Fresharia is a go-to spot for me and the kids they love the açaí bowls here! Generous with the toppings, and açaí itself. The service is friendly and straight to the point. The ambiance is small but cool too I'd love to see a little bit more touch up to the place. The AC stay blasting like the music next door from the Zumba studio lol plenty of parking, which makes it super convenient. I haven't tried their sandwiches yet, but the açaí always hits the spot. I'm very disappointed with how much this restaurant's service quality has declined. It used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but over the last few orders... especially with to-go and delivery, I've had consistent issues that make me reconsider ordering again. In my most recent order, several items were missing from my combo meal. I received utensils for items I didn't get (a fork for fruit that wasn't included and a spoon for soup that never arrived). I was only credited $2 for this inconvenience, which doesn't reflect the value of what was missing. My receipt clearly lists soup and salad for one order, yet neither was provided. I also requested utensils and jam (which is made in-house and a highlight of your menu), but jam was not included either. This follows a previous order where one of the two chicken sandwiches came WITHOUT any chicken at all. A serious oversight that I didn't notice until after we came home and I smacked on the fruit that came with the combo and finished the sandwich later after they were closed. Ive also had missing drinks (they make their drinks in house) however At $15 per combo, these kinds of errors are simply unacceptable. We've had better experiences dining in with our food orders being 80% correct, but the consistent problems with to-go and delivery orders suggest a lack of care and quality control. I truly hope management addresses these issues, as I'd love to return as a regular customer... but right now, the experience has been very disappointing. Customer service isnt the friendly welcoming anymore when you walk inside. We have been met with backs towards us and standing there waiting for acknowledgement. Came here on a rainy night to get fresh salads and ended up getting sandwich and soup combos. When you walk in the place is super clean and tidy. The seating area had 2 parties people dining, 3 total people. There is a loud live music next door and it's pretty cool bc it adds to the alive vibe here. We ordered: Cheesesteak Torta with Lentil Soup, Turkey Sandwich with Lentil Soup, Coconut water can, and Watermelon Aguas Frescas (small size). My order was made exactly the way I wanted it. I will say the only thing that I have a minor issue with is that when you're speaking to the person working the front they're not understanding. Then I try to rephrase what i'm saying to simplify and still the information is not being grasped. Makes it a harder to order in person rather than if I just order online because I'm not being understood.If there is a language barrier please ask someone in the back to assist. I had my chilaquiles without onions, and should have asked for some he potatoes without peppers ( but i was able to brush them asides. I tried them, but am not a fan of peppers on anything. I order online -- two wraps and a sandwich. I get home and check the bag, one wrap was missing. OK that's my fault for not double checking, I'll take responsibility. I drive back to pick up my wrap, which by the way for the inconvenience (gift me a free vanilla latte). I get home, the chicken in the wrap is not thoroughly cooked (chewy) and the coffee is so bitter and watered down, never ever have I been so disappointed in a meal. Maybe Fresheria does better at serving breakfast. I order the spinach wrap and half way eating the wrap, there's a long hair in between the eggs.
