My Wings Were Hot And Seasoned Just Right. I I Ordered The 6 Piece Combo With All Flats, Well Done- (2 Flats Were Citrus Mojo And 4 Flats Were Hot Lemon Pepper). The Fries Were Fresh And Hot As Well. The Restaurant Was Clean, Quiet, And The Service Made For A Great Overall Experience. The Wingstop I'll Always Eat, Harker Heights! read more

This might be the worst wing stop I have been too. They undercook the wings and never season dry rubs. The picture is supposed to be "hot honey" but I got some dry plain wings. (The sauce coming from the bottom is from my Cajun wings that they threw on at the bottom of the styrofoam container.) read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Harker Heights, Texas

Very happy with my lunch order! The wings were xtra crispy as requested, voodoo fries were drenched in cheese and seasoning as expected and enough ranch to dip every wing! We ordered online and the order was hot and ready to go. Yum!! read more

The staff is not friendly at all. The girl who took my order barely even would look at me. Then I watched another person try to ask her a question about his order and she just walked away from him. The worst part is the Wait times are horrible!!! 30+ minute wait with no line for a simple 6 piece wing combo. AVOID THOSE PLACE!! read more

I called before placing a mobile order and was told there was a 2 1/2-hour wait for mobile orders. After waiting 30 minutes, I called back and was told there was no wait at all, which was the first sign this visit would not go well. I placed my order online and was given a 50-55 minute wait time. After waiting 45 minutes, I arrived at Wingstop only to be told that my order had been missed and hadn't even been started. On top of that, the employees that stood directly behind the counter were being rude, loud, and laughing, making it difficult to even hear the person behind the register while trying to pick up my food. The entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future! read more

The food was great, the wait was not. I waited almost two hours for food. Many customers were canceling orders, but I stuck it out. All in all, The food was very good, but pick the day you go. I would not recommend New Year's Eve. The wait times could have been better communicated by the staff. read more

Last night was a horrible experience. The worker who was working the register was rude as heck. We were at the drink machine trying to make our drinks and the drink dispenser was putting out no carbonation and the syrup from the soda was off. Then I guess they have to add ice and the ice ran out. Door dash/uber driver asked her if she could fill it back up and she said no there isn't any ice. Anyway as we were trying to find a soda that was worth getting she had to fill her to go cups for the to go order and was tapping her foot and fingers on the cup like we were a bother. Then when we got home noticed that the fries were cold/old and not the flavor we asked for. Not sure why every time we come in there the same worker is there with the same stank attitude but clearly hates her job. This store needs a revamp or something because it's just not it anymore. read more

Food was good but our online order was ready about ten minutes past the timeframe and there was major lack of communication. Also, I got the unsweetened tea (Gold Peak) and it tasted like mold or something(???). I had to dump it out and get something else while we waited for our order. read more

Wing Stop - you've been there you know what you are gonna get, right? Good wings with great flavors at an okay (comparable price) and the most basic service as possible. If you didn't know that, that's what I'll expect you'll find out. Food - they have some of the largest, juiciest wings in the neighborhood. Their flavors are good and you can mix flavors in a combo order (when I'm eating wings I like to mix and match the flavors - this is one of the advantages of this place). Their heat scale isn't too bad but doesn't run as high as some other store. (4.4/5) Atmosphere - if you're going to dine in, remember you're just going to a wing joint. Don't expect fancy tables and decor or anything. (3/5) Service - just a bunch of young kids issuing out fast food. Polite enough but that's about it - high quality service isn't why you came here (or shouldn't be anyway). (3/5) This will definitely remain the neighborhood "go to" for chicken wing pick up orders, but that's what they are good for. Don't plan a romantic night dining in the dining room here .... Just not what this place is for. read more

SLOW, SLOW, SLOW!! Put in order 2/8/2025 for 5 p.m on the 9th. Came to pick it up at 5, and told it would be 20 more minutes. Got back to them after going home and they gave me another 20-30 minute wait. What type of fast food is this? I am missing the Super Bowl, because I prepaid for my order and can't leave without losing a tidy sum of money. I will NEVER make the mistake of using Wingstop for my party ever again!! read more

Absolutely ridiculous wait time. We waited an hour and a half for two combo meals!!!! They were not regulating to any customers actual wait times and kept repeating "working on it". If you're going to have customers wait over an hour for an online order at least have the decency to be honest on wait times. Never ordering here again. Rather place my order at the one in Killeen. read more

Way too slow, from ordering online to expecting time for ready pick up is off by 30 minutes. Also losing walking in customer due to wait time and their famous quote "We still working on it" while you sit there and wait. Chicken be good but the waiting period is tragic. read more

The customer service in this place is lacking big time. They're rude don't even greet you when you come in and if you have a problem with the order and say something they all just give dirty looks like it's your fault and if they "fix it" you get a huge attitude along with it. When you call to talk to a manager they just hang up and you have to go in to speak to one directly otherwise good luck. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Pretty much you end up with cold food that isn't cooked all the way through. Most likely will get you sick. This is the 3rd time this has happened in about 1.5months with this place so I would steer clear. read more

Ordered and paid online hoping it would be easier. I guess it's my fault....I keep hoping the service will get better. I know it's considered fast food but I realize it really isn't. There are just too many people standing around the register doing nothing while the people in the back seem to be struggling to keep up. Placed order at 6:23pm and confirmation said it'd be ready at 6:44. I figured it would be a bit longer but I was still there at 7:14pm. If the order is gonna take 30 minutes, they simply need to say 30 minutes . Couldn't leave because I paid online. I finally got the order, checked the bag and was supposed to get large fry got a small, didn't get the veggie stick then they said oh we forgot to put it in the bag. If I had checked, I would've paid for something I didn't get. I don't think it's a customer service issue more than a training and scheduling issue... But they've got to do better. read more

