This Dunkin' Donuts is consistently fast and efficient, Located conveniently right off of the I-95/ Ft Hood Street, this Dunkin' is a great breakfast spot before going into work. Wow - found a Dunkin! After a bad Tim Horton's experience recently we didn't get coffee as we normally would have because it was later in the day. We did get 4 plain cake donuts which were very tasty. They didn't have that old oil taste and were not stale which we anticipated given the time of day but decided to try anyway. Yeah Dunkin! Stopped in this morning for coffee and donuts. Coffee was hot and up to speed, they even made a fresh pot of Decaf for my wife so it would be fresh and hot. Did not have to ask for it that way the associate took it upon herself to do that, great customer service. Restaurant was very clean and organized and looked sharp. Associate was very sociable and great conversation while waiting for my order. This team has got it together, watch the other associates and they were all busy with the drive thru line which was full when I pulled in and still when I left. So far we will start with four stars since they are still fairly new and working out the kinks. They have a line for mobile orders, but when it's crowded you have to hope a nice driver will let you squeeze in the lane. They had to brew me a fresh batch of their fresh winter blend, so I had to wait at the 2nd window...not the end of the world for fresh coffee. I like ordering through the app, but unfortunately the app won't let you know what types of items they are out of. So if you're craving that donut late in the day, you probably won't get it. read more

I love the Dunkin' Donuts on Fort Hood Street. They are so amazing they remember my coffee even when I switch it up the regular employees will double check with me to make sure I'm changing it which I think is amazing. I was sad to see the manager leave she was awesome, she always made sure everything was right but I think she is GM more However the whole crew is amazing I really like the morning window guy I believe his name is Mike I never asked he always remembers my coffee is friendly to my kids and even my dogs love him. I ordered ice cream at the Baskin Robbins yes I'm aware two total different things but the two establishments are combined and Dunkin just threw my wife's doughnut in the bag uncover and I ordered us ice cream on the mobile app. they didn't inform me of all my missing flavors and of and that it wouldn't be ready in the do take into a count the fact it said on the app it would be ready at 2:45pm and we got there at 3:15. not even one of the cups were made or started and then the worker decided he would then inform me of all the missing ice cream flavors and all the missing cup sizes I'm not even sure I got everything I ordered due to the fact I got everything put into all the wrong cup sizes and and I ordered a quart of ice cream and didn't get what I asked for and didn't get the right size. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE Went in around 7:30 AM Wednesday 10/18 to get a couple dozen donuts. There were no customers in the lobby...I'm thinking great this won't take too long! Total of 4 working the front 1-2 working drive thru. After a few minutes of waiting at the front register to order and no greeting, I proceeded to ask if anyone was working the front register...1 responded oh if you're using a card you can place your order on the kiosk and continued doing what she was doing.... I responded I'm not using a card and that I was using the app. Everyone continued doing what they were doing and no one made a move to assist me at the register. I waited a few more minutes and still nothing! I left and went to Top Donuts in the same block and got greeted with a genuine smile and service. Was in and out in less than 3 minutes with friendly service and Hot fresh donuts... needless to say, of course I left a nice tip! I'm done with Dunkin... that visit left an AWFUL taste in my mouth! I will NOT be returning to another Dunkin PERIOD! They can KEEP those reward points! read more

Good place to stop by but don't expect much. The coffee is always decent but half the time I get food it's still cold in the middle. The other day got some ice cream since it's also a Baskin-Robbins and the ol girl at the microphone for the drive through was high as a kite and had a good 5 minute conversation trying to order my food it was funny and kept me entertained. I really enjoyed the service I got this morning :) the kid at the window was super bubbly and alive, almost didn't even need my coffee.
