2nd day in a row they have screwed up my coffee. Shift Manager was rude and needs to learn some customer service skills. No one wants to start their day arguing with the coffee barista. I paid 11.77 for a coffee and it was not even made correctly. Then told I ordered it wrong when I order the same coffee every single day. Poor customer service. read more

Since we were in the area and my whole family craving the typical Starbucks we stopped at this location. They did have the nitro here since I know not all the locations carry that. I ordered a caramel macchiato myself, and as per usual it was delicious. The customer service was great, they guy who had taken our order was very nice and patient since some of us wasn't sure what we wanted right away. On my first visit one of the workers walked up to me at my seat, thanked me for my service and shook my hand. Not really the usual Starbucks crowd here, but pretty solid drinks, even if the pastry selection isn't always huge. Staff is mostly teenagers, but I haven't had any major service issues. It's usually not too packed, so a good place to study if you need active background motion. Also, has a better playlist than I'm used to in most Starbucks locations. read more

Most of the time the staff here is awesome. They don't really care if you have a dairy allergy so double check. One girl will cop an attitude if you ask for a refund when they use whole milk instead of coconut milk. Normally when people try to poison you they go to jail. Very inconsistent service. I just waited over four minutes to be acknowledged and place my order. The drive-thru have priority and they were all busting their butt to serve the drive-thru and a line started forming. Another customer it's very irritated. No one ever made eye contact with us to let us know that we would need help soon. We couldn't even tell if anyone saw us. Took about 3 or 4 minutes to get my order and I have to say at least this time someone. Thank you. At least 50% nobody ever says thank you or you're welcome. If you aren't the only car in the drive thru then expect a 5-10 minute wait for your drink. This is not an isolated incident but one example: ordered a coffee, 2 cars ahead of me, waited about 7 minutes to get to the window, I can see my coffee on the counter through the window, there is a girl at the register but won't acknowledge me, I sit there for 3 minutes staring at my coffee through the window waiting for them to take my money, finally another kid turns around (not the girl who was actually at the register) and comes to take my money, hands me my drink. I make a comment about how long it takes to get one drink and he fires back about how they can only make one drink at a time... Wtf really??!? A state of the art business like Starbucks and you can only make one drink at a time? And that wasn't even the point.... My drink was already made and there was a girl standing right there at the register counting money and making sure her nails looked good for 3 minutes before I was even acknowledged, total time in drive thru for an ice coffee: 10 minutes! read more
