This place must have moved... right next to the old location but I was confused at first. The exterior of the new location is rather ugly but the inside is cute! It reminds me of a tea party. Ample space to sit and hangout with friends. Parking available behind the Narunya building (across from the Post Office) This place is odd... there's tea/coffee and Asian food like steamed buns but then the other half of the menu is Italian pasta dishes. Interesting combination. Service is friendly and helpful. I was hoping to order some of their breakfast toasts I saw online but was informed they are no longer serving breakfast but may begin again soon (this was 5/10/2025) Because they didn't have the breakfast toasts I did not try the food. Only the beverages. The tapioca boba was soft and fresh. The tea was ok, tasted good but didn't wow me. It seems like the milk teas are made with powders so it's not as nice as they could be. If you are craving boba it gets the job done. The Vietnamese coffee is tasty and very sweet! I'm not sure if there's an option to adjust the sweetness or if it's premade in large batches. Their food is great. I DoorDashed with them technically three times. The first time, they were closed. Their hours are not listed. The second time I got a pork bun and custard bun. I thought they were great, but a bit pricey. Third time, closed. The owner messaged me that the store was closed and told me to cancel my order though, I know they cancel the order. Two dashers were assigned. I caught one, but the other made it to the store (I'm sorry ). Customer service was quick, and I should have done that. Toast and Tea should have also cancelled the order. Lots of maybes here. Maybe they were dealing with an emergency, maybe it was a different person I dealt with this time around or maybe they assumed I would cancel and lose my own money or maybe they really didn't care much for the customer or drivers. This place is super cute in Belton! Very nice tearoom. I love that they have afternoon tea time everyday. I got the honey toast with sausage and eggs and a taro boba milk tea. They have a large variety of teas & boba to choose from. Definitely would be a fun girly place for brunch. Service was fast. Just order at the front and they bring the food out to you. I ordered four different boba drinks from this place, and each one had a different consistency, even though they were different flavors. They all tasted like super thick powder mixed with milk. To make matters worse, when we received our drinks, they were empty of the boba pearls, even though we had specifically ordered boba teas. The presentation of the food was immaculate. The dishes were SO pretty. I got the berry honey toast and tried my friends' waffles, all of which were really good. My toast came with two large scoops of vanilla ice cream. Some of my friends got the chicken and waffles, which were huge and looked so good for only $10. We shared the takoyaki, which was delicious. My friend really liked the cheese on her scrambled eggs. The vibes, however, were off. The first thing we all noticed was how eerie it was when we walked in. The silence was deafening. We later discovered the one employee was the cashier, the chef, and the server all in one. We felt bad for her. It took 30 minutes for the last dish to come out, and our group were the only people in the restaurant. There was a hole in the ceiling and rubble lying on the floor. The floor was fake grass, which was really off putting. My friend was going to get the chicken and waffles, but the server suggested he get the chicken tenders instead, and he did. We were bewildered by this and wondered why this was recommended. Perhaps because it was easy to make. There was a large seating area that looked nicer but was roped off. Tea Luck - yuuuuck, no boba?!?! This place is our second choice location for boba, but when you have to travel about 25 minutes to learn there isn't any boba, it's quite a bummer. I'd say this happened twice already. I'm going to give that a benefit of the doubt, and pin it on their popularity. Their menu has variety! They serve snacks and desserts, like: steamed buns, honey toast, shaved ice; plus all sorts of drinks including milk tea, smoothies, and slushies - with sweet and fun add-ins. Very disappointing experience the other day. The only flavor of milk tea I like is Taro and the employee explained to me they did not have the powder so it was crossed out on the menu. Ended up ordering a smoothie which was not great. It was just an awkward taste especially since they asked me to add jelly. A cold/frozen smoothie with jelly.... I also wanted a steamed bun but apparently they "haven't made those I over a month" as if I eat here every day to know that. But the pictures here on Yelp are not up to date. I ended up getting a chocolate cake that was lacking flavor and was hard on the bottom. Usually I don't have anything negative to say about this place but this experience wasn't the best. Once she was done with the other drinks she was working on, she checked me out quickly and my drink was ready to go :). Drink Coming from the Dallas area, I kind of have highish (??) expectations for boba because I have it so regularly from so many businesses. I really don't feel disappointed by this boba though :). I ordered a standard milk tea with less ice and tapioca pearls. The tea flavor is classic, but I didnt find it weak or overbearingly sweet (bear in mind that I do like my drinks sweet, though). I will say, that after drinking it for a while it did start to taste a bit sweet though. The milk tea mix is premade, so they cannot adjust sweetness--so if you're sensitive to sweetness, you might want to order something else. The foam on the top is a pretty touch. While I'm not sure if it affects the flavor, I really like having it there for that *special* factor :). Double checked, and they do use dairy-free creamer for the drink (yay for lactose free people!!), but not certain about the foam. After finishing the drink, the foam kind of tasted like unsweetened whip cream. Not bad, but not flavored or anything. I think the boba itself may be faintly flavored/sweetened? Hard to tell since it's soaked in tea now haha. Texture itself seems good to me--not too soft. Overall, I think I'll go with four stars. While it wasn't the number one best boba I've ever had, I was pleasantly surprised and the overall experience was positive :) read more

