I've decided to try them out today because my usual place where I get my sandwiches is 29 miles away and Jersey Mike's was just a minute away at the time . I've ordered a number 8 - CLUB SUB Turkey, ham, provolone, applewood smoked bacon & mayo. You can customize your veggies or choose not to have bacon. It's pretty all adjustable. I couldn't wait to eat it. I drove to a location in the parking lot and started my meal. Everything tasted fresh. To the turkey and ham and then to the veggies. It's a very good sandwich. Wonderful place glad we were able to find this restaurant, enjoy the service and fresh cut meats. We not eat at SUBWAY any more want my food fresh not cut two-three days before hand. Subpar experience at this location. I LOVE me some Jersey Mike's and out of all the locations I've been to, I've pretty much always had a 10/10 experience. This time was different. My fiancé and I ordered on the app for pick up and specified how we wanted our sandwiches made. We drive to pick up, come home, and realize they switched the toppings. I had been sick for a few days, unable to keep anything down and had finally gotten an appetite to eat something, so I called to politely explain that our orders were incorrect and ask if they could be remade while we head back up to the store. The person who answered was quite rude, basically questioning me as to whether or not they were made incorrectly. After listening a THIRD time (bc apparently the first two times went ignored), he realized they were wrong, and continued the attitude when stating that we need to bring both sandwiches back before he remade them. We get back to the store, my fiancé goes in and gets the new sandwiches and I make sure to check them in the car. I understand people make mistakes, but when someone politely calls and asks you to rectify the situation, the least you can do is listen and return the politeness, instead of being defensive (and wrong) about whether the order was made correctly...which it obviously wasn't. Lack of polite customer service here will have me going to the other location on S Clear Creek even though it's a bit further away. read more

Every time I go here something changes with the menu. I don't like pre cooked bacon so I asked for a different meat. They can't do that. Last time I asked for the same thing and I got extra meat. It seems like depending on the person I get what I asked for, other times I go through it with someone. They need to all be on the same page. read more

Went here for lunch and noticed there was no soap in the men's restroom. When I notified the young lady at the counter her response was " there are other sinks available to wash your hands". WAIT WHAT! There is a sign in the restroom that says "All employees MUST wash their hands prior to returning to work". So I assume the employees leave the restroom with dirty hands and wash them where food is being prepared?? WAIT WHAT! Who is the manager? I stayed and ate at the restaurant and NEVER saw the employee tell anyone of the issue nor did anyone go in to the restroom and fix the issue. WOW....If that's the attitude here you will never see me back again. Management is always to blame as employees are a reflection of the manager. Horrible waited 30 min for my food after I ordered. When come to find out they never even started it. Then I asked for a refund and now they can't find my receipt in there system even tho I showed her the charge on my card. Total time waisted 45min. I ordered a number 42, but made with the tomatoe basil wrap with a chocolate chip cookie. Both the wrap and cookie were delicious. The ingredients were fresh and the cookie was freshly baked. I first heard of the place on a special on tv. So I went in and ordered the number 13, which was featured on the show. Gosh they were not making good tv on that show, they were just telling the truth. The number 13 is fantastic! Loved the fast , friendly service! Made it just as I ordered, no cheese, no tomatoes. The store was clean and the staff really nice. Fast too. I was in and out really quickly. I was very happy that the sandwich was every bit as good as the tv show said it was! I'll be back soon! I'm usually very pleased with Jersey Mike's in Killeen, TX. I've got to say my last two visits were not very good. The staff has gotten very young, and the service has declined along with that change. The store doesn't look as clean anymore, particularly around the make line where food is prepared. On both trips in, I was informed they were out of bread so I left empty handed. Big disappointment. I usually eat here a couple times a week. I hear Jimmy Johns is about to open a couple stores in Killeen. Maybe the competition will bring back some service at Jersey Mike's. Until then I'm taking my business elsewhere. read more

