Last night around 9:15, my friend and I went to order the new Dubai Chocolate Sundae (which apparently they didn't have even though there were signs all over) and we were not greeted whatsoever. One of the girls who was working had an airpod in and was just waiting around not even asking us if we were ready. She had a blank stare, didn't even look at us. I had to ask her if she was ready for us, even though they were clearly not busy. We asked if we could get the sundae and she said they didn't have the flavor. I went here one night at 9:45, which i realize is late because they close at 10, but not late enough to make an order that would push them past closing. i asked for two shakes which seemed to really inconvenience the two workers when we ordered them. She tried to ring us up after handing us the two shakes and i stopped her and told her we were going to order two more, to which she rolled her eyes, sighed in my face, and then proceeded to rudely ask what flavors for the last two. When we finally finished with checking out, we were ONE FOOT out the door when she sighed very very loudly, practically yelled. I rarely comment on ice cream joints and I've been at this location at least 2 times a month but tonight was particularly busy. Trinity was getting slammed as she was taking care of a big order before and her partner was handling the mobile orders. When she got to us she was very professional even when more people came in as well as her partner and she took good care of us. In fact I've been getting the banana royale every time I come in, same style with nutty coconut ice cream. But no joke or as the kids say nowadays, no cap, hers was the best One made. The flavor that I wanted they didn't have the day I went and the Oreo and cream was just about out but I made due with getting one scoop of the Oreo and the other scoop was chocolate chip cookie dough. Since I got two scoop I did get a free waffle cone. Also ordered a Reese's cup sundae (wasn't as pretty as the picture) but was told it was delicious. They offer ice cream of course, milkshakes, sundaes, cakes and cookies you can make into a cookie ice cream sandwich! The building is small but they were able to accommodate several people that were flowing in. They have sitting areas inside and have a few sitting tables outside as well. Okay, the flavor of the month was "Boston Cream Pie!" What else needs to be said. It was delicious, that's what needs to be said. For reals, I imagine "Boston Cream Filling flavored mousse ice cream, chocolate ice cream, and pound cake pieces all wrapped together with a chocolate swirl." (Baskin Robbins, 2018). That chocolate swirl so much reminded me of that chocolate ganache that coats a traditional Boston Cream Pie. I thought the ice cream was very successfully, and yes I felt like I was eating a slice of pie. The pound cake was the cake and the mousse ice cream was the filling! I hadn't been here in years. I came in on a Friday at around 2pm and the guy who helped me was patient. He did a great job and stayed calm even though it was a hot and busy day. This was absolutely the worst experience ever. We ordered two single scoop ice cream and a small (regular) shake. I have been going to Baskin Robbins but never to this location. My shake (if I can even call it a milkshake) does not taste good, is watery, and does not have the right flavor that I asked for. I asked for half Jamoca and half Chocolate. We came here for ice cream since that's all my daughter could eat. She had a dental procedure done since she had like two cavities. At this point, my daughter couldn't even sit up. We managed to help her. Anyway, I got one scoop of cherries jubilee. It was pretty good with chunks of cherries in it. My daughter had the cotton candy flavor. She loved her ice cream. I love ice cream on any day. I got to sample this flavor. I forgot what the flavor was but it was pretty good. I almost got cookies and cream or praline. I love all the ice cream flavors here. I totally understand working retail and fast food. However, this location closes at 10pm. I arrived at 9:45pm the door was locked. When the staff member came to the door they said "we are closed" I asked if they close at 10pm and the staff person said "we close at 10pm but we need to clean up" I asked does your store close before 10pm and they were rude and just stood there. I don't understand why customer service is so terrible. I am a patient and kind person...but if your store closes at 10pm they should still provide service. This location deserves a 5-star review ONLY when Arlene and Trinity are there. Arlene somehow makes the ice cream shakes taste better than when others make shakes, and both Trinity and Arlene are consistently friendly and provide superb customer service. Their other coworkers tend to cater to customers who come into the shop AFTER the customers who have been waiting patiently for their turn in line (it has happened on several occasions, unfortunately). This location is usually well-stocked with ice cream flavors, frozen bananas, and cakes. Ordered my first cake from here & I loved it. Came out exactly as I expected it to. I love how you can pick out what kind of ice cream you want & you can also pick from white or chocolate bread. I got the white cake with the pistachio almond ice cream & everyone loved it. Not too sweet. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because I wish the tray that holds the cake was slightly bigger I had a hard time picking the cake off the table without getting frosting on my hands or messing up the decoration. I ordered a custom cake online. When I went to pick it up, I walked in at the same time as another lady with her kids. They went to the end of the counter to look at flavors. Since I had already paid for the cake online, I stood near the cash register where 2 young female employees were standing. One was helping another family and the other had just finished a transaction. She looked right at me, and without saying a word, turned around, walked to the other end of the store yelling "I can help whoever's next" and then immediately asked the other lady how she could help them, without even an acknowledgment to me. That family obviously wasn't ready and took their time picking flavors. The employee kept making eye contact with me but refused to say, "We'll be with you in a minute" or act like she even cared about my business. After about 5-10 minutes (and no one else in line), the other employee asked if she could help me. I told her I was picking up a cake I ordered online. She came back with the box and passed it over the counter, above the other customer's head who was barely paying, and just said, "Thanks." When I've previously ordered at this store, they've always opened the box to make sure everything was correct. I took the cake to an empty spot on the side of the counter to open it and look at it. I wasn't satisfied with the sloppy handwriting and noticed it looked off from the pic online, but I didn't have time nor feel like I would get any type of decent service from these two. When I got home and pulled the cake out completely, I couldn't believe how sloppy and ugly it looked. The cake in the picture had distinct stripes on the side. This looked like they had just smeared another color all over the sides. The cake online had five pretty roses on the top. This cake had 4 sloppy swirls of frosting with red dots in the middle of the swirls (red doesn't even match the cake!!). The handwriting was crooked and sloppy and there was a patch of discoloration under the name. I was embarrassed to show this to my daughter-in-law who I had bought it for. To top it off, the cake was extremely dry and bland. I will never come back to this store. read more

PLEASE educate your staff that infection control and cleanliness is paramount to a food service. I was a customer on Friday, May 15, 2015 at approx. 8:45 PM. There were three employees. After we were served, two began eating ice cream while standing next to the ice cream coolers (who does this?!) and then proceeded to NOT wash hands (huge mistake) before scraping the bottoms of an ice cream tub onto the tops of a new ice cream tub that had been placed in the cooler...then cut bananas for a banana split when NO customers besides us were in the store (I can only imagine employees were going to eat that next). Though the store looked clean, this was disgusting. I never really would go to Baskin Robbins, but once this location opened, I started going quite often. I've had everything from a cone, to a sundae, and even a shake. The shake reminds me of a McDonald's McFlurry... But they're both enjoyable. I've grown to really like this location, whereas when I was in high school, I'd choose Cold Stone Creamery.
