I have eaten plenty of these cookies at group events. One cookie is around 700-800 calories, and I am sure they have a copious amount of sugar. It is very responsible of them to display the calories on the menu. I definitely feel sick if I eat more than on cookie. I came this time to get a single chocolate chip cookie with a coupon I had. The employees at this location were very friendly when my coupon wasn't working, and they helped fix it. These cookies are so soft and taste delicious, but I think they could significantly reduce their amount of sugar and still have some pretty good tasting cookies because they are so sweet. I don't think they're really worth the high price, but they are packaged and present so nicely that they are good as a gift or for events.

Their menu changes weekly, so check their Facebook page for current offerings. I appreciate that their cupcakes are normal size, some places offer huge portions that are just too much. Today I had the chocolate fudge, vanilla, and butterscotch cupcakes and they were very good! I also enjoyed the Oreo "bronut" which was a soft baked chocolate cake donut with cream cheese frosting and Oreo crumbles, very good. But I REALLY loved their peanut butter cookie that was half dipped in chocolate. The cookie had that almost underdone (on purpose) texture which added to the enjoyment of the hard chocolate dipped covering. You can tell the owners have pride in their baking! Looking forward to trying their cinnamon rolls that they offer on Saturdays. Easy off and on I-35 in Troy, worth the stop!

Now, how she knew that cheesecake is my favorite dessert (had a cheesecake as a wedding cake) I have no Idea -- she just may be a baking genius! Plus, it was my birthday today, so it was a double gift! If how she treats a complete stranger is any indication of the kind of person she is and her business model is run, then I'm all for it!
