Stopped by on a weekday afternoon. A few other customers were in line, but otherwise not busy. A very simple interior, even though there's stools lining the walls, it doesn't feel like the most comfortable spot to sit and hang out. The girl working was polite and sweet. We waited a few minutes for our drinks, and they were really good! The oreo chocolate smoove was chocolatey and creamy without being too sweet. And the mixed fruit drink had a strong aromatic tea flavor with a hint of citrus fruit, garnished with slices of fresh fruit. This spot is a little tucked away, but definitely a spot worth checking out.
i really like this place and the staff are always nice! i always come here for their jasmine green milk tea with pecans (A7), it's my favorite. my only complaint is that their hours are sooo inconsistent it says they open at 11, but i've come around 11:30 multiple times and no one is there. sometimes one open sign is on while the other is off, and i've tried calling with no answer too. i think it's family owned so i understand, i just wish they would update their hours or have a number someone can answer when no one is there. i love this place, so it's just disappointing coming all the way here and not knowing if they'll actually be open :c
I didn't know this place existed until I was looking on maps for boba spots, I wish I knew sooner cause their food is so good!! It's The kind of good boba and breads you don't find in Eastlake Chula Vista and you'd have to drive far to get. The server is super friendly and I will be going back more now ! Hope they made a social media page cause this place is underrated !!

Yooo don't sleep on Smoove Tea. Tried their mango and pomelo sago at 50% sweetness and it was perfect. It was almost gone by the time we got home. Tiny soft sago pearls coupled with the frozen mango chunks and the creamy citrusy pomelo mix was perfection. Would order this over and over again. Cute plushy wall, clean and super friendly service. The guy up front was polite and answered any questions we had. Would def try their avocado mango drink, all the ube drinks, and their croffles on the next visit.
Dropped by here the other day and it was a really amazing experience. Staff were super cool and helpful, the place itself was spacious and had a modern vibe to it, and the drink I got (mango pomelo sago) was one of the best I've ever tasted. Thank you!
Smoove Tea has a unique vibe that stands out, especially with their fun boba Squishmallow wall--definitely a cute touch. The seating arrangement, however, is a bit unconventional. All the seats are lined up against the wall with tables, which makes it a little tough to have a proper conversation with friends. Service was okay--straight to the point, nothing over the top, but that's fine. As for the drinks, they were just alright. I got the brown sugar boba, and it didn't quite hit the spot for me, but I will say the boba itself was fresh and well-prepared. My son ordered the strawberry slushy with boba, and he really enjoyed it, so that was a win. Overall, I don't mind stopping by every so often. It's not a go-to spot for me, but it's not bad either.
It was my first time trying this place after eating dinner next door. Not busy around 8pm and pretty spacious. They have a type of bar seating which was really nice. We ordered the Matcha Tornado Smoove and the Tiramisu croffle. The person who took our order was very friendly and helped us decide which croffle to get. He was doing everything from order taking to making the drinks. I really liked my matcha drink and it wasn't too sweet. I didn't adjust the sweetness and kept it normal. The croffle was good too with the toppings. The texture of the croffle was a bit more dense. I like mine more fluffy and crispy. Overall still good. I was impressed with this place bc it looks like an ordinary boba shop so I didn't expect it to be good. But it was pretty good quality and I would def come back.

The flavor was delicious and I loved the pudding in it also! You can taste the jasmine tea too. My husband got the ube coffee and he enjoyed it. It wasn't super sweet, although he would have liked a little more sweetness. But he still was happy. Overall, still a great trip to Smoove!
Great place for teas, smoothies/shakes, and deliciously topped "croffles" (croissant + waffles). I ordered at Epic Wings N Things next door and their beer taps were just cleaned (it was 90 mins before closing) so I came here for a matcha or ube tea. So glad that I did! There was no one in the place, it's 8p, and I am happy. I order the "Matcha Tornado Smoove", with fresh boba balls. The drink was AMAZING! They have fresh matcha and warm fresh boba! My drink was $9 but it was a large size. I also saw that they have a "Fresh Ube Smoove" that I will be coming back for. Everyone knows that Ube is my FAVORITE Filipino dessert flavor since I was younger. The young man who helped me was super customer service oriented and had a positive personality. They have these cute Chinese Cat doll toys that adorn the counter; nice touch. This is a great place to bring a group of friends to enjoy drinks, "croffles", and just chill. There is a lot of seating space. They may want to invest in a couple of low bistro tables for 4 because the bar height dining is not always comfortable for everyone. Excellent 5-star experience.
I was looking for any matcha drinks nearby on a Sunday evening and found this cute spot. It was not crowded and had a nice bar tables alongside the wall for seating. Ended up getting an Avocado smoothie instead because it looked good and it was indeed good. I also got enticed by the cheap croffles (compared to other places i've had) on the menu. Had to try one and got the strawberry topping. It was alright, it tasted like a costco croissant from a waffle toaster. They also sell their merch plushies displayed on a big wall!

The shop is pretty spacious and has a photo opp. with their huge wall of adorable plushies. However there's only one long table against the wall for seating so I'm not sure if it would be a good place to study. Customer service was friendly and fast! I ordered the strawberry croffle and it was perfectly crispy on the outside and a light flaky inside like a croissant. The cream and strawberries were delicious. I just wish it was bigger bc I think the croffle was the size of my palm :,)
First time here. We got a smoothies and fruit teas. They're yummy. They use REAL FRUIT and, for ube smoove, they use a paste. That's great. I prefer that than powders. The young guy who helped us was really nice and had a great sense of humor. I'll come back here.

