Zaxby's is one of my favorite spots to eat. But at this particularly location I didn't like it. Ever worker inside which was all females had FAKE NAILS on that was longer then 2 inches long basically claws. Being a food inspector having long nails isn't sanitary at all especially with food. It's completely NASTY. Who ever the manager is, is doing a poor job on teaching the employees how keep clean a safe around food. On top of that no one had on gloves. Very very NASTY! Scam!!!!!! This location had posted hours that they close at 11pm. Had family in town and ordered food around 10:15pm. Multiple orders. Food was supposed to be ready for pick up at 10:30. My husband gets there to pick up the food around 10:40-10:45 and there are employees outside. They inform him they now close at 10pm and they would make the orders the next day and we could pick them up. Everyone who ordered food their card was charged. Orders were being accepted on their website and app after they were closed. These orders were placed directly from their own app/website not door dash or Uber eats. I chose to not dine-in at this location, I wanted to eat at the comfort of my own home. The drive-thru line was long, as expected but the servers were outside taking customers' orders to be speedy about ordering. I ordered 10 pcs teriyaki wings and crinkle cut fries. I am not the biggest fan of the chicken being drenched, though generous, it was quite excessive, may even give me heartburn later, we will see. The ranch sauce containers were placed inside which are covered with teriyaki sauce, it being finger food does not matter but to those who fancy eating food with utensils they will mind this very much. The taste was very good, I enjoyed it, the skin wasn't cooked too much making it not crispy which is good. It makes it a pleasurable experience eating chicken wings soft. The crinkle cut fries were seasoned beautifully and cooked beautifully as well. I should have ordered a bigger size. The price was a bit high considering wing-stop's wings are relatively cheaper and their sauce-to-wing ratio is on point. I will be coming to Zaxbys again whenever payday hits. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. My boyfriend and I get Zaxby's regularly and this one is by far a disappointment. To start, they had no drinks available but still charged us for the entire price of a meal. This was the least of it. Both our tenders and wings smelt and tasted like cigarettes. They were literally not eatable. We also saw one of the woman in the kitchen with her stomach out and showing. We paid $22 for meals with no drinks and food that had such a strong taste and smell of cigarettes it made us sick to even try to eat it. I'm bumping them up from 3 Stars to 5 Stars. My family and I stopped here for lunch and it was awesome. They did have regular sugar and mustard just as the owner Abby V promised from our last visit. They have great menu choices and great sauces to choose from as well, which puts them above Cane's, which only offers one sauce. I love traditional wings and these remind me of Wing Stop as they're fried, then sauced, which makes them Slap Yo Momma Good !!! I also want to compliment them on a clean store. Came here and waited in line for 30 minutes and when we finally pulled up to order no one was on the speaker to take our order for over 10 minutes. There was definitely people working but for whatever reason no one took our order. Last week when I came by the lady who handed us our food gave us the wrong order, there was hair on our food and the bag smelled like weed. Never mentioned assumes that we're available, just assumed I would love their sauce. When asked about a special diet need I have there is really nothing on the menu for me to eat except a grilled chicken sandwich with no bread. And carrot sticks so I will not be going there .( had gastric sleeve) The food as ok nothing special. My husband ordered chicken tenders 6 pc. With French fries and coleslaw cause really the other options were not that great. Cost was $10 . Again I had to ask for BBQ sauce but really don't know what other options they had. Came by today, almost lunch rush and decided to use the drive thru. Waited for an hour long, it's fine for me because I know they just opened. But when I got my order, same meal I ordered previously, wings and things (traditional tossed in sweet and spicy flavor) sad to say it was not the same. The chicken was not covered with the sweet and spicy sauce I ordered. Probably because they just opened the store and they have a lot of customers waiting? But still it is unacceptable. You need to hire a more educated staff. Maybe you're suffering from finding competent and caring workers so you hire the first ones who walk through your door. If your menu displays items for sale then I expect to get what's displayed on your menu. If I order a big zalad for example the Cobb salad then I expect to get what's displayed on your menu for the Cobb Zalad, I can't tell you how many times I've ordered this and ended up with no boiled egg or bacon - I guess by you substituting it for extra cucumbers that maybe I wouldn't notice OH but yes, I do take notice.
