Polite with great customer service. The dining area is nice and clean. The staff is extremely engaged and receptive to customers. I enjoyed being greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Acknowledging customers in this manner takes the experience to the next level. Hence, the 5-star rating! The person taking my order made small talk, she didn't have to, but she built a rapport and left a lasting impression. The staff was so friendly and quick here. This is a fairly busy location. It is a small location. The bathrooms are easy to find and there are tables inside and outside that you can sit at. It's also right next to Jimmy John's if you wanted something else to eat with your coffee. The parking lot is a little tight but just follow the arrows and you'll be fine. We are Starbucks fans, and whenever going on a trip we tend to keep an eye out for one. We found this to be the closest one from Raleigh as we left to head back home to Charlotte. We wandered in at around 10ish on a Sunday morning and I was shocked to see we were the only customers inside. That being said, our order was taken promptly and executed efficiently. We got a pair of iced lattes that were made to the usual standards and tasted great. While part of me considers it ridiculous to pay over $7 for two coffee drinks, the taste warrants such a king's ransom. I'm sure we will be returning to this location next time we are preparing for a return trip home from Raleigh. read more

I ordered the pumpkin spice latte and it was delicious as most things are at Starbucks. The pumpkin spice is very prevalent, but not overwhelming. It doesn't have that artificial pumpkin spice taste either and the drink just tasted of great quality. It's perfect for anyone that loves pumpkin. Unfortunately, it's pricey like everything at Starbucks. My tall latte was almost $5 after tax. I also ordered the ham and swiss egg sandwich. It was a pretty good breakfast sandwich and the croissant bun it was served on was warm, flaky, and buttery. The croissant bun is really good and was the distinguishing feature of the sandwich. The egg, cheese and ham were good, nothing too different from other places. Overall, the sandwich was good, not greasy, great quality ingredients, but overpriced. I would give Starbucks 4 stars because they serve top quality coffee and pretty good breakfast sandwiches, but everything is just too overpriced for me to come here every week. But you definitely get what you pay for in terms of quality. read more

You go here not for something great but for a consistent experience with all of the other identical locations they have across the country. Staff was unfriendly, running an assembly line. I am a complete Starbucks Homer. I love them- my favorite coffee - that is why I feel it is my duty to call out the stores that NEVER have Decaf brewed as an option. It completely floors me when I go into a store that sells hardly anything but coffee and when I go to order a 1/2 cafe bold they tell me they don't have any decaf brewed. I can wait 10 min if I'd like while they do a pour over. Terrible customer service. I can walk in any local coffee shop or diner 24 hours a day and they can and will pour me a cup of decaf. I went into this location yesterday afternoon and was completely disappointed!! The staff there were more concerned with NOT being there and being home in bed, then providing customer service. I ordered three drinks and the barista was too lazy to read the cups to see our milk preferences. I had to correct her on what she was making for me. Also, I had a frozen beverage that was completely ignored ad two other patrons received their drinks while my drink day on a counter behind the barista not made!
