Today it was "technical" the time before that was "someone just quit" the time before that "it was we're out of ingredients but we didn't ask what you wanted first to even know the ingredients were out". I wasn't going to post this .... But decided to go ahead and do so because this was the craziest experience Ive ever had . I went to Smoothie King yesterday as I always do and sat in the parking lot talking to my brother on the phone. I did a mobile order and after 20 minutes , I walked in to get my smoothie. It wasnt in the mobile order section so I told them that I was there to pick up and gave them my name . The guy on drive thru asked his coworker if he had my order , he said no and they were both lost . Drive thru guy whose name is BRANDON found my smoothie sitting there in an uncovered blender and theres no telling how long it had been sitting there because now 25 mins had gone by. He looked like he was already having a bad day. Brandon poured my smoothie into a cup and it looked like a big glob. My smoothies never look like that. He showed me the cup and said "You see how thick it is?" So he obviously knew that it wasn't normal. He proceeded to go to the sink and shake off the excess glob, wipe my cup off and try to give it to me . I asked him if he could just make me a new one. This is when it got ridiculous . Brandon rolled his eyes , put the cup down and placed a straw beside it ... and crossed his arms and told me it was made the way it was supposed to be made. He did this a few times. He proceeded to ask me where im from , I did tell him im from New York but we are in Texas right now so can you make my smoothie? Brandon asked me if I was a "High Class N*gga" more than once . I thought I was bugging so I said am I what? He said "A HIGH CLASS N*gga, You got standards?" At this point im uncomfortable and asked the other guy to call the manager . So Brandon continues to talk his sh*t behind the register and yes im responding. Im not disrespecting him but he's definitely disrespecting me . The other guy remakes my smoothie THE RIGHT WAY and I sit there and wait for the manager. So then Brandon still talking his mess lets me know that im fine as hell and if he was off the clock he would ..... and then winks at me. So now im feeling even more uncomfortable. He then comes from behind the counter and walks up to me yall.....at this point im feeling uncomfortable AND unsafe .... i walk away from him and asks the other guy "whose mans is this" trying to make light of the situation so this man would gtf away from me . The aggression made me very uneasy and all of this was over me asking for another smoothie. The other guy tells Brandon that he hears the manager coming in from the back so Brandon walks back behind the counter . Once she came in , I told her everything and I really hope they check those cameras. I have never in my life called Corporate on anyone and dont like getting people in trouble ... but Smoothie King yall need to do better and im still waiting on my phone call. read more

Always friendly, sometimes takes a little longer than I'd like but not too bad. Love the app and savings and rewards there. I have a nut allergy so I'm always careful to tell them, ask and triple check on what they've used. I tend to stay away from anything that normally comes with nut items just in case. Overall, always a good experience ordering smoothie king at this location. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They are completely unprofessional and rude. Came in yesterday to get an açai bowl. We were not greeted at all when we walked in ever after saying hello. We were ignored until we raised our voice to get their attention and said "Hello" again. Then they finally acknowledged us. There was a manager there training someone and was unprofessional joking around for a few more minutes before taking our order. We waited 15 minutes to get our food, and there was 5 people working at the time. They were laughing and joking around the entire time we were in the store. The açai bowl I received was blended to the point it was soup. Will not be returning to this store, management and employees need to be retrained in customer service and professionalism. read more

This place is hit or miss. I have found the the wait and quality of the shakes are worse between 11:30am and 2pm. Sometimes you drive away and think to yourself how awesome this smoothie/shake is. Sometimes you drive away and think "What the....." but it's too late because you are already on your way to Belton. Take today for instance. I drove away trying sip through the straw but it was so thick the straw just collapsed upon itself. Then in started thinking "What the...." All I got today was a 32oz of flavorless ice chips. How do I even know all the ingredients listed actually ended up in the cup. I was suppose to have strawberries but it didn't taste very berry to me. Just tasted like badly flavored ice. Twenty minutes later I am still trying to drink it. I guess I am going to have for it to melt some more. Don't get me wrong, I have had some decent smoothies from here but more often than not that has not been the case. They are also about $1.50-$1.75 overpriced for the end product. This place is disgusting!!!!! I normally use the drive thru so I had never been inside. One day I needed to use the restroom so I chose to go inside to get my smoothie. The inside of the store smelled funny and I later found out why. One of the bathrooms said out of order, no big deal. I used the open bathroom but when I needed to wash my hands the water for the sink didn't work after I put soap on them. So I went into the out of order restroom to see if that sink worked. It smelled like a pota potty in Iraq that hadn't been sucked out for weeks! It was so disgusting. The bathroom was dirty and this is where the workers are washing their hands (if they even wash their hands). The workers were drinking soda behind the counter while making all shakes and it was an extremely unprofessional environment. Do not get your smoothies here. I went to smoothie king on 08/16 to get a medium banana smoothie and a small strawberry pure charge just to be told I couldn't use my rewards points for them. I have over 21,000 points and was going to redeem them for smoothies. The blonde female at the counter told me that we could use the reward points for both of them. So I did some research on my own and it clearly states of you have the rewards points you can redeem them. I went back to the counter and let her know about it she said the computer system won't let her do it. She number one she lied to me and number two this is poor customer service when the people running the registers do not clearly know what they are doing. So we've been to this Smoothie King about 4 times. The smoothies are always made just right. The only problem I have is their customer service. All four times my husband and I have gone we have gotten "oh my gods" and eye rolls from us using coupons or ordering more than one smoothie. The last time we went we asked for an extra cup. The young lady said it was 16 cent for an extra cup, that's fine i said we really didn't care that we had to pay that. The thing that was extremely rude was that she rolled her eyes when we ask if we could have a lid and straw for the extra cup. This place is terrible. With terrible customer service with even worse management. The fact that you have one person in the morning and at night, is not only a showing of incredibly poor scheduling, but shows how much this store cares about its employees and customer service. I wait 30 plus mins each time in the morning, while one person desperate scrambles to do a three person job, minimum to person job, taking orders in drive thru and counter, while making smoothies. Whomever is responsible for scheduling one person to do this should be reprimanded IMMEDIATELY, this is incredibly dangerous and a disregard for the employee's safety. Stay away from smoothie king, don't support this travesty. read more
