I contacted management hoping they would take the complaint seriously, but I felt my concerns were ignored and the employee's behavior was defended. The situation escalated to the point where the police were contacted, even though I never threatened anyone or acted aggressively. A customer should never be treated this way, regardless of the circumstances. I expected basic respect and professionalism, but unfortunately that was not my experience. I will not be returning and hope management takes this feedback seriously.
