This is not the first time that I have visited this establishment WingStop #1066 in Harker Heights. Every time I have been here the cashier has either talked to low and act as if that the customer is not important. This time the cashier had a mask on which was just covering his mouth. He was saying something to which I did not think he was talking to me. So finally I asked are you talking to me or you talking on an ear piece because I can not hear you nor understand you. He then states I am talking to you while pointing at me. I then asked him what did he say. He then raises his voice to say, the name on the order. I proceeded to order the large 10 piece traditional wing all flaks with mild sauce. After paying for my order the cashier was giving me my change by dropping in my hand and some on the counter, I then states that I wanted them well done. Another worker stated that she would write that on my ticket. After approximately 5 minutes I asked the cashier for my cup so I could get my drink. The cashier gave me my cup and I proceeded to the soda machine to get ice for the tea to no avail. I then told them that there was not any ice in in the machine. I was told the their ice machine does not work. This happened the first time I visited this establishment. They never bothered to say prior that the machine did not have ice, even though the order comes with a drink. After getting my order I left. Upon arriving home I opened the tray with the wings in it and there was more grease than sauce and the French fries were cold, not even warm. The place was very busy, and it makes you wonder how many other customers are getting bad service from here. I made myself a promise that they got me twice, there will not be a third. read more

Wings were good. We got the garlic Parmesan chicken wings with bone in. We went in to order to take home. Seemed to take a long time to get them brought out to me. read more

This is ridiculous. This chick had attitude the whole time talking to me. Smh didn't ask me how was I doing or greet me with a smile . Unacceptable. read more

Really great customer service! Very fast with the preparation of the food too! However, the fries and wings I received had a "re-heated in the microwave" taste to them; which was kind of a bummer since I was really looking forward to something a bit more fresh... read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Harker Heights, Texas

This is the best wingstop I've ever visited. The employees are friendly and the location is clean. I have had a few mess ups on my orders but the employees have always went out of their way to correct it. The wings seem to vary I'm assuming based on cooks. Sometimes the wings can be a little dry and other times they are perfect. A few times I've place an online order and had to wait a little longer than the pick up time, but this isn't a huge deal to me. I'm willing to wait a few extra minutes as long as they taste good. This is one of my wing fix spots when craving wings. read more

I posted a complaint about this place a few months ago. It was horrible. They sent me a $25.00 gift card and I gave it to a family member to use and this was their experience. They went in and placed an order to go. First thing the fries were cold and over seasoned, second the chicken had a funny taste to it and last but not lest the customer service was horrible. My family said they would never eat there again. I did warn them before they went. PS: It took 30 minutes to get there order and it was even crowded in there. read more

Not reliable with large orders they made my party guest wait 2 hours to get wings the workers kept losing the receipt when we called in the morning for this order to be done at a certain time I had to go back three times unbelievable! read more

Wings tasted great, we had to wait 30 minutes for our food the first time we came, the second time was fast around 5 minutes. Staff was friendly and helpful. The lemon pepper and Louisiana rub were fantastic. TVs playing sports in the background, I enjoyed it and would recommend. read more

Love this Wingstop! These guys are a seasoned crew that is super friendly and fast! Harker Heights wing lovers need to try this place out!

ANOTHER FAVORITE for me. I have tried several other locations but this location is my favorite!!! The staff can make or break a location and these fine people make it!!! Very FAST Friendly service!!! My wings are always so hot fresh and delish!!! Tried the Belton location which is not owned by the same person and that location is sadly not good!! I love MY Wingstop in Harker Heights!!! Love their rolls, and truly enjoy their classic music!!! I hope this place remains under such wonderful owners and team members as they have now!!! read more

if i could give zero stars i would. i have never had a good experience here EVER. it takes them 40 minute to make ONE large fry even when its dead and thats the only thing you ordered. i mean this 100% even if its a 5 minute drive from your house, go to the cove store. you WILL be home faster and at least youll get good service. not to mention the fact you can have an ENTIRE BUG if your food and they will blame it on being short staffed. no wonder youre short staffed, nobody wants to work for a company with terrible service with rude managers. read more

