I really like the shaved ice, their milkteas aren't bad. It's a solid choice in this area. Pretty easy and pain free ordering and drinks. I have come here several times to have milktea dates with people. I recommend this location, the cove or the killeen location. I've managed to visit all 3 spots and they're all good. read more

The service wasn't all that pleasant. Drinks are good though. Nice ambiance. Seems like a good place to meet for a light meal.

All of their teas are fantastic, I love their drinks. Unique combos and great flavors!

Perfect! ...and the caffeine works! Yeah they're pretty far from us but we go out this way anyway. They customized my preference the last several times we've been here. Really nice of them. Cool menu with options. I appreciate their fast teamwork too! I love the coconut boba with double espresso shots. I always forget if I have that in the afternoons, I'm awake straight through the morning. Sometimes I need to be, but the zombie buzz lingers. That's how I know their coffee "works" :P They've got tables and a standing bar with charging outlets suited for nomads. It's usually clean walking in and they greet you right away. Warm welcoming is great customer service. Cheers to you caffeine addicts and boba-heads! read more

UPDATE: The white girl wearing glasses with short blonde hair behind the counter screamed so loud at me that my 5 year old son who was using the restroom heard her. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE! Her behavior is extremely unprofessional and intolerable. I have spent so much money at that store and now I regret every dollar. I regret bringing my 4 - and 5 year old children there as they were terrified by the employee's rage and outbursts. The girl has zero self controll and needs to find a different career as customer service is not for her. She's better off working in a kitchen doing dishes than dealing with customers as she has completely ruined this business's reputation. P.S. I seriously hope the store owner reviews the cameras and fires that crazy girl. ------ ORIGINAL REVIEW: Every time I come here, the high-school girls that work behind the counter are rude with attitudes. Today will be the last time I spend my money here. The employees need to be trained how to treat customers, how to add simple addition, smile, and not roll or cut their eyes. read more

We have been meaning to try out Bloom for some time but don't venture out to Harker Heights/Killeen often enough. Today was our opportunity. We walked in and were greeted immediately by the young lady behind the counter. I was so excited by their extensive menu. Recognizing some things I'd grown up with. We were impressed by the offerings and excited to try everything. For our little one, a small cookies and cream bingsoo. My husband ordered the original milk tea and I went for the brown sugar milk tea. My little one loved the bingsoo. So did my husband. They scarfed that bowl down in matter of minutes. I tried it also. Would definitely recommend. The milk teas were...not as good. The original milk tea had an odd flavor to it. I noticed my husband making a face when he took a sip. I offered him mine in trade. The brown sugar milk tea is nice albeit slightly strong in flavor. My husband had about half of that and called it quits. We will probably be back to try other things and the bingsoo was a hit. If at first you don't succeed, keep trying all the things on the menu. read more

Looking for a good little boba cafe? Check this place out! Reminds me of the cafes in Korea! It's bright and a beautiful space. The wooden finishes on the tables and benches are a nice touch. The menu is huge and a little intimidating when you walk to the counter but they have printouts of it too. The girl at the counter was sweet and welcoming. I ordered a taro with milk tea with boba and lychee jelly and a mango iced tea with boba. The milk tea is nice and creamy, no watered down flavor, the tea has a sweet mango flavor, not an artificial overly sweet taste either. They have different ramens, board games and a few snacks. Overall looks like a cute place to study. I'll be back to try their other desserts too. This place is unique to this area of Texas and I appreciate that! *there are 2 other locations as well read more

I had a great experience at the bloom coffee roasters! My husband and I checked it out, and the boba is delicious!!! It filled my California girl heart. The ramen was delicious. We also had a waffle as pictured on their menu. (Not sure what it's called but it had ice cream and was super good. Would recommend for a sweet tooth). The girls who work there are super sweet and recommend all the items that we got. read more

This was my first visit to The Bloom. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. The wait time for my order wasn't long at all. I had a chai latte and a liege waffle, topped with ice cream, fruit and drizzled with chocolate syrup. Both were yummy. read more

Great tasting boba drinks and friendly staff but... I normally ask for less sweet and I'm not sure where the miscommunication happens but, I end up getting a fully sweetened drink far more often than I care to go back for. read more

My lover has brought some of their Boba tea home a few times. Of course I like it but I haven't loved any of it yet. I wish I could put my finger on the reason why. I would recommend giving them a try and I hope to find something that I do love there. read more

I walked in and asked for ramen with cheese & egg and they said it was $2 extra.... $1 for cheese??? Come on now. Also, none of their smoothies are made with real fruit/aren't fresh. I thought that was normal for a small Killeen shop but I see new places opening with ONLY real fruit. Everyone should spend their time there. Workers here also seem underpaid and frightened of management. I saw a girl who used to work there and asked her why she doesn't work there anymore... WAY underpaid!! If you're charging me $8 for a smoothie... I want these workers to get paid. This is ridiculous. Worst part is, while I was leaving, I saw the workers wash a DISPOSABLE spoon another customer left on a tray to reuse. Yuck!!! read more

Fantastic flavors and service! My favorite (thus far) is the coconut boba tea. So glad I have this so close to home!

Great place to have a refreshing drink, very relaxed atmosphere. Tried the matcha green tea without the boba, was very good.

Love milk tea boba Literally get large tea all the time! 5 star for a 5 star coffee place! :)

Visited this place for the first time on Sunday... came back Monday and Tuesday. Love their Blueberry boba smoothie!!! I'm addicted!!!!

Bolba is great! The tapioca balls were actually good. They are sweet and go well with the drink. Also the atmosphere is cute. Would be a great place for a first date or with a small group of friends to hangout read more

I've been visiting The Bloom for over a year now. What a fantastic, diverse and amazing experience I have had each time! Boba (tiny tapioca pearls) drinks, coffee, Bingsoo (shaved milk ice that is SO amazing), Thai tea, waffles and ice cream. Yes, this tiny shop really has so much to offer. In addition the service is fast, professional and always with a smile. They offer an incentive card (punches) for purchases. I am going to visit the locations in Killeen and Copperas Cove to see if there's any difference but I am willing to bet it will be JUST as good! read more

Great location, staff, and drinks. Could be dropped straight from Pyeongtaek, South Korea. Could not recommend more.

Best boba in this area, the smoothies and milk teas are delicious. Cute place to hangout too. My fave is the pistachio milk tea with boba!!

This was a pretty neat place but their drinks were not good What so ever. Their drinks tasted like someone had urinated in them. After I drank a sip of it I projectile vomited.I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more
