My first time going here. I haven't been on this side of town and saw this place. When entering we were immediately greeted, The owners were very friendly. The inside is really nice. My husband ordered a Beef sub and I ordered an Italian. We got home and when I unwrapped it I was impressed with how big they were. Loaded with a lot of meat and vegetables!! First visit to this adorable Mom and Pop place literally run by a family including children. They have an excellent foundation for great tasting sandwiches. It is clear they are particular about their ingredient selection and handling. It was also clear that they care about putting out a good product and having good customer service. We tried the roast chicken (favorite), roast turkey, and the Italian. All were delicious sandwiches. I'd love to try more of the menu as it seemed many people were enjoying their drink selections as well. I have a secret I need to get out. Roasted and Toasted Subs has the best sandwich I ever purchased in my life. My kiddos ham sandwich was so good to him he asked me to make a review. They are heavy on the meat, generous with the veggies, and slop the sauces on just enough to keep me from having a wet sandwich. This place has the best lemonade of many flavors with blue raspberry being my favorite. From the sandwich maker to the order taker the staff is the friendliest you can find. I'm from the east coast and we call the "sub" a hoagie. In Jersey where I'm from you can get a hoagie as big as your arm and packed fat with meats and cheese. For Texas this place knocks it out of the park. I 1000% recommend this place for some awesome sandwiches. I ordered the Italian sub an it was amazing. Since my first visit in late March 2026 I have been back twice already and plan on making this place a regular. Subway and Jersey Mikes don't even come close to this place. Went to grab sone lunch and am so glad I went to Roasted and Toasted. They were very welcoming. It was my first time and they were patient with me. The have menu items or you can build your own. I got a roast beef panini with provolone, red onions and jalapeño. The sandwich was huge with a lot of meat. The tea and lemonade were refreshing. Definitely will go back. read more

I was driving down Rancier one day when I saw this sandwich shop. When I looked them up and saw that they are roasting their own meats I knew I had to try them out. My husband and I decided to stop by for lunch one day. He ordered a chili cheese dog and the 1/4 pound beef sausage. I ordered a medium turkey sub. It was huge! So much meat, I could only eat half and I took the other half home for dinner. It's close to my work so I knew I would have to come back during the week. This time I ordered online and got a chicken panini. The timing was perfect because right as I pulled up I got a text that my order was ready. It was still warm and nicely packaged. Great husband and wife team who are so friendly. Their sandwiches are exceptionally good because they bake their own meats. Their sandwiches are PACKED with meat, even the small ones. You pick the garnishes you want on it. Example, I get a ham, cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumbers sliced so then, oh, yea. You can add vinegar, oils, mayo, etc. I have to cut my small sandwich it in half and eat the rest later. The potato soup is home made and is delicious. There are other home made soups as well. Go by as they put all the other sandwich places to shame. They also grow and sell a variety of fresh lettuce style greens right in the restaurant, which is nice, big and clean. An hour later I'm still waiting and was told it would be another 15 minutes. ARE YOU SERIOUS?? I only ordered 2 sandwiches. I wish I did not order online and pay in advance.
