I am a recent Dutch Bros. Customer. I ended up giving them a try after more than a handful of times receiving coffee flavored water from 7 Brew. The coffee was good prompting my return. That is until yesterday... I received a truly awful, flavorless, watered down cup of coffee so bad I ended up pouring the entire $6 cup out. Come on Dutch Bros. Do better. If the iced coffee looks more like slightly dirty water, ya might need to remake it. read more

NO DECAF DRIP COFFEE. They do not make drip coffee so not sure how people who need decaf coffee can get any. They have decaf espresso not sure how that will help anyone who is allergic to caffeine. I had the Americano and it was very good not quite sure why the young lady asked if I wanted a straw to drink my coffee. I guess that's how the younger generation drinks their coffee now a days. read more

Staff is nice, drinks are usually pretty good, sometimes they are lacking, but usually good. I do, however, have a huge issue with them not filling up the drink if you request light ice. It's not as if I am requesting no ice. The picture posted is not my drink, I had already taken a couple of sips, and it would not be fair to post a Pic of my drink not filled up. read more

Stopped here on a roadtrip for a quick pick me up. I went to the walk up window thinking I'd have a quick second to stretch my legs- I then had to wait 22 minutes for a medium latte. I originally thought it was maybe a new location so I understood but being open this long and having this issue is insane. They had more than a handful of people inside working but only one side of the machines up. If your ticket times are reaching 20 minutes maybe it's time to start up other machines... We went through the drive through on a Saturday morning and were helped by a helpful staff member outside. We were able to substitute our milks for the iced chai and sweetness for the black tea. It was worth the try, and I would like the try other menu items! read more

We love the peach black tea. The young people at the window are friendly and always wear a happy smile. And the tea is refreshing.

The wait time is only excessive because it's a brand new location. It will eventually die down; I've seen it happen in the DFW area. Everyone was super polite and seemed happy to be working, even with the incredibly busy drive-thru. Drinks were on point, as well! We will definitely visit again when we're in the area. read more

This was my first time and I was bored ar rhe few selections. My friend and I got frozen caramel lg. drinks. The taste was too sweet and not even a hint of coffee. There were no pastries offered on the menu to go with our afternoon outing. So much hype about nothing. We sill be trying Dunkin Donuts next. Ambiance was none existent. read more

They finally opened their 2nd location across from the now closed original Starbucks location next to I 35. I will start with the negative. The wait time in the drive-through is excessive. They need to work on efficiency and speed. Only one employee was outside taking orders. I thought if I downloaded the app and added some money to the Dutch pass that it would make things quicker but I was wrong. There is no option online to order through the app and the prices are not posted on the menu either. The app is pointless if there is no option to order online online and the prices are not posted. Also there is no curbside service. With a few tweaks in their operation they could really be more competitive. Now the positive: The beverages taste amazing and we'll even go as far as to say it's better than Starbucks. We ordered 3 Freezes which is the equivalent of a Frappuccino. Unlike Starbucks which tends to be watered down or have an inconsistent texture these were blended to perfection. You can really taste the Individual flavors in the different beverages. The undertones of coffee is in every sip, expertly balanced with individual flavors of cinnamon, chocolate etc, depending on the specific flavor you order. We were very impressed and will definitely go back. read more

However, I want to shoutout Stephanie for her incredible service, kindness, and going out her way to make each customer feel special.
