It's usually busy. The icecream has been around for a long time and it's really good. Not geared towards Instagram or tik and that's ok. The stayed true to thier roots of just being an icecream parlor with a wide selection of flavors. Absolutely loved the flavor of the month, love potion 31. read more

Place is clean and for the most part well kept up. I guess a pet peeve of mine is not offering your customers a restroom. I was going home, north from a business trip. I had sat at the border crossing for hours and wanted something light and a quick use of the restroom but nope, restroom is OUT OF ORDER! The service was good, I got my ice cream and enjoyed it very much. read more

Baskin Robbins - I hate it when they can't offer you a restroom as a client's - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Chula Vista, California

Everyone knows that I frequent Baskin-Robbins and I've been two different ones throughout San Diego County. I've been to this Baskin-Robbins two times in this tragic situation has happened to me both times . I get the same thing every time one scoop of vanilla ice cream with hot peanut butter topping warmed up in the microwave in a separate cup. They are very generous with the ice cream which I love but the peanut butter is always old it's starting to make me wonder if they ever change it out I'm scared for my life so yesterday I did not enjoy my ice cream this is the only Baskin-Robbins this happens to me. read more

This is my go to Baskin-Robbins location. Love that there's plenty of free parking and that the store seems to not get as many visitors so the service is typically really fast. Customer service is good. Never had any issues with my order. The store is clean and the bathroom is always in good condition. The food always taste great. read more

bad service smh so disappointed. dropped my smoothie asked to be made another one and was told no.

Mom's Makin' Cookies was in order when I visited this new Baskin Robbins in Chula Vista. So as the recipe goes, it's suppose to mother's secret cookie recipe converted into ice cream, and I have to admit, it was pretty good. I went for a single large scoop in a cup for $3 and some change. The ice cream was very flavorful and had a subtle brown sugar flavor intermixed with cookie dough and chocolate chips. However, biting into the pieces of cookie was the best part. The cookies were tender morsels that had a bit of chew which made eating the ice cream kinda fun. The only thing that bothered me was the sudden hit of some hard and sugary. Every once in a while. I would bite into something that had crystallized and that was very very sweet. It seemed out of place and not intentional. I guessing it might of been some brown sugar. At any rate, the ice cream was some good eating and so was the service. The ladies were welcoming and knew all the ice creams and their ingredients well. read more

Always friend even when it gets busy. Nice, clean, and conveniently right next to EV charging

Ice cream you scream! How could anyone go wrong with Baskin Robbins right? Today I was craving for something sweet and my prayers have been answered. I had to try the new chocolate truffle flavored ice cream. I wasn't disappointed, it was delicious and did I forget to say that it was creamy. I got another scoop and I opted for the all too familiar quarterback crunch. The combination worked out well for me. I don't know how long this promo is going on but if you buy two scoops you get a free waffle cone for free. What a deal eh? Also, if you visit on the 31st, a scoop is only $1.31. My best advice is to download the Baskin Robbins app so you are in the know and as a bonus once down downloading you get a free scoop. Deals, deals, and more deals I say. There you have it, what else are you waiting for? See you there. read more

We come here very often and we usually get great customer service from the girls.I always order a scoop of rocky road and my husband a large chocolate shake. Today we arrived at 9:32pm and they said(male worker) they were not able to make a chocolate shake because they were cleaning up,getting ready to close, when the store closes at 10:00pm.So why have the OPEN sign on if we aren't going to be able to order what we want??? I guess now we know to get there an hr before closing to be able to get the chocolate shake. read more

It had to be 85 degrees at Bk31 when I walked on 2/6/2023 to get a single scoop of praline and cream ice cream. Even Jimmy said yeah it's hot in here. I should have known that the ice cream would be rancid. It made me so sick. I will never have ice cream there again. read more

I came in to order a cake for my daughter's B-Day & was helped by Todd. He was awesome!!! The cake I ordered had 6 cones on top. He was super sweet & let me taste lots of flavors so each cone would have a different flavor. A big bonus for me!! The cake came out really nice!! I'm including a picture of it partially melted (i left it out) on purpose to make the cutting easier. I wish I would of taken a before picture because he did an amazing job!! The cake was really delicious & everyone really enjoyed it. I will definitely order from them again. Thank you Todd for making my daughter such a delicious cake. read more

Worst br ever! The kids working there don't care about the customers! The manager of this place should really get their employees on the same page about everything. Poor leadership starts with management and shows through the kids working here. I have been in a couple times and I have even seen a short girl let her kid or little brother (not sure) run around where all the other employers are working!!! How is that safe?? And "Todd" the "cake decorator" took a couple cakes from the freezer and touched them with his BARE HANDS! No gloves! Then he just puts them back.... Gross! I will definitely not recommend this location to any friends or family and will definitely let people know that they don't care about being sanitary or safe here. read more

