Been a couple of times this month. The first time was great, and decided to come back a week later, and it was amazing again! Burgers taste like old fashion homemade burgers and the fries are fried to perfection. I also want to add that their fountain drinks are perfectly calibrated, the Dr. Pepper is spot on. Just imagine, a perfect home style burger, hot crunchy fries, and crisp Dr. Pepper to wash it down... can't beat it! Service is great, Jenna was working the front both times and she was very pleasant and professional. Can't wait to go back. One more thing, the place is clean, as in actually clean. What can I say about B Town burger...It's hands down the best burgers in Bell county. I don't eat burgers a lot and I ain't eating Mc Donald's burgers but when I do eat a burger, I come here!! Good fresh hamburgers. They have a drive through window. I noticed recently they put outdoor area to sit outside.

Solid, old fashioned burger joint. Patties aren't overly thick , which I prefer. Light on the vegetable toppings. I would prefer leaf lettuce instead of shredded lettuce. I ordered mine without onion but sadly my order came with onion. Tots and fries are tasty. Serves beer. During the dinner rush they need more than one person taking orders. One poor girl was handling orders from the drive thru window and the counter. Although swamped, staff was very friendly. All orders are served wrapped and in a to go bag even if you choose to dine in. Decent amount of seating inside with tvs and music playing. read more

Just my observation: Service from one of the young ladies was good as she had command of the busy drive thru, greeted each customer as if she knew them personally , but it seems like the short girl needed to be told what to do as she didn't seem to have too much of a clue about what needed attention, like a customer (me) waiting to place a to go order at the counter or to clean up a dirty area after a customer left. If the place was busy, this kind of "hired help" would put a burden on those that actually work independently. Perhaps it was her first day on the job, but likely not. Decided to make a u turn and stop into B Town after a morning on the lake. I ordered the double cheeseburger combo with L soda. The fries were hot and crispy. The burger reminded me of the burger that my grandma would make for me at the cafe that she ran. It was definitely a great burger. I took it to go so I didn't get the chance to see how the vibe was. The service was fast and it seems like there was a smooth assembly line getting orders out. I'll definitely be trying other menu items on future visits. read more

We have been using B-Town for a while and the food has been good, however recently we have been seeing some changes. Sometimes meat is not completely done. The last order which was yesterday 12-8-25 the hamburger patty only covered half of their large buns. Nothing like a vegetable burger with no meat!! Not sure what they are trying to do but we will not be going back. read more

New owner has made significant improvements to make B Town Burgers a place to catch part of a game on TV while dining in or waiting for to-go orders. Generally, a very positive experience. Persistent inconsistencies related to order accuracy have slowed the frequency of my visits. read more

The service was just fine. The employees are courteous, and the service was fast. The restaurant is a cute little hometown burger joint. The burgers used to be fabulous. Traditional meat patties cooked to perfection. The patties today were much lower quality and not fully cooked. The fries also used to be fantastic. The fries today weren't done and were tasteless. I don't typically write review. But today I wrote a review on google and it was deleted shortly after I would assume by B town admin. I have eaten at BTown multiple times and have never had a bad experience or cold food. They are now owned by a different family and it shows. we ordered 40$ worth of food and waited 30 minutes for a dine in order. We ask About our food and was told they would check. After a few minutes a girl brought out the food and said it was just finished. We opened the bag and realized we were given cold food that had been sitting. Come to find out it was marked as a call in and was just sitting in the back while 5 people were standing there fully aware that we had ordered at the counter and had no food at our table. They were not busy at the time, and like I said there were 5 people behind the counter gossiping and talking about sports. They did offer to fix and took the original meal to the back. I am not sure if They just microwaved the meat but it did seem that way. There were some new veggies but it was on a cold bun "cookout style" the second time around which was weird.This place seems to have gone down hill with little worry about quality fresh food. There are other restaurants in Belton that are cheaper and closer to the highway if you want what this time seemed to be like a pre-made burger that has been sitting in the back until someone purchased it. read more

Be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes for one burger and fries. They quickly rush through your order only to have you pull forward to wait at the window. I waited in total 10 minutes to place my order and then 25 minutes after There was only one car in front of me and they were handed 3 bags. Food good Service sucks. read more

These burgers were extremely juicy, well made had super friendly staff and the fries were killer! I bought my Double cheeseburger meal planning to eat it after my 15-20 minutes drive home. I started eating those French fries and had to stop myself or there would have been none left by the time I got back. Great place, I would recommend to others. There might be a little bit of a wait, even though my service was fast, but keep in mind you're waiting on a high quality product, it's not a McDonald's tasteless industrial burger joint. While the burger was tasty and fries were perfect, I can't give more than 3 stars because of the rude service. Based on other reviews, that seems to be a recurring problem. We did a drive-thru during our first time there. The woman at the window was impatient and rude when my friend had a question about the toppings even though there was no one behind us. The young man that gave us our order at the second window was thankfully polite. I tried my friend's double cheeseburger with bacon and it was juicy and greasy goodness. I do really like their perfectly crisp fries, but the service does need improvement. read more

This is a very good burger joint. They are very active in the community and their food is great. The menu could use some adjusting. They have a cheese burger two times in the menu board for two different sizes rather than having a hamburger and a cheese burger separate. Some of my family do not like cheese on their burger and would like to order a hamburger and not have to say without cheese. I also do not like shredded lettuce and would rather have lettuce leafs instead. The fries are good and the staff is awesome. read more

This was a very random find on our way to Austin. We were looking for a place to eat and saw this place and it looked like a great burger joint. The employees were great and the prices were very reasonable. It was definitely a place where most people knew each other. It has a great old time feel with great burgers and sweet tea. The real star of the show for me was the onion rings. The batter was light and delicious, something that is really hard to find anymore.
