Walk in. Assaulted by Bree's attitude and downright aggressive customer service. Don't ask this girl any questions unless you want a smart ass answer. Then she proceeded to tell her co workers how she hung up on a rude Asian lady. It didn't end there with the profanity flying from the back from the employees. Then to top it off, the food was not worth even stopping for. Won't be back. read more

Placed my order at 4:30 PM on the nose on a Sunday. The tracker apparently wasn't working because when I called to inquire as to why the pizza had not even yet been prepared according to the tracker -- and it was 4:45 -- the young lady informed me it was actually already in the oven. So I inquired as to whether or not the tracker was working properly, and she impatiently said, "I don't know." So then I asked her if she could tell me when the pizza might be there, and at first she said two minutes, and then she suddenly changed it to 8 to 10 minutes. And that was the abrupt end of that conversation. Pizza arrived at 5:22 PM, 52 minutes after I had ordered it, when the app had said it would take half an hour. I checked it and the cinnamon sticks, and the pizza was cold to the touch, and the cinnamon sticks were barely warm. But with screaming toddlers waiting in the background, I had no choice but to accept it. Because of the fact that the tracker had informed me the pizza had left the restaurant 44 minutes prior, I cut the driver's tip in half because that was obviously part of the problem. They should be using more drivers, or they should not be making promises they can't keep. And the young lady on the phone was absolutely unapologetic. Cold pizza and screaming toddlers are not a good combination. And Customer Service is more important than it's ever been. We had not ordered from Pizza Hut in years until about two weeks ago, and it was so good we decided to try it again. Nope. Last time was apparently a fluke. Only reason I gave it TWO stars (instead of one) is because those dang cinnamon sticks are good no matter their temperature. Still won't ever order from these people again. read more

I usually love every pizza we get from this location. I'm confused at how this is a pepperoni lovers stuffed crust. Please, step up your quality assurance. read more

Pizza Hut - NOT a pepperoni lovers topping! - Pizza Near Me - Killeen, Texas

I was really impressed by this Pizza Hut. I was hungry tired and knew I would be passing by this place in about 15 minutes. So, I called in for my medium all veggie thin crust. Found out I could get any size for the same price of a medium. Well, of course, I got a large. Th y put lots of sauce, which I love!! Anyway, customer service was great and friendly. Only complaint I have was the crust was slightly burnt. But I didn't care because I was hungry!! Besides, I wasn't going to drive back and wait for another pizza because of a slight burn. But I will look closer before I pull away next time. read more

it seems like the people that work there are all very inexperienced, young people... they did not care about the people that walk in to make an order and they prioritize the phones, my mother made an order about 30 mins ago and we're still waiting out front... i would save the time and go to Dominos read more

I ordered boneless Buffalo wings and when I got it delivered it didn't come with ranch. Idk why but to me if someone ordered Buffalo wings it should come with ranch free of charge. Idk if they forgot to put it in there or you have to pay extra to get ranch but just bad to not give ranch with Buffalo wings. read more

We've been ordering from this location for quite awhile. Pizza arrives hot, fresh and looks just like the photos on the commercial. Drivers are always friendly and fast. Only once have we had a cold pizza delivered and that was because I entered my card number wrong and didn't hear the phone when they called to verify info. read more

Customer service is always good but this is the second time that they have messed up my order. The first time I called because the pizza was missing a topping and I was told that they were in a rush and that they didn't have time to fix it. I was given credit for the inconvenience. Today I was given this bread that was suppose to be cheese sticks they delivered it my house for the inconvenience but that is beside the point. Why would you let your customer leave with a product knowing that it was wrong or that it not suppose to look like that?!? Hopefully they get better. read more

Pizza Hut - a pizza in a pizza box with sauce - Pizza Near Me - Killeen, Texas

Night of bad service at my usual pizza hut. 1st ignored at drive thru when I held up my cc card to pay, at the least acknowledge before walking away. Checked receipt and 1 pizza for accuracy, drive 10minutes back home and my 2nd pizza is wrong. Drive all the way back another wasted 10mins, and then told my pizza which cannot be delivered even if I pay the fee, will be another 15mins to make. A total of 45 minutes of my time and gas wasted due their mistake. FYI I was told if they could deliver it would have been 45 minutes. 45 minutes I could have been home. I explain to manager why I am unhappy with service, and can i be compensated for my inconvience in some way, discount or something for tonight's order, that I had to drive back, and wait. Nope, I get his lack of concern on their customer service a direct reflection of his job, a $10 credit I have to come back to this location to use, and a "Free" pizza I paid for. Just wanted to get off my chest, will just use another location from now on. read more

