettling like they were bothered by my presence if that makes any sense. I went early too a little before 8 so they weren't busy but I guess they judged me automatically acting like I was so snobby person and treated me like I was stuck up when I was on the phone with my son. Overall there service was questionable. They already had a certain view about me and didn't treat me very nicely. And scolded me for asking for a small cup for my son. Ok so I come here all the time... and usually don't have a bad experience so wish I didn't have to write this review. So anyways, found some bugs, like nats in my acai bowl. I took a pic.. called them.. whoever I spoke with apologized, and said I can come back and get a new one. However, I had already gotten back home to go to work, so didn't have the time to just go back for another, she told me I could come back anytime and just save my pictures. Fast forward, I come in today to get an Acai bowl. Cashier looks at me like I'm stupid... then goes to the other employee making smoothies and says "this person says she had a bug in her Acai Bowl and someone said she could get a new one. Did you hear anything about an Acai bowl?"... the other employee just looks at the cashier and the cashier goes "ummm yeaaa...". As if I'm just in there causing a problem or BSing about my bowl. The other employee then says "next time, you need to come in the same day"... I said "they told me I could Come in whenever."( etc. read above). She says "ok, next time". (I mean.. there shouldn't even be a next time of find a bug). So anyways, got my bowl, no apologies, no smiles, no nothing. She makes it, puts it on the counter and just says "Acai bowl". Ordered an acai bowl and it was more like a blended shake with granola thrown inside, topped with old, bruised bananas, to which the associate had to notice while dicing it up. I returned it and requested a refund. I then picked up my friends drink order and it came with a nice, long piece of hair halfway inside and outside the drink, which is why hair nets should be enforced in all food establishments. This Jamba Juice is tucked away in the corner of the shopping center by Ralph's, across the street from Bonita Vista High School. The staff here is incredibly polite and professional. They are very friendly and it's nice to see that they are happy at work, even early in the morning. This location is always clean and organized. Every time I come here, the people are very friendly and there's very fast service. There is very little weeding. The smoothies and the breakfast sandwiches are always on point. The products are very fresh and delicious. Excellent service overall. read more

Chill staff and they are faster then any other Jamba Juices in giving you your smoothie and getting out the door so you can go where you need to be. If I can rate this zero I would, I order one acai bowl one pitaya guy says we're out of blueberries. Sure no problem I don't really care. I've been meaning to write this review for a while. I usually go before work so between 7-8 am. I've always received great customer service and that is one of the reasons I continue to go here. I use to make my smoothies at home but haven't had as much in the recent months so I make a quick stop here and there's my breakfast. Vanessa and Zoe are great they're very personable and friendly. Vanessa makes the smoothies so good too. There's another really helpful guy there I can't remember his name but I've been real satisfied. I'm vegan and I really appreciate them getting creative with my smoothie or making suggestions when my regular smoothie is no longer available. A couple times I went the credit card machine wasn't working and they did run out of an matcha and that sucked but they were real apologetic about it and honestly because they're so personable and awesome all the other days it makes it easy to look past those days that something wasn't working. I wish the parking lot was bigger but i usually find a spot. Basically I wrote this review because over the last few months I've received awesome customer service, really yummy smoothies and they're always working fast back there to send me on my way to work. I walked into this Jamba Juice location to order a juice (right after lunch time); however, I was told they had no fresh produce so they weren't able to make juices. I was disappointed, but figured, "well, guess they had a busy day." The next day I went back and, thankfully, they had stocked their produce and I was able to get the juice I had wanted. Unfortunately, I had to wait for about 15-20 min before getting my order. To make it worse, I paid extra to have them add ginger into my drink, which they didn't. I was actually not annoyed with the employees because it was just two of them (one in the cashier, another prepping all the drinks) during lunch time! It was obvious that they were struggling to keep up, which isn't their fault. The management team there need to make sure they have enough employees during that time. Nevertheless, others around me were visibly annoyed and one guy who walked in to pick up an online order was so upset his order wasn't ready when he arrived that he actually used some curse words. I guess I will just have to get my juice from the other juice place around there (not a Jamba Juice). read more
