Maybe you need to have the items in stock or cross it off the board until you get it, this was a wasted trip and I'm stuck in the drive thru the line is moving very slow, so I guess I will get a pup cup, and they are. Out of and item for the car behind me

    My messed up drink

If I could give zero stars, I would. Actual fucking bullshit. Don't expect your drink to be mixed on coming here. They don't even like cleaning their own cups to blend drinks in they just stirred in the sink. Oh, and don't even bother asking for water cup cause you'll ruin the workers day by asking for some water when your parched. OK, let me see it. Let me see the bottom my God.

That's one angry elf! Upon entry, the staff behind the bar shouted at our party inquiring if we have masks. I replied no. They didn't offer us a mask and told us we could go outside and order at the drive thru. Then an elf sitting down drinking a beverage (while not wearing a mask), shouted at us that we had to put on masks and they are mandatory. It was very unprofessional and overwhelming to have all of the employees yell at our party. I thought that Starbucks was non-discriminatory and accepting of all. This caused me extreme anxiety and was not a good experience. Two stars for poor customer service. Drinks were satisfactory and made in a timely fashion.

One of the more severely WASP-y things that I do is spoil myself with Starbucks on occasion. This morning we stopped at one of the most dependable and therefore more busy Starbucks in our area. I ordered a Venti Caramel Latte and an Impossible breakfast sandwich. If you haven't tried this faux sausage patty marvel yet, you're doing yourself a disservice. It is one of the better variations of faux meat and it speaks volumes for our future. The coffee had a little too much ice to coffee ratio but such is the struggle when icing coffee. The staff here are very friendly and when I come through with our dog Penny they always offer us a Pup Cup. She lives for the Pup cup and always gets excited when we visit! Yes. Starbucks is a corporate chain. Yes, I do support my local coffee shop. Yes, I still love Starbucks. If you need some yums in the tums or some serious caffeine intake, roll through the S*bucks and bring your furry friends for a Pup Cup!

What can I say! I love Starbucks. When I find a drink that I like I buy it over and over again until I move on to a next drink. At the moment my drink of choice is the "brown sugar oat milk shaken expresso" it is served over ice and very delicious.

I have been to bigger locations, but there is still a decent amount of room if you want to dine in. This place can get very busy, but your wait is still reasonable. The employees are very kind and actually converse with you all while smiling. The food/pastries here is also good if you want to grab something with your drink.

This is a shout out to Marshawn the number one barista at Starbucks on Anderson Drive you have amazing creativity generating absolutely the best drinks in town. After a long day there is nothing like looking forward to getting to your Starbucks to find out they're out of your favorite drink. No need to fret because Diamond and Marshawn tag teamed the most amazing chai latte made from black tea and there Magical components. I'm so blessed to know these two fabulous baristas are dedicated employees and I know I can always look forward to an amazing experience. Thank you for your awesomeness!!!! I would recommend Marshawns amazing red, white & blue popsicle drink. Absolutely refreshing... your taste buds will explode with fruity fireworks of deliciousness!!

Stopped in at this Starbucks two days in a row while in Buffalo for coffee. Both days - ordered the Grande coffee - bold - with room for cream. Coffee was strong and tasty! Caffeine was exactly what my brain needed! Service was prompt and friendly! We went to this location as we did not want to go inside the nearby Mall simply to go to a Starbucks!

    Expresso beans

25 minute wait thru the drive thru and after we got the coffee, there was coffee/expresso beans floating in the drink. Honestly just go to the one in Target across the street, 5x better than this place.

I had specifically made the stop here to grab a quick coffee & a breakfast "sang-which" on my way to run errands; only to find out upon arrival they offer no food here. ONLY COFFEE. Kind of a bummer. Due to busy Main Street in Williamsville and parking difficulties don't know if I would stop back because they don't have any food to sit and enjoy with your coffee. Seemed popular, long lines waiting to be served. Posting an updated menu on Yelp, as coffee shop has no paper menu (to-go menu) and they also do not have a website displaying their menu online for customers to view. That would be a nice update.

It was a Saturday morning and while street parking was plentiful, the line inside was pretty long. That said, the line moved at a reasonable pace and tables seemed to turn over fairly quickly. By the time our coffees were ready, we were able to grab a seat without too much trouble. My mom ordered a black coffee while I opted for one of the seasonal lattes. Both were smooth, well balanced, and what we were hoping for on a cold winter morning! Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed with the food selection. We were hoping for a light breakfast but options were limited to cookies and a few small pastries. The items that sounded most appealing were already sold out for the day which was a bit of a bummer! This is definitely not a full breakfast spot. Prices were on par with what you'd expect from a craft coffee shop, especially in the Williamsville area. While I enjoyed the coffee, the overall experience on a busy winter morning felt a little too hectic for my liking. All that to say I'd absolutely return, just at an off hour and after having already eaten. Overwinter is popular for a reason, and with better timing on my part, I know it would shine even brighter to me!

The location makes sense as the residents of Williamsville are generally well-educated and worldly enough to appreciate authentic Yemeni cuisine; the same cannot be said for most of Buffalo suburbs, unfortunately, so I'm grateful the Buffalo metro now has one.
