Oh my goodness, I love their Boba Tea with all the flavor and bubble options. The staff have always been wonderful. Typically only 1 person working which means wait times are sometimes 10 to 15 minutes which can be frustrating. Wish they had order ahead for pickup or more options than waiting in line. Their teas and milkshakes (according to my son) are delicious. I hope this business stays around for a long time. Wish there were options to avoid the line. read more

Pure happiness! I had some good friends convince me to try Boba Tea a couple of months back, they told me it was "all the rage"! I am a total tea noob in general, and had definitely never heard of boba, so the whole experience was foreign to me. Well, it was amazing! This place is amazing. I've been back 4 times since, and I love it more every single time. I bring others with me to try it, too. I am officially obsessed! The first time I was here and every single time since, the associates have been fabulous - they have patiently and knowledgeably walked me through different types of tea, different flavor combinations, what their favorites are, what customers enjoy, etc. The combination possibilities are vast! They have a stash of cookies, muffins, brownies, and other goodies from locally owned bakeries. I was told that all the furniture is also locally made, and can be purchased. I love the ambience here, and REALLY love that they promote and partner with other local places too! My daughter loves that they have a little area for kids to hang out, with chalk and a chalkboard to draw on. Can not recommend highly enough! Nice location, not far from the hub-bub of the lake front. Stop in and get your favorite tea, then head on down to the lake. Perfect plan for a summer afternoon. I was recently down in Canandaigua and decided to check out the bubble tea scene after high-browing it at the NYK. I've become more adventurous with my teas, and I've really started to enjoy this as a food art form. On this visit, I ordered a taro milk tea with tapioca pearls. It was good. The size of the drink was reasonable, and the taro flavor came through well. To be honest, the drink had a lot more particles in it than I'm used to, and a little more foam than I would have preferred. I went half sweet, and it still could have been less sweet for me. The tapioca pearls were ok, but not as thick and chewy as I like the ones at the Tai Chi near me. They seemed a little smaller in size too, but overall I was still pleased with the drink. The concept they have for decor is beachy theme. Lots of bright colors and adirondack chairs which are comfortable, but sometimes hard to get up out of. I think the colors could be toned down a bit, but aside from that the ambiance is bright and cheery. The staff are super friendly and were chatting with us. Next time I'm there, I'll definitely try something different to see what else they have to offer. read more

I'm from an area with a massive boba populace, ie: stores round every block or two, and I still love this place. The one thing that's pretty special about this place, that I haven't found in any other boba shop... anywhere, is that you can mix drinks. I personally recommend an ube/thai tea mix, it's my usual order. The people here are very friendly, the environment is cozy, and the wifi is only another perk. They are still operating during COVID, which is great, and it's important to support them now, as they are working hard to keep the prices consistent, even though their costs are increasing. Mightea has flavors that I can't even find in the Bay Area (primarily ube), and I've spoken to the owner a few times, and he knows his tea! I will warn you, however, their drinks tend to err on the sweet side, particularly the green tea latte. They also sell reusable boba cups here, which is great for the environment, and are sourced from a US company as well. read more

This has got to be the best Boba tea place I've ever been to! Their customer service was phenomenal and the Boba tea was amazing. The owner was very nice and talk to us while we were waiting to get our drinks. This place gets five stars for it amazing customer service and amazing. Would definitely recommend. Inside they also have ice cream, cookies, muffins and some snacks too. This is a great family ways to take your family. They also offer non-Boba drinks like smoothies and coffee. read more

Tasty drinks, but even with asking for only 25% sugar added they are way too sweet. Topping options are plentiful as are the flavor syrups you can add to your drinks. Price seems a bit high for bubble tea but the quality was good. There was only one employee working while I was there which led to a rather long wait time and she wasn't too friendly or helpful but I guess I wouldn't be either in her situation. I'll stop by again in the future because it's the only bubble tea I know of in the area and it was decent. read more

Excellent bubble tea and super friendly staff. Stopped in before a concert not sure of what to expect as I'm not from the area. The selection is very good and there's great snacks as well (some muffins and cookies, they look homemade). Staff provides exceptional service. The woman at the counter gave a thorough explanation about any questions people had. She also came around and gave us little samples of gelato! Highly recommend. If I ever come back to Canandaigua I'll be sure to stop by. read more

Friendly and helpful. I had not had a Boba before and the staff explained what a boba was before and after I made my selection. I went with the popular raspberry with blueberry pearls. It was very refreshing and tasted just like raspberries and blueberries. I would get it again. I think next time I might try the watermelon or something else. read more

My drink was not the greatest nor was the service honestly. I waited a good 8-10 minutes for my tea and it was no where near as good as Bubble Tea and when I asked questions to get certain new things they were hasty and quickly told. Along with a pricy cost that wasn't worth my dollar. Will not be returning. read more
