    Cariaban passion smoothie

They leave the chunks of fruit all the time!! Last time coming. I guess it will be worth it driving to Eastlake.

This was one of the worst experiences we have ever had at a Jamba before. Everything started smoothly in the drive through when they took our order and when we got to the window they retook our order which is no problem because I understand there can be some troubles. The part that was bad was when we got handed the wrong açaí bowl and when I went inside to get the correct bowl after leaving the drive through the employee very rudely yanked the bowl out of my hand as another employee started making the correct bowl without changing his gloves that were full of Nutella chocolate. The Açaí primo, the bowl we did order does not come with Nutella, yet our bowl had it all over the plastic container. When I grabbed the bowl my hands became full of chocolate. This was a terrible experience not only by getting the wrong order but the very rude and unprofessional employees looked like they just did not want to be there and made sure I knew that was the case. They need to be retrained if they even received any training on how to treat customers and be sanitary when making an order.

I come here a couple times a month, the line will be long in the early day, but the service is quick. The prices are so high for what you get. Really really love the white gummy! The store is really clean and the parking lot is new and very easy to navigate.

Came from a run and was craving jamba juice. Was expecting a cold acai bowl except received a runny liquid acid bowl. So sad. It was a lot smaller than I expected. Acai bowls aren't supposed to be like this At this point it's best to grab acai from Costco if anything. I also got a Green 'n Ginger smoothie (or is it reversed?) and was pleased with the taste. Not too bitter from the ginger but neither too sweet. Hence I gave it an extra star. $8.99 for small size though. I've sold small smoothies before for $6.99 for this kind of size so that's a bit iffy. So much potential but not there yet in this location.

Plastic particles in my drink... i drank it all and just noticed i was consuming plastic.

Duuuuude.... DUDE!!!! WHAT THE F**K???? I come here often because of my work, I normally don't mind the 5-15min wait time even though thats an absurd amount of time to wait for your items. Anyways, today 11/10/22 i ordered a mango a go go. First sip felt weird but i'm already at work so i can't complain about a smoothies texture and go back n drive to complain about a drink like get over it right? While i was towards the last sips i told myself "you know what, this texture hasn't changed and its bothering me" as i'm on my last couple sips i decided to grab wtv was in the drink with my tongue (like i felt it on my tongue and kept it their so i can pull it out with my finger) and when i saw what it was i was super confused. I thought maybe MAYBE it was the fibers from the mangoes... i waited for it to dry, it turned wet/orange looking to white, then i tried to tear it in half and it wouldn't tear till i pulled them apart really hard. Basically these dumb ass idiots put plastic in my drink (on purpose or on accident) and now i'm never coming here again. Also my insides feel weird after drinking this drink... seriously am getting scared n might have to visit urgent care. This place needs to go LOL it has not been doing good since they built this place. I have Been working off Main St. since 2013 so i'm very familiar with this area and the businesses around em.

    Strawberries wild add blueberries.

Jamba is a classic , honestly don't think it's the healthiest unless you stick to Ty he plant juices or fresh squeezed juices but it dude does taste wonderful. I have many of there classic pre-made recipes like mango a go go, strawberries wild, and the seasonal watermelon freeze is a lot more icy than creamy but refreshing AF. Also had the carrot-orange juice, the green machine ( i think that's the name) and they are really good. But my go to is a Strawberries While add blueberries and an extra banana. Cant go wrong with that. Nice service wise the newest location in south Chula Vista could use some work. More smiles, a little more knowledge of the ingredients and they have a free app. I have had it code so long i forget which phone # i had connected to the account. Some of the less knowledgeable staff will say they can only look it up with your phone #. But i have had multiple of the more experienced staff look me up with just my email with no problem whatsoever. And some tell me it's not possible. So i recommend not forgetting your phone at b home if you want to use your rewards. Every $1 you spend is a point after 30 points you get $3 off and once in a while like a BOGO or $1-$2 off a waffle or a bfast sandwich. So it's way worth DL'ing the app. Now i have noticed like everywhere the prices are going up yet portions stay the same. A small warmed up circular belgian waffle is like $4 and to get full it takes like 3 of them. But what do you expect it's a smoothie bar. In short (LOL) if you like a good frozen not fresh fruit smoothie with juices or almond, soy, coconut or just milk as the base along with frozen yogurt and or sherbet for consistency thisbis your place. Also lots of powders as in energy, protein or immunity (i usually pass) makes the smoothie a bit powdery. Then give them a chance.

    Delicious

Hefty enough that half will fill me and I'm fat. The torta bread is the way to go for your sandwiches and yeah I know it's not a NYC thing but ewwww I had stale white bread with my NYC meal. I don't get here often but it looks like the menu has expanded with smoothies, pasta, and iced coffees. Still incredibly amazing prices (seriously the price for a pastrami sandwich at the NYC deli was twice the price here). Still the MOST INCREDIBLE AMAZING WELCOMING service you will ever experience. Dina, the owner who runs the front, makes you feel like you've pulled up a chair at her own kitchen. Loves to talk and gets to know you. I'm always a fan of seeing a restaurant acknowledge their regulars it just makes such a positive vibe and Dina welcomes them by name so tells you how often they frequent. Still located in a tiny business mall and if it weren't for the red on the sign you might miss it. Still cash only. Still the safest place on the planet as it is frequented by every form of law enforcement possible from BP, SDPD, CVPD, to the MIB (seeing if you're still with me). Its great that they support and receive support from first responders. If you want a satisfying deli experience stop by. I suggest....well everything.

He ordered his usual, a Cuban sandwich and I decided to go with the Pan Con Lechon. And for an extra treat, I got a stuffed potato ball with the beef filling. I thought the portion of the sandwiches was a good size! I only had room for a quarter of my sandwich. My bf only ate half, which is surprising because he always has an appetite! Or... maybe he just wanted to enjoy the other half later for dinner lol. I will say, the sandwiches are perfectly pressed and came out freshly hot. My sandwich specifically was just shredded pork. It seemed more on the dry side? I'm not sure if that is how it is supposed to be. It's still good and I still ate everything, I think I enjoyed it more later on in the day after reheating it, haha. Which, is a good sign It comes with fries and a container of the green sauce. I was a little bummed that it came with French fries and not Yucca fries not sure if we have to specifically ask for that. But only thought we would get Yucca fries because of the pictures outside the window. I also feel like one container of the green sauce is only enough for maybe half the sandwich. It's so good, wish it came with more sauce. I have no complaints regarding the potato ball. 5/5 for me! There are tables outside the shop if you wanted to eat there. Would I come back to this spot? Absolutely! I would love to try the other items on the menu such as their pastries! Next time I am back in Chula Vista, I may have to make a stop to pick up some goodies. Also, the young lady running the counter, you have terrific customer service.

The fruit sandos are good if that's your thing. I always find them to be too rich with all the cream and this place was no exception. I've tried all the savory sandos on the menu though, and they're solid. You really can't go wrong. The bobas are pretty good but don't compete with the elite boba shops like 3cat or momofuku. The corn hojicha is what I liked the most out of everything I've tried. Finally, service is average to above average. The person behind the register is usually a disinterested teenagers or 20-something employee but an older guy in the back, presumably a manager, tries hard to accommodate customer requests.
