I called before placing a mobile order and was told there was a 2 1/2-hour wait for mobile orders. After waiting 30 minutes, I called back and was told there was no wait at all, which was the first sign this visit would not go well. I placed my order online and was given a 50-55 minute wait time. After waiting 45 minutes, I arrived at Wingstop only to be told that my order had been missed and hadn't even been started. On top of that, the employees that stood directly behind the counter were being rude, loud, and laughing, making it difficult to even hear the person behind the register while trying to pick up my food. Last night was a horrible experience. The worker who was working the register was rude as heck. We were at the drink machine trying to make our drinks and the drink dispenser was putting out no carbonation and the syrup from the soda was off. Then I guess they have to add ice and the ice ran out. Door dash/uber driver asked her if she could fill it back up and she said no there isn't any ice. Anyway as we were trying to find a soda that was worth getting she had to fill her to go cups for the to go order and was tapping her foot and fingers on the cup like we were a bother. Wing Stop - you've been there you know what you are gonna get, right? Good wings with great flavors at an okay (comparable price) and the most basic service as possible. If you didn't know that, that's what I'll expect you'll find out. Food - they have some of the largest, juiciest wings in the neighborhood. Their flavors are good and you can mix flavors in a combo order (when I'm eating wings I like to mix and match the flavors - this is one of the advantages of this place). The customer service in this place is lacking big time. They're rude don't even greet you when you come in and if you have a problem with the order and say something they all just give dirty looks like it's your fault and if they "fix it" you get a huge attitude along with it. When you call to talk to a manager they just hang up and you have to go in to speak to one directly otherwise good luck. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I ordered wings through door dash for delivery. The door dash site gives you the option of "all flats" and "all drums." I clicked "all flats" and received 12 drums and only 3 flats. I called the store to notify them of the error and was spoken to by a rude girl who curtly told me that my preference for flats was not on the receipt, and "there's nothing we can do about it." Typical Killeen service, even if the store is in Harker Heights. Any respectable restaurant would have made an effort to make it right. In this case, I think at least a partial credit should have been offered. On top of the problem, as usual the wings that were delivered were very dry. This is not the first time that I have visited this establishment WingStop #1066 in Harker Heights. Every time I have been here the cashier has either talked to low and act as if that the customer is not important. This time the cashier had a mask on which was just covering his mouth. He was saying something to which I did not think he was talking to me. So finally I asked are you talking to me or you talking on an ear piece because I can not hear you nor understand you. He then states I am talking to you while pointing at me. I then asked him what did he say. He then raises his voice to say, the name on the order. I proceeded to order the large 10 piece traditional wing all flaks with mild sauce. After paying for my order the cashier was giving me my change by dropping in my hand and some on the counter, I then states that I wanted them well done. Another worker stated that she would write that on my ticket. After approximately 5 minutes I asked the cashier for my cup so I could get my drink. The cashier gave me my cup and I proceeded to the soda machine to get ice for the tea to no avail. I then told them that there was not any ice in in the machine. I was told the their ice machine does not work. This happened the first time I visited this establishment. They never bothered to say prior that the machine did not have ice, even though the order comes with a drink. After getting my order I left. Upon arriving home I opened the tray with the wings in it and there was more grease than sauce and the French fries were cold, not even warm.
