Worst Starbucks I have ever visited. Our drinks were watery and missing whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles on one and Carmel on the other. When I mentioned it to the barista she replied "do you see how busy we are do you think I care?" When I ask if she would correct them she said "sure get back in line over there". Too bad there is not a no star option. I ordered/paid via the app when we were 5 minutes out and we still had to wait another 15 minutes. Shout out to Bengie at the Belton Starbucks!!! I went in around 9pm last night to treat myself to a coffee with ALOT of different pumps, syrups, toppings, etc. I have it saved as a "favorite" on the app so I can show it to the baristas to make it easier for them to see (coffee machines are loud and my mask muffles my voice). To my dismay, the barista, Bengie, apologized and said they were out of a lot of the ingredients. He then offered to make me a similar drink free of charge! Let me tell you, it's now one of my favorite drinks! Thank you, Bengie, for your awesome customer service! Sure, some days you wait for 20 minutes in line for a coffee; BUT, this store works it's butt off every day to make sure each and every one of us get what we need as fast as they can! No matter what time of day it is the line is long & it takes a very long time to get a coffee here. Starbucks is know for speedy upbeat always gets your drunk right service. They've made their name not just in coffee but GREAT SERVICE & EXPERIENCE Not here. Takes forever to even get up to order. If you decide to go inside it takes just as long most days but if you're in a hurry you end up having to go inside. THEN you have to deal with the cranky rude little college kids that set up camp leaving customers no place to sit. If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid the employee BECCA AT ALL COSTS. There is a way to go about doing doing business and she is not aware. I will NOT be returning to this location. She made not one but multiple rude comments during our encounter. The drive through was closed and she should have been not allowed to speak to customers because her actions were out of line. Let me begin this review by saying a couple of things...first I do frequent Starbucks but not because they are my favorite but because of the convenience and because I'm often given their gift cards. Second it is definitely not my favorite coffee. All that being said I gave this particular Starbucks 4 stars because of their level of service and the friendly staff. I always go into to Starbucks hoping for a better cup of coffee than I know I will get, however the person taking my order was patient as I acted like I had never seen a Starbucks menu and mused on what I would order this time. He was knowledgeable friendly and funny. My friend ordered a grande decaf americano and it was extra weak. He fixed her drink paying attention to detail and checking to make sure she was happy with the finished product. Overall it was a great roadtrip pit stop. Watch the screen when you order ! I have been stopping by this Belton location for a year now , and NEVER have they got my simple order right . My simple order is a Trenta iced coffee, 9 pumps of classic, extra cream . That's it ! All of the Temple locations make it correct , but this place WILL mess up your order . I have always had a problem with this Starbucks, but haven't been compelled to write anything until today. A bunch of my coworkers and I order from them at least 3-4 times a week and they are always out of something. Sometimes it's on the mobile app, but usually it isn't. Today it was caramel. This location is perfect for studying or chatting with friends/family. The staff and associates are bright and friendly--things you already associate with Starbucks. The drinks are bomb. I live in the area. They are so incredibly SLOW. There were three cars in line and it took 20 minutes to get out of there! Everytime i've gone to this Starbucks, they're ridiculously slow. Not to mention, I ordered a venti drink and they didn't fill it up all the way. I went through the drive-through on yesterday. When I got home I realized they didn't return my debit card. I'm now having to make an hour drive back to Starbucks. I asked them if I could get a free coffee for having to make the drive back. I was told they don't give out free drinks. I called the corporate office to see if my request was unreasonable. The corporate office agreed with me saying it was not my fault that Starbucks forgot to give me my card back and my request was not unreasonable. I always get the exact same coffee at Starbucks... for a decade, at least... grande whole milk latte with a sweet and low and a bit of cinnamon sprinkled on the top. Usually is $3,95 or so with tax. I use my gold card. 95% of the time I go inside the store, rarely do I drive thru... So today, being in a hurry, I did the drive thru... Nov 10, 15. I give my order and drive up to the window. My total was $4.45 or so... I asked why it wasn't 3.95... she explained that cinnamon powder is .50 more. Really? Okay okay, just go with, just go with it... I agree. After a bit of a wait, I get the drink... I'm driving out and the drink has no cinnamon and there is no sleeve, so the cup is real hot... no biggie, but annoyed. I go in and dust my drink with cinnamon and ask for a sleeve... they are out of sleeves... Seems to me, that if you're going to sell french fries, the ketchup should be free, same with cinnamon... it's a condiment for god's sake. If I come inside the store, cinnamon is free, if I drive through it's .50? And you're out of sleeves for the cups? How on earth can a coffee store be out of an integral part of the cup?
