This boba shop is big with cute decors. The service is excellent; fast and helpful. First time having crème brûlée milk tea from them, it's very good and I adjusted the sweetness level, so it's perfectly sweet. I will come back to order these drinks again. learned about this new boba spot this week and I've visited them 3 times already! I love the assortment of drinks they offer & I echo the feedback of other yelpers about their boba not being too mushy or rubbery - made just right their fruit teas taste fresh & not artificial. Adjusting the milk tea sweetness vary on the boba spot & sometimes the integrity of the drink becomes sub bar. A Tea 7's milk teas are not overly sweet so I don't make adjustments anymore. Their drink recipes are I got to try their kung fu chicken also and got it with no spice. The seasoning still makes it flavorful and delicious. I want to try their rice paper plates next time! I'm glad I don't have to drive all the way to convoy for a good quality boba drink. read more

I had no idea there was an A Tea 7 open here in Chula! I've been to the other location in El Cajon and loved it, so I'm glad I can get the same delicious drinks so close by! This location did not disappoint-- I got the Hello Pandan drink with boba and sea salt foam, and it was gone in seconds. I'm not sure if the Pandan is just a fall flavor since the sign said "FALL for these flavors," but I hope not! The drink itself was a wonderful creamy pandan flavor with such nicely sweetened boba that was the perfect texture. It wasn't too hard or too soft. I also liked how the brown sugar clung to the pearls and you could taste it in every bite. The mango tea didn't taste artificial and the flavor of the tea itself was not lost in the mango. To me, the wintermelon lotus milk tea tasted like sunflower seeds lol, but my friend very much enjoyed it. Not pictured, but we also got the kung fu chicken in spicy, and it was crispy and tasty! Not spicy at all, just a bit on the saltier side for me, but it was very well seasoned. Service was also quick and nice, and the shop itself is very bright, clean, and modern looking. Lots of seating to chat and enjoy your drinks. I'm so excited to try more here! read more

Second time getting boba tea at this fairly new spot, I believe they took over Tapioca Express. We got taro milk tea with boba and mango green tea with boba. Flavor is there so that is a plus since my daughter is very picky about her taro milk tea. It's a very cute and clean place you'd definitely want to hang out and chill. Came to this spot a couple times with in the week! Just discovered it and they have a lot of delicious drinks. Every drink I have gotten has been delicious. I love how they do not charge extra for boba or the type of milk if you get the specialty drinks. Great prices too. Very unique names and flavors. I had the violet which was a matcha ube. It was delicious and not too sweet. I had the Ube king which had a big chunk of Taro mashed. This was so different. It was delicious and kind of taste like a giant sweet taro/ yam with a glass of milk. The #4 under the weather creme brulee was also delicious. Got this since the worker said it was their favorite. It was good. I usually don't pick creme brulee since I think it would be too sweet but decided to try it out. It was good and not too sugary. It has the creme top flamed like creme brûlée. Cant wait to come back and try more of their flavors. Every flavor has been amazing. Great space that looks clean. Lots of parking. Their drinks are delicious and pretty. read more

The milk wasn't too creamy, and flavor was stronger with the lychee and milk, then tea, which is also what I prefer for fruit-flavored milk teas. Right when I entered, I felt very welcomed! They were so sweet to me and my dog. They even offer military and first responder discount which is cool. I ordered a Cookie Monster drink and I would rate it an 7/10. It comes with boba and the boba itself was warm, sweet, and soft (meaning it was made fresh). I usually get 100% sweetness, but might order less sugar next time as it was a little too sweet (probably due to the added flavor/sweetness from the boba). Additionally, just wished it had more ice so it was colder, so I would probably ask for more ice next time. The place itself was spacious, clean, and had a home-y corner with a nice green couch to hangout. I will definitely come back to study here and try out their kung fu chicken! read more

The boba is good here. Not overly chewy or not sweet enough. The teas are fresh. I personally like their drink "Under the Weather" and I switch out the crystal boba for brown sugar boba instead. Their snacks options are freshly prepared onsite. read more

My Peach Milk Tea Boba was Bomb. I'm Happy I got to Try this New Place in the Bonita Neighborhood. It's Like having Clairemont Mesa + Convoy near Home. I Loved the Sitting Area. Loved they had the Book "Little Women" + Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice. I Loved the photos of the pets. ESP. Of the Hamster with a Cookie Cake + Turtles. The Dog photos were Cute. And, adds a Home-y Feel. So, I want to give this place a 4 or 5. But, I ordered spicy, popcorn chicken Tonight (8/11/24) and it was Really, really Salty :( It was very hard to eat and Enjoy without feeling guilty of High Blood pressure + Bad Health... :( I even gv a lil' Tip, but.... There aren't many quality boba spots here in east Chula Vista so when this spot opened up, we were so excited! The tea is quality and the brown sugar boba is ALWAYS so good. Whenever I come here, the cashiers and tea makers are always so nice and helpful with choices of drinks. I always go for the same beverage but my family loves trying what they offer. They say their drinks are so good. Ambience is nice. It's clean and possibly a good spot to do homework or hang with friends. I recently had an issue with the seal on two drinks. Once I got home, I spilled both drinks everywhere on my counter cuz the seal wasn't on properly. I was so upset because it was Friday and had looked forward to this after work. I reached out to the store via yelp just to let them know what happened. I had no intention on going back but just wanted to make sure they knew just in case another customer has the same issue. Aaron reached out right away and made it right. He offered to remake the beverages for us when we were ready to come back in. He let the store know I was coming back when I contacted them again to mention I was stopping by. As soon as I ordered, this young lady said Aaron also offered us some snacks on the house! That was very sweet of them. I went for the chicken and she asked if there was anything else we wanted to try, though I was enticed to do so, I didn't want to be greedy and was happy with just the remake of beverages.