I tired these wings from the copperas cove store and thought the wings had way to much on them and was over cooked. Went to work a 2 weeks ago and wanted some wings and thought I would give this another try and I'm glad I did. The mango habanero is the flavor I order and I haven't regretted it yet!! I just love the spicy kick it has and the color and wings was great. The store in heights stay busy, with phone ringing and people coming in and out, I'm sure its because of the wings. As long as I live in this area I will come to this wing stop ONLY! read more

I was so happy to learn a new Wing Stop is now near my office. Their wings are the best in town! Both locations are clean, well managed, and the staff is always pleasant and professional. I became a big fan when they first came to Killeen in about 1999. I highly recommend Wing Stop for anyone who loves wings. Great for any occasion especially for a party or the big game! I like to mix up spicy wings with lemon pepper. Mm mmmm! Don't forget those fries! Omg! What do they put on there? Now I'm hungry! Lol read more

At little pricey for 8 skimpy wings. The wings had many hard crusty bites. Not good quality wings for a place called Wing Stop. Maybe you guys should get a better supplier. This was my first time at Wing Stop. Not very impressed. read more

I really don't think I'll be back. The timeliness of service is just bad. It's a shame because they have a really good product.

Very yummy, hot and fresh!!! It is also nice and clean inside and the staff was very friendly and patient as I decided what to order. Definitely will be back soon!!! read more

Great service every time. Always fresh, orders are never screwed up. Love this location, crew seems pretty cool. Thanks, guys!

The wings are freaking delicious ill probably order wings the rest of my life om going to tell all my friends to come with me to wingstop omg im about to order again read more

Boneless is my preference and they are FANTASTIC here! Takes 14 minutes for your chicken to cook (and they tell you that) so if you're in a rush, call ahead or use the app. Seems like I always get a few extra pieces more than I order...definitely not expected but certainly appreciated. Only thing better than the chicken here is the customer service...always a plesant greeting when I come and go! read more

I really need y'all to stop over frying the chicken. I'd like to have juicy, flavorful chicken instead of crusty chicken

This store is my favorite! Every visit is greeted with a smile by the employees. The wings are made exactly the way I like them!!! Love my peeps at Harker Heights! read more

My wife and I eat here once a week and it's always great. The people working are always nice and my order is never wrong.

Love the Louisiana Rub wings! And the service provided by the staff at the Harker Heights location is excellent!

Their wings are decent, but their customer service is somewhat lacking. First of all, they took their phone off the hook on Super Bowl Sunday, and didn't allow online orders, and then had the nerve to give customers a hard time for being impatient when they're waiting 45 minutes for wings to be ready. Low class. read more

I've been twice the first time was horrible but this time was much better. The only complaints I had were for some reason my cup spontaneously exploded and the sweet tea was WAY too sweet. Okay her than that it was great. I wish they made hotter hot wings but I think that's the best I'm getting in Texas unless I make them myself. They definitely take the edge off of home sickness. I highly recommend going in off hours or calling ahead our wings came out fast but we were the only ones there. Plan accordingly. read more

best wing stop ever. the workers are always really nice and we always get the best customer service at this location

Ordered Online. when I got there i still had to wait 10 min! the only good thing about this was the fries. ordered a combo meal, 6 wings original hot flavor and they barely gad any sauce on them, they were so dry and hard. not eating here again ever! read more

The only way I can eat here is to ask for half seasoned wings and no salt fries... otherwise my BP shoots up, my eyes get blurry and I feel my life slipping away. The regular way they fix the food taste like nothing but seasoning. I may as well order the flavors without the chicken. Sorry but I LIKE to taste my protein. You can literally shake the seasoning off your wings and fries and have enough to season your own food the next time you cook. No joke. read more

First time in this store. Way to expensive to eat here. 20 wings and nothing else is $20. Will never go back to wingstop for these prices. I can eat an entire meal in most places for $15. read more

love this Wingstop!! chicken is cooked all the way! seasoning/sauce on chicken is just right! dining area is clean! will continue coming to this location! read more
