Honestly been coming here since before they opened a Cove location and even after I will always say that this place is my favorite place in CTX to get a nice Milk Tea at, and frankly they're always so nice and easy to speak to, the menu isn't confusing things aren't jumbled everywhere to accommodate every thing on it, and overall the vibe of the restaurant with Korean/Japanese music plus the soft lighting just kinda makes for an authentic feeling. I normally don't leave bad reviews but this was easily the worst experience I've had in Texas thus far. Now I understand this is not predominantly a food serving establishment but at least cook the food all the way. the chicken me and my family received was completely raw. when I asked about the chicken I was greeted with attitude, tracking you don't wanna work there but at least be courteous to your customers if they ask a question. Finally they don't do refunds. Kids liked the drink tho so that's cool I guess. If your food is gonna be half ass just DONT SELL FOOD and just sell your little gay coffee and tea. Thank god there's some culture in this town!! I just started working here and I commute from North Austin and I missed the restaurants that weren't chains/Mexican or American options. I'm so glad I found this place for my lunch fix! My matcha milk tea was so good. I'll come back just for that. The ramen was just okay (what can you expect from packaged ramen?). I hope they expand their menu to include more lunch type options but I understand this is supposed to be a coffee/tea shop. The girls working here when I went were very nice. Punch cards available!! We've come here a couple of times. Maybe once in awhile to see if things are different or better... Ordered pineapple iced tea with lychee jelly and boba Took about twenty minutes... There were no. Ova pearls in the drink and lychee jelly tasted sour. Thai tea wasn't sweet and lychee jelly was sour... Maybe the one in Killeen is better??? I'll stick with Freezing Milk Boba.. read more

Staff was rude, stand at the counter and weren't greater or tell they will be with us shortly. The employee that took my order took only a partial payment and the manager yelled with the full store "Mam your card only pay $.50 cents. I've been to this place before and after Covid-19 and each time they have been wonderful. I used to go here with my friend and we both made this our little hang out spot when we were craving something sweet and just chat. The atmosphere is so cozy and welcoming! I love the decor and the clean feeling this space gives off. As for the food, the menu is mainly focused on their beverages (as expected) with a variety of sweets and even ramen. I have had the ramen and it's not that authentic homemade ramen you're wanting, but it's also something you can't get anywhere else. It's the perfect dish for cold days and with their large variety of bubble tea, milk tea, coffee and smoothies whats not to love! I have also tried the snow ice cream (called bingsoo) which is to die for. Speaking of bubble tea, this was the first shop that I tried it from and it's great! I always try to get something different when I went here. They offer any flavor you can think of in their form of beverage. The staff are always are willing to help, explain, and elaborate on the menu for new folks exploring the bubble tea world which is always nice. Pricing is pretty nice! About $5 for a regular drink and $5.50-6 for a large. Extra add-ins cost extra of course. Overall a nice place for a snack or to try something new. In brief, this place is so nice for a cozy, dine in spot. Staff is great, menu is easy to understand and offers a variety of items, and the atmosphere offers a welcoming presence to its costumers. Their Milk teas are quite good, even their coffee drinks, they do serve ramen with your choice of egg, cheese or rice added. They also sell variety of interesting chips and small sweets. Very good service and the staff is always nice when they take your order. When you go to the bloom, it's a nice chill ambiance, a great place to hang out after work, school or just by yourself to get any work done. I've gone to each location and the bingsoo never disappoints. It's amazing! Although temp is a little chilly on the inside but perfect when you're hot outside. There are new people in training & there's a sign that lets you know that, but hands down amazing because I now don't have to drive ALL THE WAY to Killeen downtown to get my favorite boba! The first time I visited was during snowmageddon. While everyone else was closed, Bloom was open and thank goodness! It looks like they've updated the place since then...the space is roomy and open. We ordered the ramyun with extra egg in the past. Today, my son and I ordered boba. My go-to is the taro smoothie with boba. It is consistently delicious as it is made with quality ingredients. We had to wait a few minutes for the boba to cook but it is so worth the wait. I thought that the cashier putting out a temporary sign stating the boba is cooking was brilliant. Next visit, I'm going to try the Fluffy Shaved Ice with milk (BingSoo). read more

Wow. For those of you who are unfamiliar with Bingsoo- it's something you need to try. Think a snow-cone-ish dessert but instead of shaved ice, it's shaved frozen milk. Instead of flavored sweet syrup, it has flavored sweet powder. It's very good! read more

My brother was in town and wanted to stop by again since he had already enjoyed the Espresso Macchiato during a prior visit. My daughter ordered a coconut milk tea with mango popping boba and I ordered a Chai Latte. Both were great! I prefer my Chai Latte a tad spicier but it was still a delicious drink. My brother enjoyed another Espresso Macchiato with us. Staff were super friendly and attentive. On our way out my daughter took another tea to go because she enjoyed it so much.