Our kids love Boba Tea (bubble tea) and we get some at least once a week. There are currently two places in the Temple/Belton area that have Boba Tea and Tea Luck in Belton is our preferred stop. Tea Luck is a small but cozy place with seating inside as well as outside. They have a wide selection of teas, coffees, slushes and smoothies. They've also given us samples of drinks we were curious about. My son always orders a steamed bun (chicken curry & cheese) and thinks it's heaven. We have tried the sweet custard steam bun and it was "good" but very sweet. My daughter and I split the serving and had more than enough. The selection of Boba is also fun and we have enjoyed experimenting with different ones in different teas. A visit here is not quick. Once you order, the wait can be lengthy. The times we have been here I have seen only one person working the register and preparing the drinks. Tea Luck is definitely worth a visit. read more

We went for dinner at neighboring Narunyas and had admittedly not been downtown in sometime. As we were pulling in to park on the street, a small storefront set back in the parking lot caught my eye. I cannot explain how excited we were upon googling the name of the place, to see that a boba shop had opened up here in Belton. While we sat and ate dinner, my mind was on boba and only boba lol. We walked in and were greeted with a smile and a cheerful hello. We browsed the menu while she served another customer. The place is adorable, very kawaii decor and artwork. I'm on keto so my husband ordered a milk tea with coconut jelly, two red bean and one custard sweet bun. The milk tea is very sweet but tasty. A bit weak on the tea but still very delicious. Our family was looking for a boba tea place and/or a place that served delicious and interesting desserts. We found Toast&Tea in our yelp search, and we enjoyed it! We got crepes with Nutella and strawberries, which were very good! We got waffles with strawberries which was also really good, and we got coffee which was a bit too strong for my taste, but some people enjoy a good, strong cup of joe. We also got a meatball sub sandwich, and it was REALLY good!!! I would give that 5 stars I gave this an overall rating of 3 stars because as you walk in, they have a big menu posted up with a whole plethora of food items that they actually didn't have either because it was "not in season" or they didn't make it. So, I would say stick to easy delicious food items that are fast to make and make it well. Post that up on the food menu, and you won't go wrong with that! The ambiance was none when we got there, we thought the place was closed, and given that it was the day after Christmas, maybe not a lot of people were out? However, we decided to stay and it's a good thing we did! We had the place to ourselves, and before we were done with our meal, people started coming in! So it got busy for them and turned out ok! I've been missing home way too much. There's a much bigger asian presence back home (in Hawai'i), with a lot of boba, milk tea, asian cuisines there and it's very authentic. You could eat a specific asian restaurant versus here, where all asians are lumped into one. I go to a "Chinese" place here and it has a lot of Vietnamese, or Thai influences that differentiates from a Chinese place. Point being, I was glad I found this super cute place. It was actually really difficult to find. I wish they had a more noticeable sign, I was driving around in circles for about 15 min before I was about to give up and cry and looked up and saw some people leaving with their boba. If it hadn't been for them, I probably wouldn't have found it. The GPS marker is wrong, it shows you to look at the opposite side, so keep that mind. Once you enter this place, it's colorful, bright and you just can't help but feel cozy. Well, at least I did. I immediately saw all the differently flavors of boba and the toppings which was great but when I saw the manapua, I damn near jumped. I was going to get each flavor they offered but they had sold out on all except the black paper jack and the red custard so I ordered one of each and two drinks, a mango tea and a Thai boba drink. Everything was delicious and it definitely made my heart grow fonder of home. I gave this place 4 stars because it's cute, has a vast amount of flavors for their boba and teas not to mention their steamed buns (back home, we call it manapua), but the prices were a little steep for me. Back home if a Managua or a steamed bun was $3+ it would at least be the size of a tennis ball or bigger. Other than that, I'd recommend this place. First of all, BOBA IN BELTON! I'd like to award 10 stars to the owner for this idea! I got the milk tea latte, 24oz size, with boba, less ice. Drink was excellent; sweet milk tea, more milk than tea (just how I like it). However, "latte" by definition is a coffee drink, but the barista said there's no coffee in this one; guess it just means there's that layer of foam on top... Boba was soft and bouncy, which is great. The kicker was when I requested "less ice". This was my second time there. First time I didn't mention it, so the drink came with a significant amount of ice. This time, it turns out they didn't have that customization option in their system, so she puzzlingly complied with my request. I appreciate the boba in Belton, but (at the risk of sounding like a foodie snob) any Boba place in a large city would allow choice of ice amount and sweetness. Overall, great place! So this place actually exceeded for my expectations. I got a Lychee Rose Tea with boba. It tasted pretty good. I was surprised how well cooked the boba was. It has enough of that honey sweetness that leaves a nice after taste, but the texture needs work. My husband got a Mango smoothie and it wasn't as good as mine. Honestly, it was watered down and barely had flavor, it was obvious it was made with powder and ice. If my review was specifically on his drink, it would honestly be worth one star.