My mom was waiting for an hour and a half and that's unacceptable to get food that is mediocre

Ordered online for a pick up later, came in 10 min prior to pick up time, person who walked in and ordered got their food before me because they never called my name. Sat directly in front of them to make sure I got my order on time, no telling how long it say behind the register as the manager and employees stood around and talked. Very unprofessional, never got an apology just "we never called her name, I would have heard if we did." Of course, as long as my food sat, the fries were soggy, and the chicken dry. read more

Ordered online for pick up. I arrived a few minutes earlier than planned, so needless to say, they weren't ready. But the order was complete and ready earlier than the promised time. Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Harker Heights, Texas

I ordered wings through door dash for delivery. The door dash site gives you the option of "all flats" and "all drums." I clicked "all flats" and received 12 drums and only 3 flats. I called the store to notify them of the error and was spoken to by a rude girl who curtly told me that my preference for flats was not on the receipt, and "there's nothing we can do about it." Typical Killeen service, even if the store is in Harker Heights. Any respectable restaurant would have made an effort to make it right. In this case, I think at least a partial credit should have been offered. On top of the problem, as usual the wings that were delivered were very dry. Are they saving money by not using as much sauce as they should? read more

Good food slooooooow service. Even putting an online order in at a specific time doesn't guarantee you'll have your order when you want it.

Patricia rocks! Always remembers her customers & is very personable! Asset to this store for sure! This store is far superior to other stores in Bell Co! Come to this store! Service & food is superior! Love my crispy 13 min fries & lemon pepper wings! read more

This location sucks! I ordered boneless wings for my son and he basically got scraps and leftover crust from the bottom of the bucket or something because wtf was this? There was honestly no chicken even in it just batter tossed in sauce! He was so disappointed I was so sad to see my son still hungry after I spent a good amount for something SO NOT WORTH IT. Never ordering from this place ever again because this was the 3rd chance I gave Wingstop & I just can't with it anymore. read more

we just did a doordash order for the 24 piece wings and opened our bag to find DISAPPOINTMENT!! they only gave us 10 pieces of 1 flavor that we ordered ...we are actively missing 14 pieces that we paid for . we spent 80 dollars to get this delivered as our car is broken and they couldn't even remember to put all of the order in. this wingstop has always given us issues , and you know what it's about time we stop going to this location! yall need to get it together .. read more

This is my 3rd time here, and I should have learned my lesson by now. All 3 times I placed online orders, and all 3 times they have come out over 15 minutes past the schedule pick up time. I don't want to say the employees were rude, but they definitely weren't happy they had customers there. Personally, I'm going to try a little harder, and travel a little farther for wings. Update: they shorted me 15 wings! And now I have to go back. read more

I waitrd almost over an hour and a half after placing a order for 10 piece of wings and medium fries. Most people who placed their orders after as i already waited for 30 minutes received their meal. I was astonished to see that I am still waiting for my food. They prioritize orders that come through online than the customers who ordered their that wants to dine in. Thry discourage customers to place orders in the restaurant by having them wait longer. read more

Against my better judgement I ordered online for delivery. Last two visits were not pleasant experiences. This time my order arrived incomplete. I had to drive with injured knee to get the rest of items. After getting the drink I was owed get home and the sprite taste like seltzer water. Poor management and I hope they get it together. This time I'm completely done with this location in Harker Heights. I don't need to be contacted or given any food credit like in times past. I'm good & done. read more

Ordered online and the wings were actually prepared very quickly. Hubby picked it up and came home wings are still hot and yummy. We ordered the lemon pepper, Louisiana rub, and original hot. And with additional I think 2 dollars for all flaps. I really like how the wings are slightly crispy On the edges and not dry inside once you bite on it. This wing stop is also very clean inside and the staff are always pleasant. Sorry I forgot to take pictures since I started munching on them. Lol.... read more

I wish that I could give zero stars, I just went in the Wingstop to pick up an order that I placed online and when I walked in and looked behind the counter at the serving line all individuals had their mask down past her nose and not one single person had gloves on preparing the food or moving the food into containers! I do not care what anyone's political beliefs are on COVID-19 but in general food handling need some sort of caution and then when you take what's going on currently and throw that in this is ridiculous and unnecessary risks to peoples health. read more

I visited this location on 4/25 for my favorite lemon pepper wings. This place reeks of weed as soon as you walk in, food was old and disgusting, employees were extremely rude, asking people who just walked in, "what do you want" "what are you here for". So it's SuperBowl Sunday and I know it's going to be busy. So o decided to place the order online. I placed an order online for this Wing*Stop at 12:34P. Pickup time at 5:00P. Ten minutes later a worker called me and asked if I can come at 5:10P. I asked her will my wings be ready. She said yes. So I arrived to Wing*Stop. At 5:10P. I was next in line. The lady said they didn't drop the wings yet and I will have to wait. I said a lady called and told me that MY WINGS WILL BE READY! Well it's NOT. What's the use of placing an order online if it won't be ready. I do understand that it will be busy today, but WTF don't pit a pickup time on your site if the WINGS won't be ready! You know that's why we make appointments, order online ahead of time. Don't honor the system if you are NOT going to honor it. I love WING*Stop! I have been going to the one in 440 or off of Fort Hood street. Since this one is closer it was more easier and closer! The service at Wing*Stop went down hill!! A new wing place needs to come. Maybe KOREAN FROED CHICKEN (KFC) It's 5:15P and still I haven't received my wings yet! I need info on how to contact a General, District or somebody to contact me!!!!! read more
