Went on 12/27 with my family after having kbbq (boba after kbbq is the move), and this was the closest boba shop! Never tried this place before but heard good reviews. We went in and there were 2 staff just sitting down with 1 on their ipad, looking at us like we're an inconvenience. No greeting whatsoever, just went up to take our orders, didn't offer any modifications, even my family noticed an attitude. I ordered the Cookie Monster drink, and didn't know having tapioca pearls inside is the standard. Had I known, I would've said I didn't want any in my drink. The drink also tastes watered down. I thought they got off at 3:40?. There was only 1 worker and he had alot of orders to complete. I applaud his calm and poised demeanor through the rush. I've just found my new go-to boba spot. My only regret is I didn't discover this spot sooner. Clean, bright, colorful, and inviting ambiance. Plenty of seating and some photo ops. Aaron (I had to check my receipt) was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He recommended the lotus milk tea and informed me they are the only boba spot that offers this tea. I was nervous to try it but he let me know that if I didn't like it, I could receive another drink. Well, I loved it! It was so unique, refreshing, and light. I also ordered the kung fu chicken snack and it was a little salty but I like salt so I enjoyed it! Great flavor, moist, and the perfect crisp. Came here on a Sunday afternoon.... The inside was open and clean, plenty of tables, some games, and cute decor. The girls behind the counter were quiet but nice. Our large group ordered quite a few drinks, more than 10, so we had a little wait. I had their ice tea with grapefruit... my kid had a chocolate blast. How do you run out of Thai tea at a boba shop? The place has potential, but not overall impressed. Flavors are very sweet and it takes a long time to get your drinks. This would not be a problem, but we were clearly the only ones there for a long time. This is a new boba tea place that took over Tapioca Express right across from Bonita High School. The menu is quite expansive with some premade, recommended drinks. I got the Ube drizzled matcha milk tea with brown sugar boba. The matcha isn't that strong and the Ube drizzle isn't too sweet. The brown sugar boba was warm and delicious! We tried this place before it was even on yelp! My experience is based on take out that a friend picked up for us. Unfortunately we were waiting a long long time, I'll cut some slack because it was freshly opened and I understand sometimes it takes some time to get things down, we ordered the following: 2 orders of kung fu chicken. This took the absolute longest to get. Almost an hour. The consistency was different on both batches, as if it was 2 different cooks, maybe? One batch was very crispy while the other wasn't. It was good but that wait had my friend very impatient and almost wanting to cancel the order all together. 2 orders of the sizzle corn. Again, very different take aways from this, one container had corn which was darkened like grilled really good. The other was very yellow. One thing not mentioned at all in the menu is that it contains baby shrimp. Super tiny you don't see it at first but it gives off a fishy smell and taste, and it would be nice to see it mentioned for people who have shell fish allergies. This could end up pretty badly And 2 orders of the crispy rice paper pizza. This we all LOVED! I'm not sure I would call it pizza however, maybe more like a flat. It's literally on rice paper so it's like a crisp or giant chip. Pretty good nonetheless. I also ordered the jasmine green milk tea as I seen someone mention it being very good. I also asked for boba. Not sure what happened but it definitely had pumpkin on the bottom with the boba. I know there's a seasonal drink going on with pumpkin but it was not the mood I was going for. Unfortunately because a friend picked it up for us, he caught none of this until we were all together ready to eat I wanna give it another shot in the future, hopefully we have better results next time read more

I ordered the peach, please! and it was refreshing and delicious! I love the peach bits and lychee stars that came with the drink. First time trying A Tea 7 was good! I ordered a regular iced taro milk tea no sugar regular ice and mashed taro. The drink was very tea forward and smooth but the mashed taro was very gritty. I wish the taro topping was more like a paste but the flavor was still good. The drinks are pretty sweet without added sugar so I recommend going 0-50% sugar if you don't like your boba too sweet. Super cute aesthetic that's very comfy. Excellent customer service! They're the only boba place I know that offers a discount for first responders and military veterans. Huge menu with lots of unique choices. I just wish the quality was better. Drinks are all syrup based and most of them come with condensed milk. I'm not a fan of their kind of syrups and I don't like condensed milk. You can opt to leave out the condensed milk. But the drinks here aren't as sweet as most boba places. I suggest leaving sugar at 100% as they will be very watery if you lower it. Also, the tea flavor isn't notable at all.. We also tried their popcorn chicken which was inconsistently over-seasoned (all the seasoning was at the bottom and the pieces there were VERY salty and inedible).They just opened so I hope they work out their kinks. read more

So happy to have another boba shop in the south bay. Visited twice already and plan to come here to satisfy my boba cravings. I've had the lotus milk tea, which is good if you're into earthier notes and one of the staff's favorites, a 75% sweet thai iced tea with sea salt cream on top and brown sugar boba. She was super sweet and offered to make me another drink if I didn't like hers. There was definitely no need, it was yummy! The inside is cute and a good place to study if you're looking for one. First time having crème brûlée milk tea from them, it's very good and I adjusted the sweetness level, so it's perfectly sweet. I will come back to order these drinks again. I love the names associated with their specialTEA drinks, such as Peach, Please! and Under the Weather. There's a variety of drinks to choose from and snacks! Their Kung Fu Chicken is well seasoned and you can choose your spice level. We chose mild to determine how spicy it actually was and there was definitely a kick to it unlike other places.
