Fast, friendly and as fast food goes pretty decent. Onion rings were crispy and freshly made. Loved…read morethe Texas toast like bun on the chili dog. The wiener had "pop" to it and the chili and cheese was hearty! The star of the show was the the rich creamy custard on a waffle cone sooooooooo gooooood!

At the window, there was only one. I told her we ordered three after I paid for the one. I asked her to give me the one while they prepared the other two. No manager was in sight to see what was happening. She told a coworker to make two more while a line of cars needlessly stacked up behind me. She handed us two without whipped cream or cherry. I told her to add the whipped cream (which she did WITHOUT the cherry). Rather than push my luck, I took them and left. Without question, this Freddy's has serious problems: 1. ignorant staff 2. no quality control 3. untrained staff 4. very poor restaurant management Additionally, the staff could care less if customers were forced to wait while their mistakes were somewhat corrected several times for one order. Freddy's corporate management needs to audit and fix or close this restaurant. It's normally a reliable place for fast food but obviously no longer. Adding insult to injury, the small concretes were over $6 each which to me is overpriced. With bad service and indifferent staff, this particular Freddy's is a NO GO period.

#4 Freddy's Original Patty Melt Combo, instead of Fries I got the cheese curds. Pretty good, a little too salty for me.

Thank you for yet another fabulous escape from the Texas heat…read more We have began trying different snow cones from our area. Share the verdict with you guys. As you pull up, you see an adorable tropical oasis. You have the option of ordering outdoors or you can go inside where there's air-conditioning and order inside as well. We were there for snowcone treats only however they do offer many other including bluebell, ice cream, Frito pie nachos, etc.. My daughter tried the strawberry and cherry mixture, and I had the clear coconut . I am pleased to report. These were very nice sized. We both bought the small and it was touring over with frosty delight. There is plenty of seating indoors and plenty of seating outdoors. Thank you for the reprieve from the wretched Texas heat you guys are awesome.

When I arrived, a worker acknowledged me and said, "Someone will be right with you," so I didn't think I needed to ring the bell since my presence was already known and I already knew what I wanted to order. I ended up waiting at the window for about 25 minutes before anyone finally asked for my order. At that point I wanted to leave, but I had already invested so much time waiting. When I was finally helped, I politely asked how long the wait time would be after placing my order. The employee responded with "I don't know" in a way that came across very rude and full of attitude. I calmly explained that I wasn't attacking her -- I was simply asking because I had already been waiting a long time, and I had frozen groceries in my car. Unfortunately, the attitude continued. She then told me she didn't know I had been waiting because I didn't ring the bell. I explained that I had already exchanged pleasantries with another employee, so ringing the bell afterward felt unnecessary and honestly a little rude. Like girl... nobody was coming for you. I asked a simple question and got attitude for no reason. If you work customer service, acting irritated because a customer is asking about a wait time after standing there for 25 minutes is crazy. Being busy is one thing, but being rude and trying to match energy nobody even gave you is another. Can't even enjoy my d**n snowball because I'm busy writing a review about one of yall stank employees.
