We got to stay after we finished our meal for as long as we needed to. We had a relative who was having a long surgery at the hospital and went across the street to have lunch here. Good choice! It's impressive how crazy a certain demographic goes for chicken salad. When I tried to go during opening week (and not on opening day), the parking lot was completely full, and the drive-through line wrapped around the building. I tried again around 11am before the big lunch rush this time, and there was a short line. I had the chicken salad melt with the classic Carol chicken salad and side of pasta salad. It tasted fine, but the portion was so small for $12. The sandwich was small, and the pasta salad was even more laughably miniscule. I thought a side might fit in one of those small plastic tubs, but it was literally a scoop. My friend got the chicken salad BLT this time, and he said it was more filling and worth it compared to the melt, which he has gotten before. Really good chicken salad. Service was friendly too. Plenty of tables to eat at inside and super cute. I'm now on a low carb diet and making healthy choices in food. This place hits the spot. I ordered the Classic Salad with Sassy Scotty chicken salad. Really good. Two thumbs up. My meal also included a mini buttercream frosted cookie. Love the original chicken salad, and the grape salad. The broccoli salad is too cheesy, literally. Why put cheese in it at all? Also the broccoli could be slightly blanched before making the salad to offer a softer bite. Not much, just a little. I threw away the takeout dish of the broccoli salad I brought home, too cheesy. read more

I've gotta say it was my first time visiting your restaurant, it won't be the last!!!! The atmosphere was wonderful, very clean, the food was amazing! I tried four different kinds of chicken salad with the people I was having lunch with. Everyone of them was great. But the tipping scale for me leaving a review was our amazing customer service. She takes PRIDE in her job. She's not just a cashier, not just a food service worker, she didn't just provide good customer service... She was truly engaged with us explaining things because she saw we looked lost to start with lol. Helped us understand how everything worked, gave us a couple of samples, which was wonderful, came around and checked on us a few times, even helped my mom on the app. The way she carried herself from behind the counter with the customers to walking around, checking on people, making sure any little bit of trash was picked up. She really did go above and beyond and should be recognized for it. She wasn't just pleasant or nice.
