Unfortunately I think the spell Cinnabon used to cast over me is long gone. Of course the smell is amazing and that's what brings buyers in. They have a ton of options now besides cinnamon rolls. However, even tho baked there, it's just not as good as I remember. My man got two churros and they were stale. And expensive and small. SMH. It was bogo for those and I was down for just the one but he can't say no to a "deal"...but it just was not it so kinda a waste of money. The cinnamon roll was good but slightly dry. I thought they baked these fresh for some reason (like wetzels pretzels) but I saw a worker putting them in frozen so that kinda made me not want to order again. I've had better fresh desserts now so this might just be a childhood memory of mine now lol. More for my younger palette. The workers were ok, I did inquire on some of the items and they were not that enthusiased or interested in explaining.

Friendly service. Nice upsell, bro, but I'm good with one cinnamon roll and my black coffee. No milk alternatives for lactose intolerant folks. Meh.

I've lost my sweet tooth long ago, but in a wild blue moon I will want something sweet. Stopped by after the movies before closing and got my usual cinnabon and cinnastix that comes with cream on the side. I used to get the cinnabon with pecans on top too. Although too overly sweet for me nowadays, they used to be my favorite especially straight out of the oven.

Always so delightful... fresh cinnamon rolls with tons of frosting. I wouldn't eat it any other way . Staff is always super nice !!

Bought center of the roll today. The taste was a bit weird and as I was digging into it I saw mold. Made my stomach upset.

This is a Classic Roll with a hair on the icing. I didn't notice until a bit after eating it.

Usually this place gives decent sweets with no biowarfare, however today I was blessed with a little hair at the top. The service is decent enough. I mean, I've been going here for years and it's been in the mall for years but I think it's just straight up foul to have food cost as much as it does with hair in the icing. The icing they put on everything and put in little containers. The whole batch is now contaminated. Fix it for next time. Please. But there will not be a next time for me and someone should really inspect this establishment.

Must stop by every time I visit Plaza Bonita. These cinnamon roll heaven is located on the top level of Plaza Bonita mall. These cinnamon rolls are ooey gooey, hot, mouthwatering luscious and buttery. You can smell them from a mile away. Try and catch them when they are fresh out of the oven... and they will melt in your mouth. They are a little pricey ($5) for an original cinnamon roll but well worth it. These cinnamon rolls are definitely a shareable size, so grab an extra fork. The caramel pecan bun are my favorite. It's a regular cinnamon bun topped with chopped pecan and drizzled caramel. Sensational. There is an extra change for pecan and caramel.

My free Cinnabon for National Nurses Week

The Cinnabon itself if same with any other location.. yummy gooey, sweet, cinnamon. MMmMmmm! I don't get Cinnabon often, but when I do I always stick the the classic. The only thing about this particular location, is the attitude of the employee helping me... here's the situation.. it's nurses week and they offer a free Cinnabon to nurses who present their badge.. I didn't have my badge bc I leave it in my work bag... I told the employee that I didn't have it, but that I had my actual nursing license I can show as proof. She gave me my free Cinnabon, but she had the biggest stink face and sarcastic attitude while giving it to me. She pursed her lips and made a face! Whoa. I'm sorry I didn't have my badge, but I had even better proof that I am in fact a nurse! Sigh.. customer service in any industry and at any level is sooo important for a business. That's all I'm saying..

Horrible service from Dee at the Plaza Bonita mall location. My wife ordered 4 mini Cinnabon's for my kids and asked her if she could sprinkle some of the sugar and cinnamon on it. She acted like she didn't know what it was even though it was next to her. Then my wife explained that it is the topping for the churros. Her response was "okaaaay" My wife continued talking her about how her mom made these. Dee never acknowledged my wife. Dee is very rude and seems she does not want work or does not enjoy it. Product is great but service means a lot. I won't buy if Dee is there.

So, if you never had a pandesal and you love bread, you must try this! Get them warm and fresh, with butter, OMG! But, they have so many other desserts and food bites to try. We specifically came for the fresh pandesal, which I was craving and my husband, the best, searched for a place to enjoy some fresh pandesal. This last visit we got Ensamayda (cheese roll) for our daughters. They also have the Ube Ensamayda. Besides the small sized pandesal we selected, we got a Mocha Roll too. Everything was delicious. I like the small sized pandesal but I could definitely eat the larger ones too. Parking is crazy here in this long strip mall full of food shops. Not only is parking crazy busy, but the spaces are small. You can find me back here at this Filipino Bakery when in the area!

The empanada was super delicious, crispy on the outside, flavorful filling, and honestly HUGE... like the size of a carne asada burrito. Definitely worth it. You can tell it's made right. I'll for sure be coming back. If you've been wanting to try Ilocos empanada without the hassle, this is the spot!

Tried a mix of savory and sweet: the Curry Pan was good but didn't totally wow me, while the chocolate, strawberry ribbon, and matcha croissants were all really solid -- especially because they weren't overly sweet. The surprise favorite was the caviar bread: salty, fishy, briny topping on crusty bread that somehow just worked SO well. We also split a croque monsieur which was warm, cheesy, and perfect to balance out all the pastries. I wish they had real cutlery (vs only plastic disposables) for dine in customers. Our family shared all these goodies and a plastic knife was no match for some of them. Overall, really good quality pastries and breads, worth the early lineup. I'd definitely come back to try the sandos (served started 11:30)

They sell their señorita bread in multiples of 5, and the price scales proportionally. They also have some packaged breads at the checkout counter and a display case with donuts and malasadas. I got 5 señorita breads for $4, and a guava malasada. When I was handed my bag of goods, the señorita breads were still warm! I've never had this type of bread before so I have no comparison. However, the fat, cigar-shaped breads were really satisfying while hot and fresh. They are buttery, sugary, and chewy inside. The texture was a bit homogenous for me, but still quite tasty. I had a second one hours later and it was not as nice. I think they would definitely benefit from a reheat if you have leftovers. The guava malasada was not my favorite. The jam inside was more musty than fragrant, and very artificially red. The dough itself was well-fried and soft, even fresh out of the refrigerator on the second day. I love the textural difference of the sugar crystals on the surface, compared to a traditional donut glaze. I ended up scooping the guava filling out of the middle and eating the fried bread. Overall, while I enjoyed the señorita breads, Chula Vista is a bit of a trek and I would not go out of my way to get them. I am interested in trying Starbread in the Bay, to see if they taste different.

Absolutely phenomenal cake, perfectly sweet but not too sweet, incredible texture and incredibly moist but not too wet like some tres leche cakes can be. My Dad loved it, thanks for the amazing cake and for being so helpful helping me pick which would be best. All around great experience and I can't wait to try other ones. I really liked that they had candles and cake decorations as well in the store and I bought a few Birthday embellishments which were all $1 each, great price! The staff was nice but not too friendly when I was trying to find out more about the cakes and flavors, I had to read the labels since she didn't provide me any details.
