I ordered two large original cinnamon rolls, excited because I don't have Cinnabon where I live in Maui. Unfortunately, they were disappointing--there wasn't enough frosting, and the parts without icing were noticeably dry. The cinnamon flavor didn't pop, and the rolls didn't seem as fresh as I remembered from past visits. After not having Cinnabon for many years, I had really been looking forward to that soft, gooey experience, so it was a letdown. That said, the line wasn't too long, and everybody working was really nice. The rolls on display looked amazing, and the aroma was incredibly inviting--the store itself smelled exactly like a Cinnabon should. There were a bunch of teenagers working, though I'm not sure that affected the product. Parking was in the mall parking garage, and while that's not ideal, we were able to find a spot close to the food court, which was convenient. Overall, three stars--it's okay and better than nothing if you've been craving a Cinnabon, but this location didn't quite live up to the classic, fresh, gooey experience I remembered. read more

Unfortunately I think the spell Cinnabon used to cast over me is long gone. Of course the smell is amazing and that's what brings buyers in. They have a ton of options now besides cinnamon rolls. However, even tho baked there, it's just not as good as I remember. My man got two churros and they were stale. And expensive and small. SMH. It was bogo for those and I was down for just the one but he can't say no to a "deal"...but it just was not it so kinda a waste of money. The cinnamon roll was good but slightly dry. I thought they baked these fresh for some reason (like wetzels pretzels) but I saw a worker putting them in frozen so that kinda made me not want to order again. I've had better fresh desserts now so this might just be a childhood memory of mine now lol. More for my younger palette. I also ordered two cookies as well but unfortunately they weren't as soft as I expected them to be but it's okay since the workers were very kind and accommodating. This is the second time I've ordered. I was disappointed both times. Today I ordered four pecan topped rolls. I did not understand that you were just going to put a handful of nuts in the icing . The pecans were stale and so were your rolls. I ordered for 11 a.m. delivery, knowing that the store opened at 10 a.m. hoping that I would get fresh buns. How can the staff be sweeter than the actual Cinnabon, This location has restored faith in humanity and gooeyness. I was left Hanging when my Baker forgot to make a cake and it was a Holiday weekend everyone was sold out of anything edible and I'm less than an hour from closing. I made it to this location with 15min to spare thinking at all would be left are the crumbs. Nope, they had made me 2 racks of rolls Box them all right in front of me, could not be fresher unless they baked it in my mouth. They even reminded me to get a little extra frosting incase I was doing candles. They saved the event in that everyone there was reminded of how much they missed Cinnabon, and how it was added back to their places to enjoy. I came here at 1:30pm ready to purchase the 15-pack of minibons. The employee said they don't have any. So I asked them if they can make it while I walk around the mall. Their reply is they don't have the dough to make them. What kind of business are you in if you don't have the ingredients needed to make your product? This is sad. Usually this place gives decent sweets with no biowarfare, however today I was blessed with a little hair at the top. The service is decent enough. I mean, I've been going here for years and it's been in the mall for years but I think it's just straight up foul to have food cost as much as it does with hair in the icing. Try and catch them when they are fresh out of the oven... and they will melt in your mouth. They are a little pricey ($5) for an original cinnamon roll but well worth it.