Terrible customer service. Showed up 30 minutes before closing tonight and there were three employees inside. One was taking an order, one was doing dishes and the third was running around doing who knows what. We weren't acknowledged at all, and after standing there for nearly 10 minutes, the girl doing dishes finally stopped, turned around, and asked if we were ready to order. I told her we had been ready for a while. I get that it's a Friday night and these kids want to get out on time, but if you have customers, they should be greeted and attended to. No wonder so many businesses are shutting down. Crappy customer service doesn't help businesses succeed. Next time we're going elsewhere. read more

I was very pleased with the service at this shop. All starts when you walk in the place with the most genuine welcome, and it felt so inviting. I believe the young man who helped me in the store was named Giovanni. He's very enthusiastic and has fun with his customers rather than the other workers who typically didnt like being there so the customers could feel the other workers negativity. But you should give Giovanni a raise !! read more

Worst customer service ever. I came in today because there was a commercial on tv about a free scoop of ice cream all day . Walked inside and cashier Jorge said he had no idea about the commercial. This is the second year I've ordered a customized cake from BR for my boyfriend's birthday. I was a little nervous because I was using a seasonal ice cream and last year I had a hard time finding a BR location nearby who could order what I needed. I called this location on a Sunday evening and Sydelle (spelling?) helped me with the order, which I needed by Friday. I described the design I was hoping for and she said the cake decorator would call me to go over the design. No one had called me by Wednesday, so I called the store and Alejandro helped me by describing the cake and sending me a picture since I don't live in the CV area. I was happy to know that the cake was ready earlier than I expected and came out better than I imagined. I really appreciated both Sydelle and Alejandro's kindness, helpfulness, and patience. I truly appreciated their great customer service, especially Alejandro who went above and beyond when I called in on Wednesday. I will definitely continue to use BR for my future cake orders! My boyfriend also loved his cake... Thanks again! read more

So bad. Two employees, 12 people in line and they were slow as molasses. our milkshakes may as well have just been chocolate milk. Hardly any ice cream in them. I did NOT want to put the "One" star up, but then this experience I had will NOT post. This is my very first time coming to this establishment with my daughters and we experienced the WORST customer service ever! We were in line waiting for our turn and we were skipped by three families... The workers looked @ us and did NOT say a word to us, but continued to serve everybody else. I would have caused a scence, but I had my youngest with me and well, I kept my head, thoughts and words to myself... Let alone there were families in the establishment. So, I had to get the attention of the workers and well... I guess she was ok, but I still felt that we were skipped and ignored on purpose and I hope it was NOT cause of our color or for whatever their reasons were, but just because of this experience, I felt that our purchase should have been free. I AM A VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Hmmm?! Should I let my family and friends know about this... Whatever, they will see this and it's entirely up to them on how they see how they are treated. read more

Not an experienced staff on duty tonight. We waited in line and got to the counter to order and asked for a 31 below and the staff haddix no clue what a 31 below was. I was in the middle of my order and the staff skipped over the gentleman behind and started serving the customers behind him. He was told the girl that was serving would serve him. We asked for lids and they told us they only had bags. How can you carry ice cream in a bag? Why doesn't this location serve 31 below? read more

I found only one of the two receipts that were given to me by RUDE GIRL "Pam C." This is the only location closest to my home and not willing to travel far unless I needed to [mostly for business]. My husband said that he could sense she was not having a good day and told her that and for her to not be rude and take it out on her customers even though we were the only ones in line! DAMN! This is so infuriating because that's the #1 thing that companies train about in customer service. Also, look at this statement that I copied and pasted from Baskin-Robbins' website about their company's "responsibilities" & "priorites":"*Our Guests We are passionate about offering our guests delicious products they will enjoy, giving them plenty of menu options, and providing accurate nutrition information so they can make the best choices for themselves. *Our People From our employees and franchisees to the farmers who grow our coffee, we believe in treating everyone with respect and fairness so they are empowered to reach their goals". I did not find any of that during my visit this past Friday with those company "promises." BTW, that rude, disrespectful girl basically didn't allow me to check out all the flavors they had because she was in a rush for whatever reason especially towards a little family like mine with two beautiful little girls. She shouldn't be in this kinda business even if her life depended on it. I worked customer service and still do, and I keep my problems at home and not take it out on strangers, especially families. read more
