5 stars for food and service! The owners are so friendly and will share the story of their businesses (they also own Arepitas next door). They will let you sample the gelato which they make in house. I love small businesses because you can tell the difference in the quality of the products and the food! It was my first time here today and I must say I am impressed. I've been in Killeen for about 7 months now and this is the first time I've ordered Italian food and it's delicious, authentic and actual real ingredients. I ordered the Ala Amatriciana pasta and added meatball, the prosciutto burreta and I think a meat lover (similarly) but added mushrooms and onions. I would advise to order in advance and be patient--it's worth the wait! Staff was pleasant and helpful! I hope they succeed and can open a dine in soon! I will definitely return and be back. Napoleon style pizza are real pizza. It's good to see a place here that serves it! read more

This is my main pizza place now in Central Texas. I spoke with the owner and he explained that all the ingredients come from Italy and my son who cannot eat gluten has no problem eating pizza here. It's just like being in Europe, where you can eat the breads and pastas with no problem. The food is excellent. It takes a little time for them to prepare it because it's really being prepared and not being thawed out and nuked. If you're looking for a healthy alternative to fast food, this is it. read more

The entire visit was 5 stars! Customer service was top notch! Tony broke down the entirety of the menu and even sprinkled in some info on him and family. The food was amazing! You can taste the freshness of the ingredients in every bite. The decor is awesome as well, and the pizza oven had my kids in awe. If I could give more stars I would. As one of the few fire baked pizza restaurants in the area, the pizza is always delicious. During our last order, which was on Valentine's Day, the pizza took extra long, even longer than promised. The manager told the cashier to reimburse us because the order took too long. This happened without me complaining. I wasn't even bothered by the extra wait. It was definitely a nice gesture. Ordered for the first time online. Ordered Prosciutto Burrata Pizza, Alla Diavola Pizza and Butternut Squash Ravioli with their white sauce. They called to let me know that they were extremely busy and had run out of Butternut Squash Ravioli. We substituted for the cheese ravioli and I appreciated them calling so that I wasn't surprised upon arrival. The pizza's were both really good and my wife enjoyed the ravioli. The place is cute and has some comfy couches for you to sit on while waiting for your food. The girl who took my order was Super Sweet and gave me suggestions. Best pizza in town! Our son was visiting and he wanted pizza. We ordered the Alla Diavola pizza, the Melfi panino, the Pordinoni panino, Calabrian pepper oil and Stintino sparkling water. Been looking forward to trying this spot out after seeing their Facebook ads featuring their woodfire oven. Super cute little pick up place with a classic, but super modern, feel. Was greeted immediately and had my order handled (called ahead). Y'all this is the real deal. Every amazing ingredient on it's own coming together to make something just wonderful. If you're looking for a good authentic crust, it's here. Regretting not getting a sandwich because of how incredibly delicious the bread products are. Crunchy, but soft and chewy. I think the only "complaint" I could have is being unable to see the full menu online. What you see of the menu here, listed and in the images, is not the complete menu. There are more delicious options to try! I guess that leaves more to order next time! read more

The service here is AMAZING!! The people here are always so nice and welcoming! Plus the food here is out of this world. I ordered a Sicilian style pizza. This brought me child hood memories of the pizza place I went to in little Italy in San Diego. The Sicilian pizza I had there, reminded me of that same place. I think the food quality is outstanding. Everything there is organic and imported. Usually whenever I eat pizza from other places, I my face breaks out or becomes really oily. When I ate at this place , that did not happen! The food is pricey, but the quality of the food is definitely worth the price. You can tell that the people here love what they do, and that it's made with love and care. I have tried a lot of pizza places here. But this place is by far the best pizza place in town!! I just wished more people knew about it, because it's somewhat of a hidden gem. Plus the gelato there is delicious!!!! If you're visiting, or live here. This has to be one of your new stops to grab food at. Because you can't miss out on it! The best pizza I've ever tasted, the tomato sauce is so fresh that i would drink it, the crust is light, fluffy and crispier on the edges, we ordered a few for the family and everyone devoured it. The lasagna blew up my mouth with different layers of flavor, I would say this people is doing the right thing, food quality, simplicity on the menu and great costumer service. 100% recommended. This review is for last week. place is nice as ever but half the pizza I ordered was uncooked and thought is was cheese but was dough. Get it can be tuff to make but double check pizza for perfection and presentation. lucky the other pizza turned out great. forgot to write this review but lucky found my notes for this place and remember everything clear as day now. I should of made this other review a couple months back but had a lot on my plate. The day I was there I witness something negative awhile back. I saw and over heard a conversation when waiting for my pasta. either the owner or manager I believe was harassing an employee over a burnt pizza and threaten on taking half his check then went to the back to talk more. I assume he was new so I understandable if he messed up but didn't deserve that kind of treatment if he is learning. he looked depressed after that. since then haven't seen him worked there. on another note my pasta was good but some of the pasta was a bit hard and needed more sauce but other then that good wont see any reply's if anyone sends anything nor I will reply back read more

I was very excited for this new pizza place. After living in Italy for three years my family became very picky with pizza. The Food was good, but a touch too salty tonight. I was really excited about it being made to order, which meant it was really fresh and still very hot by the time I made it back home from picking it up. The taste of the pizza is good. The ingredients seem really fresh. Food is made when you order it. Expect to wait about 15-20 minutes for the pizza. It's pipping hot when you get it. The place has been consistently clean and the staff has always been friendly. These are all good things. My only issue was the texture. The crust gets soggy from the fresh ingredients and towards the end, the bites get more mushy and chewy. I would still eat here again. And I would encourage anyone reading my review to give them a try and form their own opinion. This could very well just be a "me" thing. Wouldn't want you to miss out on great pizza! read more

Since it's a small space and echoey, we could not hear ourselves over the group of people talking. Drinks: We started with the Queen Bee cocktail and a red wine. The cocktail was good but I didn't feel the mixture of flavors worked well for my taste. I can't recall the name of the wine but it was a nice wine to pair with red meat. Appetizers: we started with the fried green tomatoes and the Caesar wedge salad. The tomatoes were a little bland and came out cold (not sure if that was on purpose?). The wedge was good but was slathered in dressing which made it a little too rich. *Side note: I realized after we left that complimentary bread was mentioned on the appetizer menu, but I'm unclear if we had to ask for that...? It was never offered nor brought out. I decided against ordering the French baguette because I assumed there was complimentary bread. Entrees: I had the Ravioli Diablo and my husband tried the Sea Bass special that came with clams, mussels and lobster ravioli. The Ravioli Diablo was just OK, kind of a small portion. For the special, he liked the mussels but thought the sea bass was a little overdone. In hindsight, there was a lot going on with that plate; the ravioli was a bit out of place and it could've used a nice risotto or rice instead. Dessert: we tried ordering Creme brulee but they were out so we ordered the "brown butter" cheesecake instead...I'm including the description from the menu and a picture of the bare cheesecake loaf I received with no toppings (I took the picture after my husband took a bite). I'm actually most disappointed about this since I was hoping it would be the part of the meal to make up for the mediocrity of everything else. "Vanilla bean brown butter with candied pecans and soft whipped cream" Honestly I tried to be optimistic but it was overall not the experience I was hoping for. Especially for a $200 bill.