Upon walking into this café, never tried it before ordered one drink you were approached by Asia, which was the cashier and she had amazing impeccable. Customer service skills very friendly very bright very inviting. Just very gracious bow is in the back making these delicious Boba's. she is Owner operator. Says a lot for this Cafe the owner is making sure that everybody gets the best and I have to tell you. I asked the question to everybody when you try something for the first time would you do it again and we absolutely my son and I would do it again and we're gonna tell our our friends and family. We will make sure we use this Cafe for all major occasions Delicious!! read more

I definitely enjoy coming back to Smoove! I haven't gotten a drink that I don't love yet! I got the fresh ube jasmine milk tea with boba this time. The flavor was delicious and I loved the pudding in it also! You can taste the jasmine tea too. My husband got the ube coffee and he enjoyed it. Tried a new location for Boba and this place is different from other Boba Shops. I was a little hesitant to try the crème brûlée with Thai tea because usually I have Thai tea alone. But let me tell you it was delicious. It felt like I was eating a dessert. It was so good now all I want is crème brûlée Thai tea and nothing else. I love that their menu has pictures if their drinks. Definitely different than other Boba shops try it out. There's lots of parking in the shopping center and best of all it's next to Jersey Mike's, which is my favorite. Don't forget to get a punchcard for a free drink after 10 purchases. read more

If I'm being honest the peach oolong didn't taste like much other than milk the oolong tea wasn't pronounced and you got a very light taste of peach which I was pretty sad about as I really like oolong tea. As for the matcha it tastes like matcha but the ice blend has a very funky taste almost like fridge, like when you leave ice out on a open fridge. read more

Finally, a boba shop close to me! The closest one is Tap X, but that one doesn't have a revised menu and doesn't keep up with the boba shops in Otay Ranch. I was surprised to see this boba shop pop up, easily visible from the street in the Kohl's strip mall. The place recently opened early last week on Monday, April 10th, per the cashier. The place is simple with epoxied floors and an attached bar height counter along one side of the wall. There's a bright menu featuring all of the drinks, and I had chosen the Brown Sugar Boba with oatmilk with 25% sugar. My daughter was surprised that oatmilk was offered since many boba places don't offer this. It was actually quite delicious! Perfect amount of sweetness for me and the boba was fresh and chewy. My daughter ordered the Mixed Fruit Tea - love the pieces of fruit and was orange forward. My son ordered the Strawberry Jasmine Green Tea which was really sweet at regular sweetness but my son loved it. He also enjoyed the real chunks of fruit floating in the drink. My mom ordered the fresh ube milk tea that had pudding in it, giving it that swirled look as it is pictured in the menu. My mom also loved her drink and it was gone in less than 10 minutes! I didn't have the chance to eat a Croffle, maybe next time I'll try. I'll definitely come back again to try more boba drinks!!!! read more
Went on a whim with the fam after go cart racing at K1 nearby. We all wanted boba and Smoove Tea hit the spot. Got the taro Smoovie and my boy got the Milk Tea boba. We also got the Oreo Croissant thing which was pretty good. We had the drinks at 25% sweetness and had the right amount of yum to it! We'll definitely come back and try more! read more

Our families new favorite boba stop!!!! When you walk in you can't help but feel happy seeing their plushie wall! My kids loved it and we started taking pictures. The staff was so friendly and gave us recommendations because I wanted to try every drink. Definitely will be coming back. It's family owned as well! We got the Fresh ube Smoove, brown sugar boba and burnt brûlée boba thai tea. Everyone loved their drinks. The sweetness was just right. The boba was the perfect texture! The size of the drinks are pretty big and worth the price. You won't regret it! And who can forget about the croffles. We got the Mango and Oreo! A croissant waffle! Amazing idea. Topped with a whip cream cheese topping it's the best combination. If you love boba like our family you definitely want to add Smoove tea to your list! read more
Stopped by this spot since we were in the area. It was clean and cute inside. It has a super cute wall of plushies that's a perfect photo opportunity. The guy behind the counter was very helpful in answering my questions about the drinks, since it was my first time there. We got two drinks, the mango green tea and and ube milk tea. Asked for less sweet but both were still on the sweet side. Nevertheless they were still good. Could probably do on 25% sweet next time. But we recommend and we will be back. read more
ONE OF THE BEST BOBA SHOPS in San Diego! This place is our all-time-local-favorite! The menu was well thought out. My daughter & I get the Burnt Brûlée Thai Tea Boba. And wow....it's pretty spectacular! Now to the important part...the SERVICE always exceeds expectations. This family owned business is so kind. Howie & Noah are the best!! They truly represent the business with their personable and great service. We also love the squishy wall!! What a great photo opportunity! You can also purchase a keychain. I love seeing more and more boba spots in Chula Vista and was so happy to see Eastlake had a new one! It's also got a lot of unique drinks that other places don't offer like the avocado slush or fresh taro and my mom and I loved our drinks so much. They were so flavorful and refreshing for this hot summer and the boba I was so so pleased with. You'll notice more and more with how hard it can be to find boba cooked to the right amount so it's soft but still has a bite. I need to come back and try more of their "smoozes" and take my friends who love just the teas too. read more
