I ordered a cake and received ice cream instead. I told the uber driver that the order was wrong and she told me I needed to contact the store. I contacted The store and it seems like their employees have absolutely no idea what they are doing. They told me to make the order again and that they would refund me later. Not really happy with this location. I had a coupon which was for National Ice cream day BOGO free. On the coupon I got in an email there was an expiration date for 7/28/2019. I go in with my family and I asked the young man if we could use the coupon. He said yes and so I place my order. As we check out I show him the email and he then tells me he needs to make sure they can still take it. I was randomly craving some ice cream so I visited Cold Stone around 7:30 pm on a Friday and it was PACKED. Didn't think it would be so busy but there was a mad ice cream rush. My best friend and I got strawberry blondes in the "love it" size. It was yummy but there were a lot of chunks of toppings clumped together. The worker probably didn't mix the creations as much as she should :( and when she handed it to us it was already melting on the sides/down the cup. Cold Stone has some great ice cream. . .according to the kids since I can't have it due to my lactose intolerance. But their creations look really pretty and if they sold a coconut based "ice cream" we'd be in some awesome business! But since they don't or at least I didn't see any, this review is based on other things: 1. Cold Stone IMO is on the more expensive side for ice cream. But it's like anything else that dubs their food "creations." You're paying for the Art of Ice Cream. So enjoy it! 2. Service is good. Not bad. Not excellent. The ladies there were attentive and smiling. Very ready to help and give requested advice or samples to my little tribe of kiddos. 3. This location is nicely placed among other food spots with plenty of parking. There is a nice outside area to sit a ways out. I wish it were closer to the door as my kid uses an assistive device to walk and getting somewhere is a hassle. It was a nice day so eating outside on a table close by would have been great. 4. The inside is a bit tight. Shortly after we ordered about 3 more families came in and it was hard to move about and somewhat chaotic. I walk in and see 4 girls working the front...or so I thought. I was waiting at the register because I wanted to check how much money was left on the gift card, however the 3 girls who were near the register were just standing around gossiping about something unimportant (not being able to attend a homecoming dance at another high school).
