we love dori boba! the menu is so big it's hard to choose what to get but everything is good!

While running some errands I had to look for nearby boba shops and I found this place on Yelp. Parking seemed fairly easy and convenient. The decor inside was cute. Staff were very attentive and answered all my questions. I did not have to wait very long to get my drinks. 1.Thai Tea with boba- This was pretty run of the mill TT, I asked if they brewed their tea and they said yes. It does not seem to me that Thai tea is brewed at that many places. I can't entirely tell if the tea was brewed fresh. Boba were a fairly bigger size and chewy. 3.5/5 2. Mango smoothie with Crystal boba and Mango jellies. I am not really quite sure what the foam on top of this drink was but it made it super tasty. I loved how the drink did not mix together and it was still in 3 layers when I got home. 5/5 3. Passionfruit Green tea with Grass Jelly- My sister noted that there wasn't much passion fruit flavor but she wanted the least amount of sugar so maybe that is why. She said the tea was slightly bitter but tasted freshly brewed. 4.4/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance 4/5 Food: 4.3/5

Spontaneous boba craving, Brown Sugar milk tea
    Eric S.

I was driving home from a long day and was craving sweets, so I decided to try a new boba place close to home. I ordered brown sugar milk tea with fresh boba. The boba itself was fresh and hot, The drink as a whole was okay, maybe because I went 20 minutes before closing and they were rushing to go home? Maybe.. I Liked the cozy vibe and friendly staff. Planning to give it another shot during regular hours and hoping for a tastier experience next time..

The environment is cozy and well decorated, making it fun. The staff were busy but attentive and were friendly. The boba was really good. The boba itself was very warm and soft, which is what I like, and the flavor of the tea was good too. If the flavor was just a little more strong it would be perfect, but overall this place has great boba tea and I highly recommend.

Jasmine Green Milk Tea & Brown Sugar Fresh Milk
    Samantha W.

Been twice now. We've had Jasmine Milk Tea, Brown Sugar Boba Fresh Milk & Thai tea. I appreciate that they offer oat, almond and soy milk. The jasmine milk tea had a very nice flavor and aroma. Not bitter. I quite enjoyed it. The brown sugar fresh milk was yummy. I've had others elsewhere where I thought the brown sugar taste was better though but we still enjoyed it. The Thai tea was good, nice flavor. The lowest sugar they can do is 25%. The first time the boba itself was surprisingly nice. Good size, served warm, very nice level of softness and chew. Nice level of sweetness as well. Pretty good boba to drink ratio. The second time we went the boba was unfortunately super firm and although the teas were okay the hard boba made the whole drink really unsatisfying to drink so I ended up barely drinking it. My husband did notify them about the undercooked boba and they offered to remake it but said the boba would be the same. So he decided that remaking it would be pointless. I came back because the first time was great so I gave a 4 overall but coming back two days later the drink is more like a 1. So I've changed my rating from 4 to 3. Due to the inconsistencies I don't know if I'll be back.

    Earl Grey Milk Tea

First time at Dori Boba and it was a cute shop with friendly staff and I had a decent experience overall. I ordered the earl grey milk tea with no boba and I waited about 5-10 minutes before my drink came out. My earl grey milk tea was decent with a good amount of earl grey flavor and it wasn't too sweet which I liked. The décor is pretty nice and I could see myself cozying up here to do some work or studying. I did wanna note that there was only 1 staff member taking orders and making the drinks while I saw the owner(?), an older lady, cleaning up and unfortunately not helping but I did show up at the last hour before they were closing. Overall, Dori Boba is a decent spot to check out if you are wanting a drink but not from a nearby chain like Ding Tea or R&B. There's plenty of parking in the plaza and they have a good variety of drinks to choose from.

Hats off to this new boba spot in Eastlake! Wide array of drink and food items, friendly staff, and the ambiance was pretty cool too (see pictures). I visited just 3 days after they opened and some flavors/ingredients were sold out (but that just means how popular they are!). I ordered the passion fruit green tea and crème brûlée "walling" aka crème brûlée is spread around the cup inside with aloe Vera--both 10/10. Will be back to try more flavors!

