Scam!!!!!! This location had posted hours that they close at 11pm. Had family in town and ordered food around 10:15pm. Multiple orders. Food was supposed to be ready for pick up at 10:30. My husband gets there to pick up the food around 10:40-10:45 and there are employees outside. They inform him they now close at 10pm and they would make the orders the next day and we could pick them up. Everyone who ordered food their card was charged. Orders were being accepted on their website and app after they were closed. These orders were placed directly from their own app/website not door dash or Uber eats. I chose to not dine-in at this location, I wanted to eat at the comfort of my own home. The drive-thru line was long, as expected but the servers were outside taking customers' orders to be speedy about ordering. I ordered 10 pcs teriyaki wings and crinkle cut fries. I am not the biggest fan of the chicken being drenched, though generous, it was quite excessive, may even give me heartburn later, we will see. The ranch sauce containers were placed inside which are covered with teriyaki sauce, it being finger food does not matter but to those who fancy eating food with utensils they will mind this very much. The taste was very good, I enjoyed it, the skin wasn't cooked too much making it not crispy which is good. It makes it a pleasurable experience eating chicken wings soft. The crinkle cut fries were seasoned beautifully and cooked beautifully as well. I should have ordered a bigger size. The price was a bit high considering wing-stop's wings are relatively cheaper and their sauce-to-wing ratio is on point. I will be coming to Zaxbys again whenever payday hits. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. My boyfriend and I get Zaxby's regularly and this one is by far a disappointment. To start, they had no drinks available but still charged us for the entire price of a meal. This was the least of it. Both our tenders and wings smelt and tasted like cigarettes. They were literally not eatable. We also saw one of the woman in the kitchen with her stomach out and showing. We paid $22 for meals with no drinks and food that had such a strong taste and smell of cigarettes it made us sick to even try to eat it. I'm bumping them up from 3 Stars to 5 Stars. My family and I stopped here for lunch and it was awesome. They did have regular sugar and mustard just as the owner Abby V promised from our last visit. They have great menu choices and great sauces to choose from as well, which puts them above Cane's, which only offers one sauce. I love traditional wings and these remind me of Wing Stop as they're fried, then sauced, which makes them Slap Yo Momma Good !!! I also want to compliment them on a clean store. We were there at 11:00 am and they weren't busy, but two of the workers were in the dining area wiping down tables, lights, chairs, etc. which was totally awesome. Keep up the great work !!! I had my very first Zaxby's when we were in Louisiana. I was pretty impressed that's why I was excited when I knew the chain restaurant was opening in our town. Came by today, almost lunch rush and decided to use the drive thru. Waited for an hour long, it's fine for me because I know they just opened. But when I got my order, same meal I ordered previously, wings and things (traditional tossed in sweet and spicy flavor) sad to say it was not the same. The chicken was not covered with the sweet and spicy sauce I ordered. Probably because they just opened the store and they have a lot of customers waiting? But still it is unacceptable. I'm not sure who's to blame for that but it made us wait an additional amount of time to get half the food. And the one thing i was really looking forward to was the zalad. I really think with all the delivery going on you have to consider how your food travels. Salads should be separated between hot and cold components as well as the salad itself should be kept cold. Use a cooler or at least double bag it. Place hot chicken in a plastic container with cold salad and your basically steaming the salad. Not very tasty. If I order a big zalad for example the Cobb salad then I expect to get what's displayed on your menu for the Cobb Zalad, I can't tell you how many times I've ordered this and ended up with no boiled egg or bacon - I guess by you substituting it for extra cucumbers that maybe I wouldn't notice OH but yes, I do take notice.