Ordered a pizza through delivery and was extremely disappointed at what I received. The dough on the pizza was spongy, whoever cut the slices cut the pizza into slices that looked like someone had took a bite out of them. I'm extremely disappointed read more

I've made 2 separate orders to this location. One being delivery, which was delivered within the ETA, it was hot and delicious! 2 months later I carry out and my 2 pizzas were hot and delicious again! Pizzas looked like they were made with care, toppings applied evenly, and tasted fresh. If you like a saucey pizza, might want to ask for extra sauce on your order but that is for the nit pickers. I hope they keep it up! read more

My parents have run several restaurants, one being a Fox's Pizza Den in Nevada. I have not ordered from this pizza hut via pickup, but do not plan to. First off I placed an order for 32 dollars (1 large with stuffed crust with 2 toppings and wings). My order arrive about 1 hour from when I placed my order. The delivered at my door immediately stated he was having a bad day. I asked why, and he immediately stated that a lot of people were not tipping. Now understand I already put aside money to tip, but when he said this it felt more like I owed him money. He was already atleast 20 minutes later from the original time expected. I plan to try my luck with dominos in the future. The pizza and wings were fine, but I don't feel like a driver should not be pressuring me to tip. (However, you should always tip waiters and drivers because they do not get compensated very well, especially in bigger corporations) read more

I've been a pizza hut customer from the very beginning. But this one is unbelievable. I order my usual Everytime,lg pep hand tossed, extra marinara side of jalapenos, they repeat it back, pizza arrives, grease is almost half inch thick,no extra marinara sauce,no side of jalapenos. This was the worst pizza I had ever received, didn't want to eat it,but I go all day without eating,so dinner is a big deal for me,So since this is not the first time it's happened, I'm done pizza hut, going to local mom and pop pizza who I'm sure will take care of my pizza needs since I've gave you numerous chances and you failed. Sends a clear message you and your employees simply don't care. Good bye,Good luck. read more

Ordered delivery a couple times via online and every delivery was on time and pizza was fresh. Fast on delivery. Orders are always perfect. They have good specials as well. I recommend this pizza hut if you live close in this area.

f I could rate this place at zero stars, I would. We placed an order for delivery, we waited close to one hour until we decided to call and see the status of our food. The female that answered, had a terrible attitude on the phone, she said we will receive a call back with a status, that never happened. By the time we called back, another hour had passed by and the female behind the phone tried to argue that our food had been delivered which was false. My husband decided to do carry out since we weren't going to risk waiting for another two hours. When my husband showed up to pick up the food, only one employee attended to my husband. The rest of the employees stayed on the back, including the female with horrible attitude who answered the phone both times. Not even an apology was given. This is extremely uprofessional, actions speak louder than words and thonight it showed read more

I'm giving one star because it doesn't let me give zero stars. I ordered today at 8pm and the pizza got to my house after 9pm. Even though it was late I was ok with it. But when I opened the box it was the wrong pizza. So I called to get it replaced and they said he right order will be right out. I waited until 9:54pm and the correct pizza wasn't home yet. So I called again. When I called, no one had knowledge about me getting the wrong order in the first place. Then I get to talk to the manager who supposed name is "Robert". He was very rude, careless and told me that all he could do was getting my pizza remade or just a $20 credit(not even a refund) even though my order came up to over $20. The manager never apologized and never showed any care about the whole situation. For that reason, I would never order again from this place. read more

The service sucked at this restaurant. I made a $35 order for two large pizzas. Get the cash out to pay for the order, however, my order cannot be made unless I give them my telephone number!!!!?? WTF???? Why do you need my phone number, if I am sitting here in store waiting for two pizzas to be made? Are you going to call me while I sit three feet away from you? Welp, there goes $35 out the door to another location on Clear Creek which by the way had no problem making two large pizza's without my phone number or email address. read more

We always get hot pizza from Pizza Hut. Appreciate their service. The pasta is a yummy choice and I love their bone in wings.

Food is good, but they get the orders wrong a lot and, worst of all, they try to play games with the charges. I called up after checking a deal online and ordered it. When I asked for the total, it was 10 bucks over what it should have been. When I mentioned the price online, the guy pretended like he didn't know that and then adjusted it, but it was obvious he was trying to overcharge. read more
