It was a bit greasy which was the only regrettable thing about the experience, but not extremely and it didn't compromise the flavor or texture. The dining room itself was clean and elegantly decorated with Arabian and Gulf motifs, and the staff were friendly and helpful when my mother had questions about the menu. (I give any practicing Muslim props for working in food service while fasting during Ramadan.) The sugar-free didn't have any odd aftertaste at all and I usually can pick those out right away. The whipped cream tasted homemade to me. But that said, the large hot latte was in a cup that probably rivals the Tim's XLarge. So the value is really good all around.