Come and enjoy Innovative, delicious handmade drinks and authentic toppings... definitely worth a visit! They have over 30 drinks to choose from! Service was great and the food and drinks were perfect. Ambiance was super cute especially the seated wall section ... great photo op! Fun fact: They freshly brew Butterfly Tea Flowers which creates the blue colored tea!!! Featured are my favs: Butterfly Rose Milk Tea w/ lychee jelly Fruits Tea w/ rainbow jelly Brown Sugar Matcha w/ boba and creme brûlée foam Bulgogi Fries Garlic Butter Chicken Wings

I have to give them five stars for the simple fact that they allowed me to bring my dog in to take a picture at their beautiful location! The staff and the service was top-tier!! My boyfriend loves the chicken and I love their Oreo milk tea. Parking is plenty and free.

First time customer here. Asked for boba milk tea to be told that they didn't have it, so I ordered a banana strawberry smoothie- amazing!! Later I saw the menus online and saw they did have a brown sugar milk tea!! Besides that disappointing experience it's a cute place!

Small spot, weird seating but cute. Staff was very friendly and the drink they suggested "crème brulee" was 8/10

BOBA AND TAPAS I had a teen social get together for a couple of hours. I was concerned because of the size of the venue. However, there was no glitch. Only a handful of girls showed up and we took the corner of the stair stadium seating. Customer service is what is expected. However, because I had a pre-order of extra food for a larger group, the communication and on-time preparation was exemplary. WHAT'S THE DEALIO WITH THE BOBA? I'm not at Boba fan. But teens are and they got pretty fancy with it. There is a lot to unpack at the menu with combinations and customizing.  I ordered the Oreo Cookie milkshake. This was really good Oreo Cookie flavor if you like the ice milk texture rather than the ice cream mixture. Prices are quite reasonable. WHAT'S THE SEATING SITUATION Like one continuous square flat bench Small pillows for your rear Small bar seating Love seat Or seating on your tush WAS THE FOOD DECENT? I ordered one of each: chicken wings, popcorn chicken, sweet potato fries, and egg rolls. One order of each. These were are good choices for as group of hungry teens and not to heavy on the stomach. The wings/drummettes were a good juicy size of 8 pieces. The popcorn chicken had flavor though the exterior a little too crunchy. Egg rolls had a good texture and sweet potato fries were decent junk food.  WHAT ARE ADDITIONAL TIPS? I brought my own pillows and placemats because of the size of the group and to ensure some comfortability. Because we were there a couple of hours I brought the selfie props and card games. GOOD FOR: All walks of life Wheelchair and motorized friendly and spacious  For parents with teens that are freaked out about the dating but want something safe and well-lit #juken123 #doriboba #socialdate #greenthumbandboba #bobaandtapas #bobachulavista "True friends are great riches." -- Unknown

The interior to this spot is so comfortable like you could relax for awhile as you drink your boba. The few times I've been here I've always been helped right away and always get my drinks quickly. The drinks are ALWAYS ALWAYS fire, never been let down by the drinks here or even their suggestions.

I've been twice to the new location including its soft opening weekend. I would skip the somewhat overpriced spam musubi. It tasted good but it wasn't life-changing, which I sort of expected for the price. The couple times I went, I found the tables to be sticky so I'd watch out for that as well if you're dining in. The fruit sandos are good if that's your thing. I always find them to be too rich with all the cream and this place was no exception. I've tried all the savory sandos on the menu though, and they're solid. You really can't go wrong. The bobas are pretty good but don't compete with the elite boba shops like 3cat or momofuku. The corn hojicha is what I liked the most out of everything I've tried. Finally, service is average to above average. The person behind the register is usually a disinterested teenagers or 20-something employee but an older guy in the back, presumably a manager, tries hard to accommodate customer requests. So hats off to him.
