If you want to get beverages marinated with mold, then this is the place for you. This establishment is horribly managed by Martin Morua. Who has allowed for unsanitary conditions to continue in the business. The fridge that stores the fruits that are used to make your drinks have mold. Even the ice machine has mold to make your drink cold and moldy. Moldy drinks sold here!!!! Toxic and unhygienic manager read more

Sip Fresh located in Plaza Bonita Westfield Mall serves a variety of drinks! Customer service is amazing! You are welcome to try all flavors of agua until you've found the right one! They offer two sizes to choose from. If you are having a party, they do offer gallon size portions for purchase. I had the pleasure of trying 5 different flavors until I found the one which was Strawberry Guava! It did have guava seeds in the drink so, I just took it home to strain it and it was PERFECTION afterwards! read more

I had the most awful experience with my family coming in, the smoothie was fine but the lady who helped us was horribly rude. She was an older/middle aged mexican lady kinda short who refused to make us a smoothie with no strawberries. My little sister wanted a banana smoothie and when we ordered we said countless time we wanted just banana seeing that shes allergic to strawberries and she made it with strawberries still. When we wanted it remade to be with just bananas she got in our face and said we were wrong, that she couldnt do that, that we didnt say just banana, and when we asked for a manager she said they werent there, is that true? i dont think so. After we asked to speak with someone else she obliged to what we wanted in the first place and then apologized but still insisted that next time we order properly... We did!!! read more

Sip Fresh is probably my favorite freshly made juice spot in SD. I will say, I haven't tried too many but it's not because there aren't many options...it's because I tend to always go back to Sip Fresh. They have all sorts of fresh juices and also smoothie options for those looking for an icier treat. For me, I just stick to the juices. They basically have 2 sizes - regular and large. Upsizing to the large is less than a dollar in cost, so honestly I would just stick with large. You can always just refrigerate and sip on the juice later or the next day if the serving is too much for you. My 3 favorite fresh juices here are the Mango, Watermelon and Pineapple. What can I say, I prefer my tropical fruits. But I've also tried their Strawberry and Cucumber juices were both refreshing as well. Not sure what to get? No problem - they will give you a sample of ANY of their juices. So find your pick and enjoy! read more

I really like coming here afterschool good service good drink, and good atmosphere but this one worker had a big attitude, and kept rolling her eyes. I also asked for another sample and she said no in a rude tone, she was an old Mexican lady. Terrible service today felt very judged read more

The malls were finally open and my wife wanted something refreshing and cold. We stumbled upon this new business that just opened up and decided to try it out. Once we arrived we were greeted with smiles and my wife was quickly helped and explained the menu. She of course ordered the mango smoothie with Chamoy sauce and Tajin (which she absolutely loves). The price was decent and the taste was great! She was happy and of course happy wife happy life! LOL! Will most likely try this place again. read more

Walking around the shopping mall and got really thirsty and wouldn't ya know right when I needed it the most a refreshing beverage stand selling AGUA FRESCAS!!! There's almost a dozen different favors and there are add-ons like chamoy and tajin that you can dress your drink up in but at this moment I was just super parched and didn't care for the add-ons...I got a large agua de sandia (watermelon) and it was SO GOOD! Loved it and highly recommend!! read more

First timer! Had a cha cha Chamoy mango drink today & it was superrrrr bomb and refreshing 10/10 recommend.

I love to stop in Sip Fresh while I'm browsing Plaza. Their samples got me once and now I get a drink almost every time. My favorite is the fresh pineapple- my second favorite is the fresh watermelon. If I'm feeling feisty I'll mix them. I like that they have a generous amount of fresh fruit and they are not too sweet. I usually drink some and then add a little bit of water and the sweetness is perfect. Everyone is really friendly and they have a super cute set up. Go ahead. Try the sample and get hooked like me. read more

This is a Rating for their Catering services. I have to agree that their flavors are 5 star and delicious. So there is no issue there. However their catering services are horrible. I do not recommend them at all. You pay 40$ a flavor for a 1 gallon can of flavor mix. Then if you rent their dispensers they are only a gallon size. The instructions say add 10 lbs of ice but that only makes it hard for your guests to even grab any kind of the drink with the laddle. I will add pictures. The nice part is if you return the gallon dispensers they reimburse you your 20$ but still so not worth renting at all. Not for a party of 150 people. I bought 3 thinking it would be sufficient but it was so little. Usually you see people at parties with a standard 4 gallon size of aguas frescas. Unfortunately, this place does not provide the standard size. The only way this wouldve worked is if i bough 3 gallons if same flavor 60$ and bought my own 4 gall dispenser. It was my first experience with fresh sip catering and it was not a good one at all. From this picture you cannot really tell but the gallon size are very small. They are not the size of the 4 gallon sizes they have at their locations. Also i just dropped off the two canisters that I ordered and rented and I'm supposed to receive a reimbursement of $20 each but I never got a proof of receipt that I even dropped them off and the lady wouldn't provide one. She called the manager and ask for a receipt I had to show her my credit card statement because they never actually sent me a receipt for the catering order. Also, I was told the manager would be there after five and I just called and she's not there. I had to reach out to her by text message so to be continued if I get the reimbursement. Follow up..... so I called the store back same day just an hour later after 5 o'clock to reach the manager they said she was still not in but they provided her number so instead of calling I decided to reach out by text. The manager responded 10 minutes after a text with reassurance that I would get a reimbursement for the two canisters I rented I just went ahead and let her know that I was still unsure of getting the reimbursement because there was no proof I even dropped off the two canisters. It turns out that she says the girl behind the counter is new, and she didn't know how to process a reimbursement to be continued again.. Follow up..... I just received an email 2 days after i dropped off the rental barrels that i would be receiving my reimbursement. I an happy! I still think their catering services need improvement however, the drinks are yummy! read more

Sip Fresh does not taste good. I sampled a couple of the flavors and decided to order the cucumber mint. To be honest, it just tasted like sugar water. I prefer my nephews lemonade stand. I will NOT return to sip fresh, and will NOT recommend it to anyone who I like. I love the idea of a healthy juice shop. However, sip fresh was far from healthy, and just not a good product. read more

Even after the amount of people who were ordering a really nice young employee helped me and completely listened to my order.
