So normally I don't have a problem, but today however was very different. So the lady that looks like Ms.Trunchbull from Matilda was a little rude today. so first she didnt want to help me, so she she had the new guy do it, til he mixed up my sandwich which was okay, im currently in training at work myself so i completely understood, which is kinda funny by the way because she messed up my order too trying to correct him, i only wanted one sandwich toasted and she toasted both. Anyways we get the sandwichs made and i go to pay and she told me she can't accept my payment because it was a $50 bill, which i just got for my birthday so of course i didnt have anything smaller, but anyways even after going to three different places trying to get change and coming out unsuccessful, i was gonna come back and cancel my order in which at that time Ms.Piggy came in, attitude and all, so Trunchbull inform me that i can come pay now that Piggy is back from the bank apparently. Piggy decides to tell me next time come in with bills smaller than 20, BUT as I stated earlier I just got it for my birthday. And then the icing on the cake, i handed the new guy a tip which i wanted to go straight to his pocket since he was the only one nice but Trunchbull decides to say aht aht like hes a dog or something and made him put it in their tip jar after being rude asses to me. I ordered DOORDASH for a sandwich chips and a drink for my lunch. They took forever to prepare it and then forever to get it to me, but then when I got to where I was working half of it was missing and then when I was trying to call the store, they purposefully ignored my calls, which they told me, they were "busy" and gave me attitude for asking why my order was missing. Literally such a joke. And it literally wasn't that busy to the point where they couldn't take my call. She even knew what I was missing. read more

ZERO STARS! After standing in line for five minutes without being acknowledged at all a woman employee comes out from the back of the store and says "where did all of you come from?" "Jesus Christ I don't want to do this." "I just want to go home" completely unprompted. There was one person in line ahead of me and my husband and one person in line behind us. As she continued to mumble and complain my husband and I just turned around and left. No apology or acknowledgment of her behavior. Every time I come here, outside of one time, the workers are kinda rude and have no energy. It's so bad that I actually prefer driving 15 minutes further to go to a different Subway where I always meet a very nice woman. I don't typically leave reviews but this time I came in and found that beauty is wasted on the girl with curly hair and nice nails because her aura and attitude is horrendous. I can understand having a bad day or something but there was no "How are you?" Or whenever I paid, no confirmation that the payment went through and was done. I'm not sure when subway stop using the chopping tool to chop up the salad. But it not acceptable to me. This might be petty to most ppl but for you to tell me you don't chop up salad and I been to plenty that do, it seems strange for you to say that. My thing is I don't want the spinach whole, because actually I don't like spinach.. but I want the nutrition it provides. So when the spinach is whole I'll take it off, which in my opinion defeats the purpose of me ordering a salad. Now I can hear you saying don't get the spinach or tell them to chop it, but i already wrote they said they don't do that... but this order was picked up by someone. Which I told them that they will have to go to subway and place the order because I like my salad a certain way, again I know it's petty.. but I'm paying for a service, it's not like it free. So two times in a row I went to this restaurant and got a BMT both times I got so sick. Few years went by new management new workers I'm gonna try them again maybe it was a coincidence. Three days ago I got a BMT I am the only one in my house you got anything with ham on it and I am the only one in my house who's been sick for three days. I visited Subway underhand ordered a sandwich online as I have done many times in the past. It was clean and not very busy at all. I walked in let them know I had an online order, got my sandwich, and went to work. Much to my surprise when I got to the office the sandwich was not what I ordered. When ordering online from the Subway app you can go back to your order and leave feedback. I left some feedback expressing my dismay and asked for a refund. The Manager on duty called me after lunch to discuss the incident but uneasy with a client and unable to speak to her. I did however call this morning and she answered the phone when I called. She offered to go buy me another sandwich and refund my money. I'm not one to take advantage of people so I asked for another sandwich and it was ready when I got there. Good customer service and very kind. She was very sorry and apologetic for her mistake. I explained its just a sandwich and I appreciated her kindness.
