Five stars ONLY for our experiences when the owner is there and the quality of the food. Upon our first visit, she offered us several tastings of the various flavors they had with great description for each so that we found the most fitting ones for our appetite. Although the wait is a bit long, it seems as though it's all made to order. The wait was worth all of the flavor we got! However, on other times when the owner isn't around, you can tell the service vastly differs. The cooks in the back talk poorly really loud about how much they hate working and don't want to be there. The host/waiters at the front look miserable and are unpleasant to talk to both with their faces and attitude in interactions. I've been a huge BBQ Chicken fan for years. Whether I was in Korea or anywhere else in the U.S., if there was a BBQ Chicken nearby, I always chose it. That's why this review is especially disappointing for me.
