Placed my order at 4:30 PM on the nose on a Sunday. The tracker apparently wasn't working because when I called to inquire as to why the pizza had not even yet been prepared according to the tracker -- and it was 4:45 -- the young lady informed me it was actually already in the oven. So I inquired as to whether or not the tracker was working properly, and she impatiently said, "I don't know." So then I asked her if she could tell me when the pizza might be there, and at first she said two minutes, and then she suddenly changed it to 8 to 10 minutes. And that was the abrupt end of that conversation. Pizza arrived at 5:22 PM, 52 minutes after I had ordered it, when the app had said it would take half an hour. I checked it and the cinnamon sticks, and the pizza was cold to the touch, and the cinnamon sticks were barely warm. But with screaming toddlers waiting in the background, I had no choice but to accept it. Because of the fact that the tracker had informed me the pizza had left the restaurant 44 minutes prior, I cut the driver's tip in half because that was obviously part of the problem. They should be using more drivers, or they should not be making promises they can't keep. And the young lady on the phone was absolutely unapologetic. Cold pizza and screaming toddlers are not a good combination. And Customer Service is more important than it's ever been. We had not ordered from Pizza Hut in years until about two weeks ago, and it was so good we decided to try it again. Nope. Last time was apparently a fluke. Only reason I gave it TWO stars (instead of one) is because those dang cinnamon sticks are good no matter their temperature. Still won't ever order from these people again. read more

I was really impressed by this Pizza Hut. I was hungry tired and knew I would be passing by this place in about 15 minutes. So, I called in for my medium all veggie thin crust. Found out I could get any size for the same price of a medium. Well, of course, I got a large. Th y put lots of sauce, which I love!! Anyway, customer service was great and friendly. Only complaint I have was the crust was slightly burnt. But I didn't care because I was hungry!! Besides, I wasn't going to drive back and wait for another pizza because of a slight burn. I ordered boneless Buffalo wings and when I got it delivered it didn't come with ranch. Idk why but to me if someone ordered Buffalo wings it should come with ranch free of charge. The first time I called because the pizza was missing a topping and I was told that they were in a rush and that they didn't have time to fix it. I was given credit for the inconvenience. Today I was given this bread that was suppose to be cheese sticks they delivered it my house for the inconvenience but that is beside the point. Night of bad service at my usual pizza hut. 1st ignored at drive thru when I held up my cc card to pay, at the least acknowledge before walking away. Checked receipt and 1 pizza for accuracy, drive 10minutes back home and my 2nd pizza is wrong. Drive all the way back another wasted 10mins, and then told my pizza which cannot be delivered even if I pay the fee, will be another 15mins to make. A total of 45 minutes of my time and gas wasted due their mistake. FYI I was told if they could deliver it would have been 45 minutes. 45 minutes I could have been home. I explain to manager why I am unhappy with service, and can i be compensated for my inconvience in some way, discount or something for tonight's order, that I had to drive back, and wait. Nope, I get his lack of concern on their customer service a direct reflection of his job, a $10 credit I have to come back to this location to use, and a "Free" pizza I paid for. I've made 2 separate orders to this location. One being delivery, which was delivered within the ETA, it was hot and delicious! 2 months later I carry out and my 2 pizzas were hot and delicious again! Pizzas looked like they were made with care, toppings applied evenly, and tasted fresh. If you like a saucey pizza, might want to ask for extra sauce on your order but that is for the nit pickers. My parents have run several restaurants, one being a Fox's Pizza Den in Nevada. I have not ordered from this pizza hut via pickup, but do not plan to. First off I placed an order for 32 dollars (1 large with stuffed crust with 2 toppings and wings). My order arrive about 1 hour from when I placed my order. The delivered at my door immediately stated he was having a bad day. I asked why, and he immediately stated that a lot of people were not tipping. Now understand I already put aside money to tip, but when he said this it felt more like I owed him money. He was already atleast 20 minutes later from the original time expected. I plan to try my luck with dominos in the future. The pizza and wings were fine, but I don't feel like a driver should not be pressuring me to tip. (However, you should always tip waiters and drivers because they do not get compensated very well, especially in bigger corporations) read more

I've been a pizza hut customer from the very beginning. But this one is unbelievable. I order my usual Everytime,lg pep hand tossed,extra marinara side of jalapenos,they repeat it back,pizza arrives,grease is almost half inch thick,no extra marinara sauce,no side of jalapenos. But when I opened the box it was the wrong pizza. So I called to get it replaced and they said he right order will be right out. I waited until 9:54pm and the correct pizza wasn't home yet. So I called again. When I called, no one had knowledge about me getting the wrong order in the first place. Then I get to talk to the manager who supposed name is "Robert".
