Associates were very cheerful and professional the times I have been in here. Good vibes. Would recommend someone comes from behind the counter to wipe down the tables every so often. Cleanliness in their dining area is not on their priority lists. We were the only ones in the place and the most all the tables were dirty. The floor had food on it. Jersey mikes. Horrible customer service. I'm currently at a store on temple Texas on 31st street. They are out of bread and many vegetables. I asked if I could get a few more slices of turkey since the store was out of so many items. I was told no that it's not possible to accommodate me with extra slices of turkey. I was told by the young lady that I could only receive a free drink. I didn't want chips cookie or soda since I came only in for a sandwich after a 12 hour shift at the hospital. Ordered food through the waitr app last night. There weren't the full options menu to choose from. I then took advantage of the comment box and it was not read for either of our orders. We waited 45 minutes for our order to be incorrect. Next time we will definitely go there in person to make sure the order is correct because they obviously do not pay attention to the comment/request box. read more

I know it's a chain- but sometimes you gotta break the chain rule. I wanted a cheese steak so we stopped in here. The store has a front and back entrance which eases parking. The staff is welcoming when you walk in. We ordered a large chipotle cheesesteak so my husband and I could split it. The thing was ginormous- we should have split the small (I think small is 8'inches). They got right to work cooking the meat on the grill and the smell was awesome. We took it to go but tore into it as soon as we got in the car. Warning- driving while eating this can lead to stains on your clothes due to the amount of juices. The meat was hot and tender, food mix of peppers and onions with meaty cheese. I liked the chipotle flavor but it sort of took over. Next time I will order it plain. I have not had a cold sub here but everything looks fresher and higher quality that the bigger sub chain. This is worth a sit down. read more
