Mistakes happen, and we completely understand if the cashier simply forgot to charge us, but the attitude and way the situation was handled were completely unnecessary. When my dad asked for the manager's information, we were told they "don't have a manager." The $1 ranch was never the problem, the customer service was. We came in during business hours and were treated like an inconvenience from the moment we walked in. Between the eye rolling, refusing to answer the phone before closing, arguing with my dad, recording the interaction, and claiming there was no manager, the entire experience was extremely unprofessional. The girl without glasses was who served me (of the two associates) and while I understand I came in during pre-closing, the store is still open, why should I be treated any less than another customer? She didn't say anything at all besides confirming my order and if I wanted my receipt. She threw her serving spoon into the sink after finishing my friend's order as well. I also work late nights and customer service too but this? She was so so rude for absolutely no real reason at all and I will definitely be sharing my experience here.
