You could tell some of the thinly sliced beef was just put in the broth as it was still cooking, that's exactly how I like it! I added hoisin, sriracha, and little chili garlic, light drizzle (just the way I like it). Normally, I can't finish my bowl but it was so delicious, I finished all the noodle and beef, only couldn't drink up all the delicious broth. The staff was super friendly and kind. I had the country fried steak with cream gravy, mashed potatoes, fried okra, and a roll, plus extra gravy for good measure. Everything came out hot and fresh, and that steak was huge. My daughter had the fried fish platter with potato salad, mac and cheese, and cornbread. The fish was perfectly crispy and absolutely delicious. We left full and happy, and we'll definitely be back to try more of their home style cooking.
