First there is plenty of seating and it is always clean. It is on the noisy side, but I think it lends to the casual and hip atmosphere. There is all you can eat peanuts in the counter while you wait, but don't throw the shells on the floor! Some of you may get that! If you get fries to go, they throw the thickly sliced fresh fries on top of the rest of your order. Too fun. No one else dares to do that! But you can be sure you will get a lot of ketchup in the bag as well. Their cheeseburger was juicy, stacked high and cooked to perfection. The sesame seed bun is thick and spongy and holds up very well. They add pickles, lettuce, huge slices of tomato and mayo on it as well for a great flavor. The shake was authentic. The best outside of home made. There were pieces of cherry in it so you get bold flavor. Definitely a treat. As always, the staff had personality and you will have great conversation. It's like you have known each other forever. It seems to be like that at other locations. They do their best to get the order to you quickly. I think they do pretty well considering they cook items made to order. Enjoy your meal!

Although the wait is a bit long, it seems as though it's all made to order. The wait was worth all of the flavor we got! However, on other times when the owner isn't around, you can tell the service vastly differs. The cooks in the back talk poorly really loud about how much they hate working and don't want to be there. The host/waiters at the front look miserable and are unpleasant to talk to both with their faces and attitude in interactions. At least the quality of the food was still there during these times which brings us back for more. But, we probably won't be dining in again and would prefer takeout after these latter meals we had there.