Excellent cheesesteak on rosemary bread! I usually have a typical cold-cut sandwich but I decided to change it up. Impressed! It's your normal cheesesteak with some jalapeño added. The service is always friendly. Tables had crumbs on them and bathroom could have used attention, it wasn't completely disgusting but everyone likes a fresh restroom which is why I'd rate 4 star instead of 5. This is not the best one I've been to and I've been to a lot of them. I ordered a giant cheesesteak sandwich because I was starving. Because it was on the grill it was put together in the back. This loud and very verbose woman working there made it extremely clear to a customer, who she was treated like an idiot, that they cut the giant sandwiches into four pieces. Guess what mine came in two pieces. I'm changing to five stars. They did a luncheon for me with over 100 box lunches. They did an excellent job. read more

I drove about 3 1/2 hours to Kileen from Houston and I was looking for a place to eat before I went to my final destination. I'm glad I checked Yelp to help me decide. Here they have fresh sandwiches and the meat is not pre-cut unlike other places. The service was quick and they helped me out right away to choose a yummy sandwich. I've had the club a few times now. It's real good. Provolone cheese is my favorite. Getting it "Miked" is nice. It's a new experience for me. Mainly the oil and vinegar. To go orders are problematic for me. I have a bit of a drive home. The bottom loaf gets gooey if the sandwich is wrapped up too long. I'd recommend getting your oil/vinegar on the side if you don't plan to eat it within 20 minutes. I dunno. Maybe you like that bread wet. Pulling the wet parts away makes me gag. They have a grill in house. Real nice for a hot sandwich. They make real bacon on that grill. Not the microwave science strips. I've had some issues over time with the consistency of orders. I've had a few to go orders that were incorrect. I would call and ask for the 8. It comes with bacon. They would ask me if I want bacon on it which is weird to me. Of course I say yes. It's the #8. I pick the sandwich up and take it home. No bacon on it. Other times I would call in and mention that I want bacon on the 8; they're like "it comes with bacon". Whatevs. This location has corrected every issue I've had thus far. I get in line now and watch them do it. It's always good that way. I will reassess the stars after a few more positive experiences. read more

Employee scrapped the counter and dumped everything in the lettuce bin in front of us. Pretty sure the scraps and whatever else that comes off the counter should go in the trash and not back into the vegetable containers. Do better! read more

I want to let your establishment know that 2 of your employees did an excellent job today. The manager and the girl that puts the goodies on the sandwich. I have a service dog and her name is Dory a Chi mix. My husband & I both have medical reasons me I have two and she is a working dog. My Dog was doing what she was trained to do, being quite, on a leash, not bothering other customers. In fact the Manager said he did not even know she was in the building because she was so well behaved. A customer with her husband and children was having a fit that I brought my Service Animal in the Restaurant. Which is allowed under the Disability Act. She is registered and Tagged. The customer began telling me to remove my damn dog from the restaurant and proceeded to get in my face and would not back down. She continued demanding that I remove myself and my Dog and her reasons she said it was not allowed and I was getting Dog Hair everywhere and in her kids food. (Which my dog was no where near her) The manager quickly came and removed the customer's that was being threatening and the manager apologized for the customer's treatment. Then the young girl that works for Jersey's Mike stayed with me and hugged me. I so appreciate the way they handled the awful situation. I want to commend these two employees it was much appreciated. THANK YOU so much. I have one comment for that Unruly customer. Service Animals are not a nuisance they are to assist the person that they are assigned to. In Fact Ma'am you caused my blood pressure to rise in an unsafe zone. So Ma'am you are in Fact the nuisance. read more

I've been here several times and this location has yet to disappoint. I always split a California Club with my mom and it's fantastic each time. The staff behind the counters are all incredibly friendly. Also, the kitchen is in plain view of the ordering line and normally that would make me nervous in case I see something I'd rather not, but so far I've yet to see anything to turn me off from this fantastic sandwich shop. read more
